• Zubair (9/5): Fantastic Service at Zest Hotel Bogor! - An excellent stay! The staff were so helpful and efficient. I had a room change request and they took care of it immediately with just one request. Great service makes all the difference! Highly recommend. 🛵 Motor bike sound on front side road.
• Arief (6/5): - This is an affordable place for everyone who wants to explore Bogor area. The location is perfect, close to shopping center as well as the botanical garden. Breakfast has some Indonesian menu options. The main cons for this place is the facilities that are not well maintained, AC remote didn’t work, electricity outage happened many times during my stay, like 4x in the morning.

• Jon (7/5): Comfortable and budget friendly. - Clean with helpful friendly staff. The hotel is not fancy. The breakfast is simple but good. Rice, nasi goreng, some kind of chicken and stir fried vegetables. Also an egg station. I find the hotel quite satisfactory for the price. Strong smell of air freshener in the lobby area. Some people are very sensitive to such odors. It can even make some people sick.

• Maryanto (9/5): Very recommended hotel to stay in Bogor - The location is very strategic, close to most interesting places in Bogor city. The room is clean and relatively convenient and the room rate is very good within our budget range. Parking lot is too limited, only takes view cars.

• Enrique (8/5): Good hotel if you catch a deal - Good hotel, if you catch a promo (prices vary a lot) is worthy. The mosque barely sounds and you have restaurant and water access. Location is great. Rooms are big and comfy. The wifi is weak... barely reach 10mb which is hard to work with. Also sound insulation is bad, on the hallways everything is listened.

• Wima (8/5): Very good - The staff are helpful and friendly, they greet us whenever they see us. They're also fairly quick to help when we call them for anything. The bathroom lock is a bit weird so we couldn't lock it while using the bathroom, thankfully I was traveling with my wife so there wasn't any big problem. The electricity was also down one time, it seems to only happen to the room where I was staying though.

I was asked to pay before 7pm to secure booking as I indicated I would be checking in around midnight. They could not charge my credit card remotely and insisted that I transfer the fund even though it was international. On the day I wanted to check out they told me that they didn’t receive the fund and requested me to pay again with my credit card despite me telling them that fund had already been deducted from my account

• Amandakthnx (9/5): Comfortable two-star hotel stay - Clean room with comfortable bed and spacious bathroom. Decent breakfast spread variety for a two-star hotel. Affordable room service menu which showed net prices rather than with tax and service charge excluded, drinks are priced around 27-30k rupiah. There is a makeshift play spot in front of the elevator which is nice for groups with children. Conveniently located close to fast food joints like Domino's and McDonald's Narrow parking space (valet service is available though)

• Samshul (8/5): Very good - It's very convenient location to many food places and stores. The park is just a minute away. It's clean, not fancy but fresh. The staff were friendly and helpful. Awesome. Since it's at the main street, you'll get a little noise from passing vehicle at night. The main door could use a little bit more sound proofing, I could hear guests talking at the corridor.
