Guest Reviews
- LaneExperience (6/5): Fantastic location, average accommodation. - We came to see one of the wonders of the world and it didn't dissapoint but the lodge has placed all its eggs in the location basket. A
guest lounge area with a view of the canyon and a fieplace would have been wonderful. The lack of soundproofing between cabins led to a very poor night's sleep. Our three nights were cut to one due to water pipe maintenance which was very disappointing as very little notice was provided.
- joby01 (10/5): A good stay - This was the second time we have stayed at Bright Angel Lodge. The first time was about 15 years ago, it's really all about the location. It really hadn't changed since then. The room was clean and had only a microwave. It wasn't far from the rim of the Grand Canyon and was close to the shuttle. We would stay again if we ever get to go back to the Grand Canyon.
- Q9881IBjosephw (10/5): Romantic Canyon Walk - Winter is th4e perf3ct time to visit the Grand Canyon. It is not as crowded or as hot as the summer. Everyone seemed more relaxed, and the canyon was beautiful with snow!
- Connector33065505091 (10/5): Awesome! - So awesome to be so close to the canyon. Loved being able to just step outside and be there, made it easier to wake early to watch the sunrise (in pajamas). Only problem we had was parking at night and trying to find our way back, so many elk 😂
- kennethroberteller (10/5): Hike the Canyon! - My friend and I have backpacked the Grand Canyon for 46 years. His sons wanted to share the experience with their girlfriends, so we did a day hike down Bright Angel. We stayed in a cabin at Bright Angel Lodge and it was such a treat to reach the top with our cabin right there! A warm, clean shower a moment away. Next morning we gathered for a wonderful breakfast in the dining room that everyone enjoyed.
- lynnmurray155 (2/5): Not so Bright Angel - Sadly this accomodation has monopoly and once here you are their captive audience, to overpay for underwhelming services. Many years of travel with many different types of accomodation, this is the biggest let down in many years, poor quality bed, poor sleep, poor facilities of food choice. No cups in room to make a drink, a small thing in the overall dissapointment of this lodge. Most visitors don't return so perhaps they are not concerned about visitor experience?
What a shame to charge so much to come to this amazing location and not meet basic requirements. We did complain that nobody had advised us that kitchen was shut for renovation, no signs in lobby to advise guests, no alternatives, we were just told to go elsewhere in too short a time to meet our planned trip. So no breakfast for us, glad we are not Diabetic!
Very poor experience.
- Russ855 (10/5): Worth Booking the View Cabins - We were excited to be able to get a canyon rim view cabin here by booking this a year in advance of the Thanksgiving holiday. A subset of these cabins face the canyon rim, and some are advertised as having fireplaces. We reserved the latter, but were informed upon check-in that the fireplaces were inoperable. These should not be advertised as part of the room, and one should be notified of this in advance and not at check in. We were told we would get a "discount" but not informed what that would be until we checked out. Access to the cabins can be difficult, as there is limited parking which is shared with day visitors to the canyon. You are likely going to have to park far away from where you are staying and roll your bags to the cabins. There is simply not enough parking for all the services at this end of the village. The rooms are simple, clean and functional. The light is somewhat dim unless you use the headboard reading lamps. There is only one outlet in the room accessible for chargers. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom well supplied. The fixtures worked fine and there was plenty of hot water. The cabins are attached to one another with thin walls and adjoining doors, so it is likely when it is busy you will hear noises from next door. Luckily for us it was not busy, and people seemed quiet after 7 PM. The whole reason to stay here is the spectacular view outside your window. Mind you the rim path is between you and the canyon, and there will be people walking by day and night. That was not a problem if you are mindful of the curtains. It is a short walk to the cafe and restaurants next door. Despite the prices these are not luxury accommodations, but I think most people understand that when dealing with NP concessionaires. One annoying part of the experience was check-in. While they are constantly texting you with updates and asking you to pre-register first thing in the morning before your arrival. The room was not ready after 3 PM. We kept waiting to be notified when we could check in which was not really until nearly 5 PM. The front desk staff seemed quite green and not very friendly. This was not typical for staff we experienced elsewhere in the park such as in the dining facilities. I would still recommend staying here. Just start looking for availability 12 months out before your visit and clarify if fireplaces will be available or not.
- colormeelmo (10/5): One of those experiences you're glad you've had. - Bright Angel lodge room 6142
I’ve stayed here three times now; it’s one of those experiences you’re glad you’ve had, but I must say it was easier when I was younger. We had a very small bathroom with a washstand and toilet off our room. The showers down the hall really weren’t a problem and we went in October, so the non-airconditioned room wasn’t a problem either. The mattress was so hard I had to get up and rest every so often, something that wasn’t a problem when I was young. Being right on the edge of the Grand Canyon is really impressive. The Harvy’s restaurant is only steps away and has excellent food and service, although I liked the short ribs that used to be on the menu. You are just a two-minute walk to the red shuttle bus that goes along the south canyon rim and a very nice cafeteria is only another minute more walking. Staying at this hotel and seeing the canyon is one of those things my wife simply loves getting to do and I’d recommend staying here. I walked down and spent the night at the Phantom Ranch when I was younger but it's nice just to be at the rim these days.
- LifeofR3illy (10/5): The Middle of Everything - Staying at the historic Red Horse Cabin was just so perfect - the cabin is very close to the lodge, making grabbing meals so easy. Also, they had plant based choices at all of the restaurants we visited. The cabin is right on top of the Bright Angel Trail head - getting our hikes going was quite convenient. The gas fireplace made it all so romantic and going midweek was a major plus, no crowds.
- Ocean_Waves_Surfing (10/5): Beautiful Grand Canyon View - The service was excellent and the location and ease of getting around the South Rim Grand Canyon made this location one of my favorites. Enjoyed the food at the dining hall and the cabins offered gave it an outdoors feel.
- CMPTexas (10/5): Great Time at a Classic Place! - Friendly & courteous staff, nice amenities, good dining and clean rooms made this the best stay for us.
Unlike other reviewers, I'm not going to nitpick our stay just to find fault with something. It was a very pleasant stay which I would do again in a heartbeat without changing a thing.
- D1800URlisak (10/5): Perfect location! - I stayed in a queen partial view cabin and loved it! Location was perfect--steps from the rim with incredible views and close to main lodge with restaurants and gift shop. Free park shuttle stop is nearby in easy walking distance. Cabin was very clean! I could hear people outside and in the adjoining cabin, but nothing that disturbed me. Bed was super comfortable. Desk staff were friendly and helpful. I would absolutely stay here again.
- alisonhG7879MH (6/5): I Recommend Bright Angel - With a Few Caveats - What we liked best: the location, view, the spacious updated bathroom, and the historic stone fireplace (even though all the fireplaces were “out of order” the night we were there). What we liked least: the stained, dirty chairs, the rollaway, and the cobwebs. The rollaway had a thin, lumpy twin-size mattress with queen size sheets that didn’t fit and added to the lumpiness. The mattress smelled so bad that my husband barely slept. There were thick cobwebs (or were they spiderwebs??) across the top of the curtains, between the curtains, the curtain rods, and the wall.
For the most part, it was a great cabin in a great location (Cabin 6151), with a view that can’t be beat. Just make sure you check things out upon arrival and get any issues taken care of before bedding down for the night.
To be honest, we were supposed to be there for 3 nights, but we couldn’t tolerate the conditions we encountered, so we moved to El Tovar for our last 2 nights. We would love to visit the Grand Canyon again. If the cleanliness were to improve in the cabins, we would very likely try Bright Angel again.
- taccieh (10/5): Historic cabin near rim - We stayed in one of the cabins not rim view but only 500 feet or so away from rim view cabins. Historic vibe but with some updates like carpet and tiled bathroom. Cabins are very close to each other. Each building is usually about 3-4 separate cabins so you share walls. Parking is limited but doable.
You can easily walk to El Tovar or several other places to eat and drink. Shuttle buses run every 15 minutes to other sites in the park.
The area called marketplace has a grocery store, gift shop and cafe. You can get a shuttle bus there.
- 220specialk (10/5): Excellent Trip - Stayed in a queen room with private bath at the Bright Angel Lodge. The room was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. Proximity to the rim trail can't be beat!
- Y6420LHharrys (10/5): Location, Location, Location - The cabins are basic with a bed, bath, microwave and fridge. The bed was comfortable and bath semi-modern. The location is perfect for hiking Bright Angel Trail with the trailhead less than 75 feet from our door. We also took our bikes and there was a bike rack close by (10 feet) for securing them. The views were great and the night sky fabulous.
- W5859TXstephanie (6/5): Overnight stay is all I would consider - Bright angel lodge was expected to be a highlight of our stay seeing that we were going to get to stay in the national park. But for the value, I would’ve rather paid less and stayed outside the village. The beds weren’t as comfortable as many, many other hotels that we’ve stayed at. The parking situation Was not convenient at all as the public took up the parking spots in the lodge parking lot to access the bright Angel trailhead and we were unable to find anywhere to park to take the hike without having to hike a mile to the trailhead although our cabin was just across the parking lot. We decided to see as much as we could and took the 28 mile scenic drive which I recommend 100 out of 10! Overall, the cleanliness and friendliness of the facility was great, but for the price we paid I was expecting more.
- P3725PUjamies (10/5): Property was stunning - The room and property were absolutely amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better experience....until we checked out, went for a hike and upon returning to depart, realized we had no cell service to plot our travels back via gps and asked the front desk for help. They advised we needed to pay an additional $5 per hour to use their wifi. I was astonished by the lack of customer service after check out.
- Terry (10/5): - We stayed in one of the cabins with a private bath. Room was very clean and although small, we had a couple of windows and plenty of room for our stay. Bed was acceptable. But the big draw is that we were just 50 steps from the south rim of the Canyon, and not many more steps from Bright Angel dining and shopping options. Love the Grand Canyon and would stay here again for sure!
- Chris (10/5): - This lodge was excellent! Our stay was in late September. The nights were in the 50s. We were able to sleep comfortably with the windows open. There is no AC. I would not want to stay here during the summer months. We hiked the Bright Angel trail so we were very close.
- tarkarena (4/5): Bad customer service - Customer service was very bad. Stayed four nights and had to ask for housekeeping each day. It is not provided unless one ask for it. The front desk check in rude and unprofessional. Given incorrect and misleading information regarding dinning and housekeeping. The only redeeming aspect was the cabin very comfortable and clean and of course the views are breathtaking.
- Kim (10/5): - great stay
- Richard (8/5): - The area was clean restaurants nice staff friendly trolley was a great service. The outside area needs more lighting after dark
- guarente4 (10/5): Trips to the national parks - Highly recommend staying right in the Grand Canyon Park. We Stayed at Bright Angel Lodge and Cabins. The lobby to the lodge is directly on the Grand Canyon. You walk out the back door and the canyon is right there. Spectacular views right out the door. We stayed in the the cabins. Cute set up with a queen bed and bathroom. Plenty of room and about 150 steps to the canyon. Great walking along the rim of the canyon, busses close to take you to the trails, restaurants and a gift shop. Nice way to enjoy the park. We took the red bus up to Mohave point for the sunset. Pictures cannot describe how beautiful the canyon looks with all the colors. We also walked the entire rim from one end to the other. Lots of spots that were very quiet and way to get to be in nature.
- Michiyo (10/5): - All rooms are by the rim and very nice!
- Stephen (8/5): - Amazing place right on the rim
- Thien (10/5): - Great place to stay for our visit to the Grand Canyon.
- peterhK5604UB (8/5): Great stay - After having slept in a cabin at Bright Angel Lodge many years ago, we returned this year for a two-night stay. Compared to the last time, the cabins have undergone a real transformation: what luxury with a TV and a fridge. The cabin itself is not large, but spacious enough and clean with good bathroom facilities. The advantage of staying so close to the Rim is that you can enjoy the area when it’s much less crowded and you can start your hike into the Canyon early, which we did. What an impressive area! Next time, we’ll book a cabin again and hope to hike all the way down and stay at Phantom Range. Unfortunately, our lottery ticket couldn’t be redeemed due to the consequences of the fire on the North Rim.
- w5q335rtsn (4/5): Adequate, no more! - Small rooms, you can hear all around you. Bathroom cleanliness lacking. Location was perfect though.
- aliP3523ZE (8/5): Great spot - Fantastic location with plenty of food and drink options. A little pricey but to be expected due to its location
- Alasdair (10/5): - Fabulous accommodation right at the trail head but a little pricey
- Charles (4/5): - Great location but all a bit compact, could hear all the door closing, toilets flushes etc. but the dirt in the basin overflow unacceptable.
- SMORD2 (10/5): Annual National Park Trip - 1st trip to the Grand Canyon and staying in a view cabin at Bright Angel didn’t disappoint. Waking to a view of the canyon every morning doesn’t get any better.
- Teresa (10/5): - Great check-in experience.
- echohead (8/5): Great Location & Wonderful Staff - Rooms have no AC and only okay fans due to age of buildings, so visiting in summer could be challenging. I was there in late September and it wasn't too hot. Room was clean. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. My only real complaint was the very loud ice machine down the hall.
- Jo (6/5): - A gorgeous location and pleasant enough stay but sadly didn’t quite hit expectation. Some of the staff we encountered appeared either tired or fed up and not overly bothered about valuing their clients. Not necessarily the fault of those on the restaurant front line, but it was clear there weren’t enough staff on duty and service and at times attitude was not to a standard we’d hope for when on vacation - especially in such a beautiful place.
- Lee (10/5): - Fantastic location
- Joe (10/5): - Grand Canyon views were spectacular
- Sonya (10/5): - The location on the south rim couldn’t have been better, we were literally steps away. The room was great, staff are great, and the location to lodge, restaurants and shuttle buses are also great as well. I recommend staying here all the time when visiting the national park.
- flybuckel (10/5): Amazing location and darling accomodation - Bright Angel will be a must for us when we return or talk about the Grand Canyon. It is Wonderful and very much added to our experience as we hiked down Bright Angel trail into the canyon right from the back door!
- Jane (8/5): - The park was close and the stay was comfortable.
- Rhonda (10/5): - Clean room & great location
- Pritpal (10/5): - It was great stay. What can you say when you are right at the canyon. no issues.
- Jacques (8/5): - It was night, without anough light on the site, and we had many difficulties to found the cabin.
- Avoline (6/5): Needs Update ASAP - This location is due for an update at the rate they are charging people, so sad. Please UPDATE ASAP, this is okay, but only worth max $99 a night - time for a shift
- tamienh (10/5): You will not be disappointed! - Location, Location,Location!
I had the great pleasure of staying in one of the partial view cabins in February of 2025. Though the room was a little worn, the view made up for everything and remember it is listed as a cabin! The room had a gas fireplace, mini refrigerator and table for two. I hope to go back in the future and get the exact same one! This cabin is a little expensive, but you get what you pay for and the view from your windows is unparalleled! I feel so lucky to have been able to have stayed at this hotel. The food at the restaurant was good and every one was helpful and pleasant.
- Mike (8/5): - Well positioned on the rim, cute cottages, the noise from adjoining cottage doors banging and general noise very early morning wasn’t good at all.
- Lucas (10/5): Great place to stay for your Grand Canyon visit. - Was worried about no A/C but this wasn’t an issue as the nights get cool. The place is old so bring a charger that can charge multiple items. Wildlife viewing was amazing…elk right in the parking lot!!
Restaurant at hotel had good food!
- Jane (10/5): - Excellent
- Bill (10/5): Great Views and Great Service - The front desk attendant was wonderful, I was a bit early and she found a way to work it out. I really appreciated her efforts. What a wonderful place to stay while in the Park. I would love to go back.
- Shoko (10/5): - It was a nice room. If there’s a small table, that would be great
- Laura (8/5): - beautiful view.. rustic but the location is ideal
- tinaleecg (10/5): Cabin with a view - We absolutely loved our cabin. It was so beautiful to wake up in the morning with the windows open and seeing the gorgeous colors of the sky over the canyon from our bed! The only issue we had, our bed was broken when we checked in and they did not have another cabin available. So we slept with a lot of extra pillows. The bed was sloped downward at the head of the bed.
- Gemma (10/5): Awesome Bright Angel - Grand canyon is amazing, hotel room was great, quiet and clean and comfortable even without air con. Great big fan and windows that open too. The bar on site Fred Harvey knocked up some great food and cocktails. Please avoid El Trovor cocktail bar, service appalling, was told to drink my cocktail in the reception area!!
- newsibirski (10/5): My Dream comes true. - This is my fifth time at South Rim.
And Third time I celebrate my BDs.
Usually I plan my two days trip.
Arrive by 4 pm enjoy evening, next morning BD hike all day , and next morning breath taking sunrise and leave by 11am . Area has so many options depending on time and ability to do certain activities.
- LOU (10/5): - Excellent location. Access to numerous trails and roads. Cabins have a sense of history abd charm.
- chad (10/5): - it was nice to be in a cabin stay than a hotel type of stay
- nc7xljgfvn (10/5): Google hotel in the park. - Very nice lodges at the canyon. All facilities are near the hotel.
Breakfast and diner are in the hotel.
- Qihua (8/5): - I was lucky to be able to find Bright Angel Lodge one day before arrival, this is my 7th trip to Grand Canyon, one of my most favorite national parks in the USA. Thank you!
- Younga (10/5): - Great location near Btight Angel trailhead.
- John (10/5): - Incredible. Stay right on the rim of the Grand Canyon!
- Rosita (10/5): Historic Gem 💎 - Bright Angel Lodge was an ideal location right on the Rim trail and had the best accommodations with restaurant amenities after a long day of driving. Can't recommend this place enough, a Historic Lodge with iconic views and Grand Canyon backdrop.
- Shehnaz (8/5): - Very conveniently and centrally located. Gorgeous views of the Grand Canyon from the property.
- gshertzog (10/5): So Glad We Made It! - Our stay at the Grand Canyon was wonderful. My wife & I had canceled a previous trip there. After 2 years we decided to try again, though we were not particularly excited about the trip. Now we can't stop talking about it. Besides the beautiful scenery & wonderful residents, our rooms & restaurants were wonderful. Everyone made us feel welcome. We will try to make a return trip.
- Freedom321199 (8/5): Hiking the Canyon - Bright Angel is conveniently located to the trails. This made it an ideal location to stay overnight.
- Kenneth (8/5): Grand Canyon stay - We were allowed to check-in early which was a huge help since this was just one leg of our hiking adventure. Jeff from SD was *incredibly* helpful at the front desk, aiding us in securing a dinner reservation at the Arizona Steakhouse. The room was fantastic, but the bed was uncomfortable :/
- THOMAS (10/5): - Right on the south rim of the Grand Canyon!
- Iryna (10/5): - Perfect
- tasha (10/5): - We stayed in the cabin and it was wonderful. Super cute and comfy. Located right along the south rim with amazing view,
- dmitryv652 (8/5): Tranquil stay at the edge of the rim of the Grand Canyon - Our stay were fully dedicated to the nature wonder - the Grand Canyon! It is a wonderful place. We stayed at the Bright Angel lodge which provided a luxury of living on the edge of the canyon. There is no luxury decorations, fancy bathrooms with jacuzzi, but it has all you need to have a good rest in between hikes and exploration of the Nature Wonder.
- Rachel (10/5): - 👌
- Paul (10/5): - A fantastic place to stay. Walk to the canyon and enjoy everything it has to offer
- penelope (8/5): - We lucked out with the desk reservationist to get a cabin that overlooked the rim. We were celebrating our anniversary and she was quite accommodating.
- Debbie (10/5): - Property is clean. Location is great!! Restaurant was delicious. Customer service was excellent.
- Heather (10/5): - Allowed us early check in. Cottage was cute and clean. No AC so room stayed at 82F until early morning but a couple fans were provided. Views are spectacular. Easy access to trails. Lots of dining options. We ate at Harvey’s which was okay-trout was overcooked but seasoned well. Friendly service.
- Kimberly (10/5): - Loved our quiet little cabin that was the perfect location to see the Grand Canyon- just steps away from the rim, angels landing, the shuttle, and dining! Perfect!
- Lukas (10/5): Best grand canyon hotel - Looks amazing
- BobBlogger (8/5): Amazing location, rooms basic and no aircon - Whilst we loved our time in the park, and our room being so close to the rim where we were able to watch the sunrise and sunset, and of course make the most of the park during the day we found the check in slow with our room not being ready after the advertised time, it was an odd experience because the young man checking us in asked us where we wanted to stay in the lodges and then said the room was not ready? Why do that? We also found the room very very hot and very basic. We would stay again for the location but not for the room, or the check in experience
- Andreas (10/5): - Located right on the south rim.
Clean, comfy beds, easy parking. No aircon but we didn’t miss even in hot Aug with fan.
- Jane (10/5): - The Canyon was absolutely gorgeous
- pmama (6/5): Cute, Great Lication, but some Dealbreakers - Cute, nice cabins overall. However, there were some dealbreakers.
1. Lack of AC when temperatures are at 95 everyday are a deal breaker. We arrived after a long drive and just wanted a nap but it was 85 degrees inside.
2. Dump truck come by at 4 a.m.every morning and shake the dumpsters outside all around the cabins. Since everyone has to sleep with windows open, there is no way that they do ant wake everyone up.
3. Service. Throughout Grand Canyon, the service overall was subpar. They are not representing America very well to all the visitors. It’s actually embarrassing that this is the perception many foreigners receive of our country. We ate at Harvey House Cafe in Bright Angel Lodge twice. The service was terrible. For example, when my husband asked that his burger be cooked well done, a server named Jason made the request sound as if too much and told him the cooks don’t speak English so he can’t make requests.
- John (8/5): - Bryce Canyon this is the place to be right at the door of the national park. There are several different options to stay at. We stayed at Bryce view Lodge it was what I expected. Motel style for breakfast again it was what you would expect. Nothing fancy. I would recommend to friends as a place to stay.
- DANIELLE (10/5): - Fantastic spot with easy access to the surrounding area. Staff was friendly and helpful from the front desk to the dining areas. Would stay there again..
- Naoko (8/5): - The room was a bit warm without A/C but nicely set up. However, opening and closing the curtains were very tricky. Convenient location inside of the village.
- Gloria (10/5): - I absolutely loved my lodge room on the rim! I was steps away from hiking, restaurants and great views! The room was cozy, clean and renovated. I hiked the bright angel trail at sunrise and it was absolutely wonderful to have it so close!
The only downside was no AC, I knew that booking it and don’t regret anything. There are fans and the windows open..totally worth the experience!
Highly recommend!
- QueenCherryUK (10/5): - The ability to sit and watch the sunset just steps from the room is priceless. We were even able to pop back to the room to refill our drinks. That said...
Yes, we knew it was July. Yes, we knew that our Standard Room wasn’t air conditioned. But the room never cooled down at night. Outside: lovely cool desert evenings. Inside: a sauna, so it was difficult to sleep. It wasn’t helped by there not being a working extractor fan for the shower, but we were grateful for the two desk fans (1 medium, 1 large) provided for the room. They made a big difference (You need to use both—one fan might be in the closet on arrival). Our room was in Powell Lodge, next to an ice machine, so in desperation I made a Wimbledon style ice pack for my head at one point. The 5* location was a massive advantage for early hiking starts, but starting the day with little sleep, was perhaps not so convenient.
Our room packed a lot into a small space: a separate closet which contained a safe and a folding luggage rack. AND a long bench at the foot of the bed which could be used for luggage or for sitting on, plus a comfy chair. Unlike the North Rim Lodge, we could both sit down at the same time without someone sitting on the fridge. Luxury! They kindly provided a selection of teas and coffee, sweeteners and powdered creamer. We also used hot water from the coffee maker for other instant things we brought with us.
In terms of expectations, I’d read about there not being many electrical outlets. That has been fixed! There were loads of sockets including USB as part of the lamp on the bedside table. Our room was well sound-proofed and we did not hear other guests’ conversations. We heard a few doors opening and closing, the same as any hotel, but didn’t need the earplugs that I’d packed. The bathroom was pretty tight space-wise, but had nice products including hair conditioner and body lotion. ($20 per bottle in the gift shop if you like. For people in rooms without showers, they had the same products in jumbo containers in the hallway facilities.)
We were quite concerned about parking, but it turned out to be not a problem. To be fair, we were reluctant to relinquish our spot so near Powell Lodge, but we later passed hundreds of empty spaces in various lots around the South Rim when we availed of the free (accessible and air conditioned) shuttle bus to the scenic lookout points.
On the one hand, how can I give 5 stars to somewhere we could barely sleep? At the same time, that view! (Not from the room, but from an under 1-minute walk away). We would stay there again, even in July.
Little tip: I was sure that all the shops onsite would be expensive, but the Fountain sold huge cans of ice tea for $2. That’s less than in some supermarkets!
- Danuta (10/5): - Wonderful location and staff
- Penny (10/5): - Beautiful view and easy access to hiking.
- 328maheshj (10/5): Clean ans accessible rooms - Great location, clean rooms.

- Rosalyn (4/5): - Location was good. Not well lit for nighttime; very difficult to find the room. Mattress was very uncomfortable as was the pillow. The room was stifling hot even with the window open. The free standing fan was not errand dangerous in a tiny room.
- Jessica (10/5): - Beautiful!
- mollyo257 (10/5): Wonderful Cabins on South Rim - Stayed in one of the Bright Angel Camp "hiker" cabins with shared bath. I was very impressed with the size and amenities of the room, and the affordable price of the room just for giving up a private shower. Toilet and sink are in the room. The showers were just down the hall and always available and clean. I never had an issue getting one. Truly a high value room in a fabulous location! I even had a view of the grand canyon from my cabin!
- Jack (10/5): - Good service
- David (6/5): - Cute cabins but need aircon
- Veronica (10/5): - The check in was fast and staff was very nice and welcoming. The cabin was very clean and close to canyon rim.
- Jason (10/5): - Cabins are quite cute. Nicely renovated, comfortable bed,
- Judi (10/5): - The cabin was small but in good condition. Everything was clean and worked. The bed was comfortable. The best part of this place is location, location, location. My cabin was only about 100 feet off the canyon rim!
- Chris (6/5): - Great location, but the room has no AC and was too warm
- Nina (10/5): - Beautiful property.
- Richard (10/5): - Really close to canyon, great food, helpful staff
