• Trupti (8/5): - Big rooms in the Apartment.. comfortable People walking upstaits at night.. people living upstairs.. opening windows also made noise.. 1st night was uncomfortable as had to get used to the noises.. The area seemed ok.. but i avpided coming back aftr 8 p.m.

Appartement sale nous avons trouvés pleines des longues cheveux par terre. Personne ne venue nettoyer notre appartement nous sommes restés 5 jours sur place . Cest moi qui a du nettoyer un peu .

• Irina (5/5): The place was great, the staff and management no so great. - Rooms were fine. It was clean. It had everything that an apartment is supposed to have. We messaged the property both on Booking and their email before our arrival. We did not have a response. We requested a small extra bed for our daughter. We arrived there and we asked if we were given the extra bed. The receptionist said no and they can't see this on our booking. I have explained I emailed them and not had a reply. They then said no one could do it right away, but the next evening. In the end, we were given a cot, even though I said in the email that we don't want a cot.

• Syed (2/5): Avoid this place. Very dingy, poor customer service and some things are broken or don’t work including the bloody TV! - The bedroom was decent and somewhat cosy. Avoid! We booked the luxury Ilford apartments but had to go to a hotel to check in. Once we checked in at the Grand Hotel Ilford we went to our apartment building only to wait a further 15/20 minutes for the code to activate to let us in. Awful customer service the man hung up on me twice typical Asian customer service. The living room was dingy, TV broken, lacking utensils and the basics (sugar, salt, pepper, tea bags etc). Not worth it. The windows need cleaning, behind the sofa was tissues/dirt and dust. Not worth the time and money at all. Only pleasant experience was that the heater warmed up the room well. Other than that I wouldn’t bother, avoid at all costs or book at your own risk.

• LISIMBA (6/5): Pleasant experience would stay again. - Self-cated I received confirmation & a password for the main entrance, the password was fake and couldn't enter the apartment. Had to call a help line & wait for staff to arrive, take it in mine I arrive close to midnight, to get the right password i had to give him a deposit which was not mentioned when booking.

• Katarzyna (9/5): Pobyt był udany. - Lokalizacja blisko metra. Czysto, duża przestrzeń. Dobrze wyposażony apartament. W ofercie jest recepcja 24/7. Owszem jest w tych godzinach ale w innym budynku. Gdy przyjechałyśmy na miejsce o 1 po północy stałyśmy pod drzwiami. Po wykonanym telefonie przyszedł pan i formalności dokonaliśmy w innym miejscu. Drzwi do kuchni mają samozamykacz który utrudnia przenoszenie czegoś w dwóch rękach bo za każdym razem trzeba mocno otwierać drzwi. A stół żeby zjeść jest tylko w salonie.

• Andrew (8/5): Great apartment for visiting London - Great location easy access to the public transport network. I was traveling with elderly people so the lift was a saviour. The apartment was well furnished and basic cooking equipment etc provided. Apartment was clean and tidy no issues also the motion activated lights in the hallway leading to the bathroom were a great feature there was an overall excellent apartment and very easy check in experience Little areas I believe would benefit from some improvement. Bed linen wasn't the greatest and I found it to be quite rough but usable a simmer switch in the living room would be a nice addition as spotlights were very bright maybe some small touches like some bedside lamps or pictures on the wall would be beneficial

• Martina (8/5): - Appartamento spazioso e letti comodi Cuscino troppo alti, nessun kit di benvenuto (acqua, te, caffè), e l’appartamento era sporco per terra. Si vedevano pezzi di sporco per tutto l’appartamento.
• gillian (7/5): Perfect for a convenient location for exploring London - The apartment was clean. There were plenty of towels and bedding and it was easy to control the temperature. The car parking was secure (not guaranteed a parking spot) it was very close to the Elizabeth line for easy access into central London There were no provisions of tea or coffee which would have been nice. Our door entry system didn’t work when we returned from a day out and we had to go over to reception twice. The staff were very helpful though.

The cleanliness is not the best, but it was apparently not completely clean, the sofa was dirty, uncomfortable and worn out, there was no place to sit down for a meal for five people, as we rented the apartment for five people, there were no shelves or any possibility to unpack things (toothbrush, towel, clothes) in the bathroom. The deposit causes a loss of exchange rate, I have not experienced a deposit on arrival at any other accommodation.

• Charlotte (1/5): Awful and rude staff. - Request a refund within an hour of booking and was ignored and no support from anyone. Booked an apartment with 2 bedrooms but sold only one room. This was for a work event so not at all acceptable. Never using this company again and think very little for entire service.

The staff were rude and entered the property without permission at check-out time, which felt disrespectful and uncomfortable. On top of that, the sink was blocked and had a bad smell. The place needs better management and basic courtesy toward guests. Would not recommend Rude staff
