• Joanne (6/5): Comfortable beds but not up to the Ascott management as advertised . - Clean & covenient Property not maintained properly . My tap at sink , mirror in bathroom - has been worn out and needs attention . Curtains in room is worn too( has holes in it ) and needs to be changed . It’s a bit of a let down especially if this is supposed to be an Ascott managed hotel as we have stayed in many Ascott chains around the world and this does not live up to the name . Breakfast was very substandard too with staff service being very poor . It was not worth paying the extra $ to include breakfast .

• Monique (9/5): - L'espace, la propreté, la gentillesse du personnel d'accueil et de service J'ai eu froid dans la chambre, par deux fois j'ai demandé de mettre la climatisation à une température plus élevée, rien n'y fit, elle est restée à 20.5 degrés alors que le technicien l'avait mis à 25 puis à 30, je suppose qu'elle est bloquée par l'établissement, dans ce cas il est préférable de le spécifier. De ce fait, j'ai arrêté toute climatisation qui faisait même de la condensation aux vitres, le froid à l'intérieur et le chaud de l'extérieur....

• Lehsani (4/5): Fell Short of 4-Star Expectations - We stayed at this 4-star hotel with other families from July 29 to August 4, 2025. Unfortunately, it often felt more like an outdated 3-star—or even 2-star—property. Although the room was spacious, the bathroom was relatively small, the towels were worn, and we encountered small cockroaches in the toilet. While housekeeping came daily, they overlooked simple details, such as cleaning used coffee cups. Some drinking glasses were not adequately cleaned, and we noticed insects on some breakfast dishes. The breakfast offered various options but was heavily focused on Indonesian cuisine, providing minimal choices for Middle Eastern guests. Additionally, the hotel is situated in a crowded area, far from major tourist attractions. On a positive note, the gym and the children’s playground were highlights of our stay. Overall, the experience did not meet our 4-star expectations.

We came to celebrate my dad & nephew Bday celebration.... I just indicated it in our reservation. And WOW.....WOW, We were Surprised.... All So Happy & Excited... to see the decorated room with Bday Cakes & wishes!! This are my dad & nephew 5th Stays at Harris Bandung, our favourite place whenever we come to Bandung, we will Definately rtn back. Service was fantastic, room are great, bfast was always delicious and U will Always feel at ease, just like home.... Thanks Once again to Pak Ridho, Ricco and team members of Harris Ciumbuleuit Bdo!!

• Ali (7/5): Good - Truth has to be told, the rooms were perfectly clean and very spacious. The breakfast buffet was sufficient and had a variety of choices. The location is good considering the service available around it. Aside from the negatives, we had a pleasant stay. There’s a lot to unpack about this hotel.. (1) when we booked we informed the hotel via booking.com that we will late check in as we will be flying at midnight from Bali to Jakarta then to Bandung… The day of, they texted us around 5:30PM telling us if we don’t pay via a bank transfer they will cancel our booking… we were in Bali heading to the airport.. make it make sense! They wouldn’t reply to our texts either! (2) we had some laundry to be cleaned at the hotel, they charged us at the express rate instead of the normal one even though we asked for the normal one. It took the employee a long time to sort things out. (3) we had sick kids (diarrhea and vomiting) they had accidents on the bed and blankets.. the hotel charged us to clean them..!! (4) the funniest part of all, if we keep a bottle of water outside the fridge while the AC is on, it’ll stay longer than having it inside the fridge. The fridge doesn’t function as one. We stayed in 2 rooms, both’s were the same.
