• Polina (9/5): A good hotel - The room was very big, we had a jacuzzi in our room - it was a cool experience. There was a common swimming pool on the territory (we didn’t try it out though). The location is good if you have a car. We had to throw the rubbish ourselves and to sort it when throwing away, but there was just one rubbish bin in the room.

• Soom85 (8/5): - 한라산등반하실분들은 위치적으로 좋아요 가격도만족스럽구요 좀 더 비싸다면 굳이.. 침대가 너무불편해요 이번이두번짼데 침대가 그동안 꺼졌나봐요 상반신이 푹 꺼졌어요 한달살기하실분들은 시장이 근처에 있는건 아니라 불편하실것같아요 후라이팬이 없어서 계란후라이도힘들어요
• Sidney (6/5): - De ligging was prima voor wat we wilden doen op Jeju-do. Ook lijkt het dat we vroeg in het seizoen waren, want het zwembad was leeg, zag er wel heel tof uit verder. We hebben dit resort geboekt vanwege de "luxe" zoals het grote bubbelbad (wat kapot was, en niet heel netjes meer uitzag). De badkamer had last van schimmel, de deur van de badkamer kon niet dicht (slot stond te ver van de deurpost af, dus deur waaide steeds open en klapperde), en de douchekop brak meteen van de slang af toen ik hem aanzette. Het zag eruit alsof het ooit een heel luxe appartement is geweest, helaas is dat nu vergane glorie.

• Loc (10/5): Excelled! - Excellent room. Floor heated was unexpected but welcomed for the cold nights. Large bed, television, kitchen facilities, chair, couch, table set up with excellent heating made the 2 night stay a memorable one. Large bathroom with spa was a welcome bonus. Plenty of car parking made getting to the accommodation at odd hours easy. Rearranged the room to make it useable.

• Hwasook (10/5): - 한라산 등반을 위해 조식 없이 예약했고 위치는 서귀포 끝자락에 있지만 한라산 코스를 위해 예약을 했습니다. 가성비 끝판왕! 별기대없이 하루밤 자고 오면 될 숙소라고 생각했는데 왠걸요~ 문열자마자 내집처럼 편안한 분위기와 원룸같은 시설로 되어 있어서 며칠 묵을 거면 취사도 가능하더라구요. 전자렌지, 식기도구, 취사시설, 주방이 다 갖추어져 있어서 가족단위로 와도 좋을 것 같아요. 무엇보다 욕실의 월풀이 정말 최고였어요. 산행 후 욕조에 물받아 놓고 월풀 마사지.... 피로를 풀며 취침했네요. 정말 따뜻하고 편안한 객실이었습니다.

• Yoonjin (7/5): - 오래된 리조트이나 주방 집기의 청소가 잘 되어있어 좋았음. 가성비 훌륭함. 아래의 단점이 괜찮으신 분들께 강추! (욕실) 연식이 오래되어 사용이 꺼려지고, 욕실이 외벽이라 겨울에 추워 사용이 불편했음. 2층 위트 스파실을 이용했는데, 물 사용이 많은 시간대에 하수구 냄새가 나고 옆 침실에도 냄새남. 심하진 않지만 민감한 분들은 고려해야 함. (침대) 시트의 얼룩(피얼룩을 제대로 제거하지 않아 생긴 얼룩, 여러군데 있었음)때문에 교체를 요구했으나 첫날은 여분의 시트가 없다는 어이없는 답변으로 요를 사용했고, 둘째 날은 교체를 안해줘서 시트를 직접 받았왔는데 다림질도 안되어 있는 시트를 주었고 직접 교체하면서 보니 그 시트 밑에는 얼룩이 더 심함 시트가 씌워져 있어 4박 동안 요를 사용해며 거실에서 자야했음.

• EUNTAE (10/5): - 정말 가성비 최고 스파펜션 이였습니다. 비수기였긴 했지만 이가격에 이런 숙소는 다신 없을듯 합니다. 굳이 얘기하면 주변에 먹을만한 곳이 없었던것 같다. 근처에 편의점과 김밥집이 하나 있긴 하다. 같이 운영하시는거 같은 흑돼지집이 있었는데 평이 좋지않아 가지 않았다.

• Lindsey (7/5): Good - The spa bath is incredible. The apartment is really big and the location is conveniently close to mountain hallasan. The staff is really friendly. You get new towels every day, which they hang in a plastic bag at your door. The sofa isn't very comfortable. A few cushions and a little blanket provided for the couch would have improved the comfort a lot. The stairs honestly need some extra support

• Mishál (8/5): Nice for short stay - Great location for exploring the south of the island. Clean, comfortable and quite a large unit which was nice. Pool look nice (but the weather wasn’t good so didn’t use it). Nice staff. Seemed quite damp and nothing dried. There was a little water on the bathroom floor after a bath that just never dried up. Would be good to add a larger table to eat at. Couch wasn’t comfortable but didn’t really use it, so not a big issue.
• Will (10/5): Incredible resort, 10/10 recommend - We went off season so sadly the pool wasn’t in use, but the resort is so lovely. Our room was very spacious, incredibly clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay and love this resort! It’s very modern, spacious and has great facilities, including a restaurant onsite.

Lovely staff!!! Super friendly! The kettle was full of brown stuff and smelt like something had died in it as soon as I opened it… someone had obviously cooked in it … I cleaned it but just couldn’t bring myself to make a coffee.

He was so helpful and polite. The whole stay was lovely but the staff was the cherry on top! I wish i could spend more time in Jeju and Donnaekohill
• Christian (2/5): - The room has a plumbing problem that has not been fixed for several months (according to the hotel staff) but we were given it anyway, without warning. The water drains from the rooms of the floors above flow into the bathroom, taking a long time to drain, leaving waste on the floor and giving off bad smells. The staff said they would get it fixed but nothing was done. The staff did not even come to see the problem.

• Michael (4/5): - This was not your typical resort. I give credit that the front desk staff was the only thing good about this stay. She was nice to deal with and was the only staff I saw my entire stay. Let’s start with the rooms. We had a family of 8 with two rooms. Each room consist of an actual bedroom and another where the guests slept on futon mattresses. These were not good. We paid an extra 15,000 won to make it thicker for them. The resort could easily put actual beds in them but not sure why. Futons mattresses do not work. Because … there were bugs around you when you woke up. That’s the second issue, both our rooms kept allow bugs/flies into the room even though we closed the door fully and the patio screen door was locked each night. Regardless the bugs kept finding a way in. The pool felt dated and not maintained. There were sharp edged stairs in the pool that were not clearly marked and I would hit my feet into them. I hope you rented a car because there is noting remotely close to a grocery store or many restaurants near you. The hotel has one but it’s too expensive for what it is. We didn’t eat there as they couldn’t serve our party size. I would do your research if you’re staying here. It’s a 10 year old resort that has showed its age and needs renovation to make it accommodating to future guests. Recommendation: put some actual beds into each room and deal with the bugs situation. Nobody wants to wake up to bugs on the floor and ceiling.

• jieun (2/5): - 2박 연속 묵었는데 청소를 안해주고 본인이 직접하라네요. 수건만 준다면서요. 시부모님 모시고 갔는데 창피해서 혼났습니다. 천장 물이 세서 누렇게 변했구요. 시부모님 방은 부엌 불도 안 들어오고 거실 형광등 나가서 반짝반짝 난리였네요. 기본 서비스도 없고 너무 별로였어요.
• Kyungho (6/5): 돈내코 쏘쏘~ - 그냥 쏘쏘 가격대비 여름철에는 수영장이랑 돈내코 계곡가까워서 괜찮아요 객실내에 스파도 있긴한데 싯기가좀 애매해요 샤워를 지속적으로하는사람이면 상관없긴한데.. 위치적으로 겨울철에는 한라산등반할일아니면.. 좀... 눈오면 지옥일듯... 그냥 전체적으로는 보통 괜찮다 입니다

We enjoyed our stay and would like to stay again. Our room was on the top floor. The WiFi speed was a bit slow. We stayed for nine days.

I also liked that they had snack and ramen options for purchase in the lobby. The view from my room was beautiful and the pool, fun!

Dish cloth and kitchen towels would be helpful. One broken light. Limited utensils and crokery. Rubbish bin in room could be improved by providing better separation containers.

• Alejandra (7/5): Nice stay - This hotel was quite practical for us, we could check in at midnight and park our car without any problem. The jacuzzi in the room was pretty convenient after having spent a day hiking. The room was spacious and had an equipped kitchenette. There was also a restaurant just next to the hotel. We couldn't use the swimming pool because of the weather but it looked good. In general, the room looked clean but the joints of the jacuzzi looked dirty. They did not explain to us how to use the jacuzzi but this was probably due to the fact that we arrived late our first night. The only real problem was the noise of the refrigerator that could be heard the whole night long.
• Mateusz (10/5): Exceptional - It’s really good place for people travelling around Jeju with the car. It’s located on a small hill, very close to small waterfall (round walking trip around 40min from the hotel). If you don’t have a car think twice as it’s a bit far from the city centre and there is not nightlife in the neighbourhood. However you will find some cafes within walking distance. Rooms are big, clean, towels are replaced every day, WiFi works well. There is swimming pool, but it was too cold weather for me to try it out. There is also convenience store open up to 9pm and restaurant (although I didn’t eat there). There is really nothing to complain about. The only downside of this place is that you can check in up to 9pm, so it might be a bit problematic and for those without cars it might be a bit far from the city centre.

• Verified traveler (8/5): 차로 가면 좋아요 - 예약시 입욕제를 가져가면 안 된다고 표기 되어있으면 더 좋았을 것 같아요. 그리고 현관문이 바람에 계속 덜컹거려서 양말로 고정시켰더니 괜찮아졌습니다. 차로 가서 괜찮았지만, 대중교통으로는 많이 불편할 것 같아요. 그 외에는 불편한 점 없이 아주 잘 지내다 갑니다. 모텔 가격인데 리조트 느낌이 물씬 나서 아주 좋았습니다.

• 한솔 (10/5): - 팬션 같고 좋습니다! 건물별로 2~4채가 있는데 주차공간도 여러 곳에 있어요! 편합니다. 여름에 수영장도 운영한다는데 저는 겨울에 가서... 못감.. 통유리라 이쁘고 뷰가 이쁩니다. 늦게 도착한다 말씀드렸더니 셀프 체크인할 수 있게 해주셨습니다! 너무 좋았어요! 다음에 또 이용할게요! (차가 있어야 갈 수 있습니다!)
• Verified traveler (2/5): N'y allez pas. - Spa qui n'en est pas un, un jacuzzi qui ne se remplit pas, baignoire pas lavée, une reception inefficace et inutile, pas de rideaux sur les fenetres donnant sur le lit, pas de service de chambre, mobilier détérioré, pas de poubelles videes en 4 jours, matelas tres dur, une marche trez dangereuse devant les escaliers montant à la mezzanine, mauvaise insonorisation car on entend les voisins 2 étages plus bas, à l'écart de tout, beaucoup trop cher pour les services proposés, les photos ne correspondent pas à la réalité.
• Telma (8/5): Good quality/price. We highlight the spa bath - Good bedroom for the price paid. The location is good, near beautiful waterfalls, but you need a car to explore Jeju (no matter where you stay). The highlight is the spa bath with a nice view. There is a restaurant in the hotel that serves very good bbq pork. Free parking with lots of space. Although we didn't use it, there is a nice pool. The bed was too soft for us, but it's a personal preference. The staff is nice but they were not the warmest hosts we had in Korea. There is a convenience store in the facilities but we hoped there was more to chose from. But good for snacks and water.
• Hailey (6/5): Pleasant - The location was further away from things, but good enough with a car. The room was quiet and the staff was helpful. The room was stained and dirty.

• Fiercestcalm7 (9/5): Lovely, cozy... an oasis away from the city! - I was blown away by how spacious and clean the hotel is! This place is cozy, comfy, and well-maintained. The view is GORGEOUS! The hotel manager is very kind and provided me a discount because he stepped away from the front desk when I went into the lobby to buy some drinks. The two features that make this resort stand out is the room's hammock and full-kitchen (with gas range, microwave, pots, pans, and utensils included) -- perfect for families who like to cook! This place is ideal for guests with cars as it is on the outskirts of Seogwipo; the bus stop is a 30-minute walk up/down the hill. As alluded above, there is a small convenience store offering drinks and ramen at the resort lobby. If you need other items, it's a short walk to a GS24 (Korean convenience store chain). There's even a nearby restaurant that serves black pork at the foot of the resort! There are no elevators, which may be difficult for guests after a long day of hiking or with heavy luggage. I didn't have much control over the air conditioner, because no matter what temperature I set it, it was on full-blast (luckily, the blanket on the bed was thick enough to protect me from the chill!). As mentioned above, this place is perfect for guests who like to cook. And, it's good for people with cars. Unfortunately, I'm not that kind of guest.^^;;; I relied on a food delivery app for dinner. Since the resort is so far away, I was turned down by multiple restaurants due to the distance from the city center. I don't want to fault the hotel for that -- it's just something to keep in mind for guests who are not cooks, or people who want to don't eat pork or ramen.
• sungjun (8/5): 가격대비 괜찮은 숙소 - 디럭스 스파로 룸을 업그레이드해 주셨어요. 늦게 체크인 했는데 문자로 친절하게 안내해 주었어요. 객실에 있는 스탠드 옷걸이는 고장나서 넘어지는 바람에 다칠면 했어요. 객실에서 취사를 할 수 있어 편리했어요

• S (5/5): 4D3N stay - Clean n friendly housekeeper. Warm pool. Can park car just next to units. Nice kitchen. No lobby. Lousy pillow n bed. No wardrobe, only provide a clothes stand if u ask.

• Rebecca (8/5): Very good - Beds were super comfortable. Unfortunately, not everyone had beds. One room had the tonkatsu mats rather than a bed and it was not expected. Like that the suites had kitchenettes and loved the big bathtub with jets. Also, the bidet toilets were a hit with most of our party. The staff at the hotel were amazing. They even came and picked us up at the bus stop because it was raining so hard and we couldn't figure out when the bus was coming or if it would stop at that stop. The people at the restaurant on site were very kind and helpful too. Didn't like that the bedding wasn't stated that there wouldn't be a bed for everyone. Coming from Canada we aren't used to the mats in a hotel setting. Also, didn't realize how far the hotel was from the airport. The address said Jeju but was on the opposite side of the island. I understand it is on Jeju Island but it was not in Jeju city proper. We only had one day there so it was disappointing that it rained steady but of course that isn't the resort's fault. There wasn't much for options for food. One restaurant and the menu was limited. Didn't even provide rice with the meal, although it was very good food. Also the people at the restaurant were amazing and friendly and helpful.
• Joëlles. (9/5): Great stay! - Lovely room! We really liked the kitchen and bathroom. We chose this resort to be able to do daily excursions with our rental car (public transport is possible, but takes way longer and is only available during service times): seogwipo coast line & tea garden; hallasan; seongsan ilchulbong & manjanggul. Location is great, check-in and -out is easy, staff is helpful. No regrets staying here. Bring ear plugs if you're a light sleeper ;)
