Guest Reviews
- BKN (10/5): Rekomendasi untuk perjalanan - Hotel bagus Daerah macet
- BKN (10/5): - Bersih dan nyaman Tidak ada
- Ayu (8/5): -
- Stephane (7/5): - Lits confortables. Calme. La chambre est encore imprégnée de l'odeur de cigarette.
Cet hôtel mérite une renovation en profondeur. Raison pour laquelle le prix est en dessous de ce qu'il pourrait etre une fois rénové.

The rooms are clean, the foods especially their Soto Padang and Empal Balado so tasty
You guys must try it
Thankyouuuu
- Rana (6/5): Pleasant -
- Najee (5/5): not my first preference and wouldn’t recommend - staff were nice but spoke very limited English. cleanliness was terrible, floors were never mopped, toilet was broken, water came from the floors on the fourth level, insects were all over the place. After telling this to the staff they didn’t even upgrade us but gave us another similar room with poor views
- frosted52 (2/5): Horrible as Hell - 1. The location was quite strategic. It was near Jakarta’s Golden Triangle (central business, shopping centres, cafes, and traditional markets). It was also accessible by Transjakarta.
2. The interior of the room took me back to the 90s. The cupboard, TV Desk, and work desk were made of blackwood, and there were several table lamps spreaded at every corner. The room was spacious. I booked a Deluxe Double Room. Unfortunately, dust was everywhere. You could even feel it glued into your skin, and breathe it into your precious lungs. It was so dirty all over the place. I also found some rubbish hidden inside the drawers. I found so many yellow spots and some holes on the linen and blanket. The bed itself was actually an attached-twin bed, and not a Queen/King size bed. The Air Conditioner was dirty and smelly. The Wifi wasn’t working and many TV channels had lost signal (I called a technician for help, but they didn’t come). I didn’t know why they needed to hide the refrigerator, coffee maker, glasses, teas, coffees, and sugars inside the drawer of the TV desk, which was so difficult to be found by the guests. The balcony was only made for the fan of the Air Conditioner, and the window couldn’t be opened, so I couldn’t enjoy the view there.
3. The bathroom was so spacious. The sink was attached into a long marble desk. The hosed spray attached to the toilet flowed a low-power of water. The shower tube was so large (I could even lie down on the floor). But there were only hosed shower and rain shower, with no faucet.
4. The restaurant was closed, maybe because of the pandemic and they hadn’t opened it yet in the New Normal Transition, so they didn’t serve breakfast of any kind.
5. I checked-in into the hotel at 2PM, and I checked-out of the hotel at 4PM on the same day. I couldn’t imagine myself having a night and sleeping inside the dirty and smelly room. There were only a few of the hotel’s attendants, and they weren’t wearing uniforms. Perhaps, the hotel was knocked down by the pandemic, and they weren’t ready yet to reopen to the public (but in fact they did). It was a very unpleasant thing I’ve ever experienced in the hospitality industry, and I could assure myself and everyone to not have a night there, ever again.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Location, room ages need improvement, amenities to be improve
- prisd5 (8/5): Comfy little hotel - The hotel is ok, with the odd-even traffic arrangement, it might be difficult to get into this hotel though. The rest is standard. The surrounding noise can be tackled nicely providing a quiet comfortable place to stay. They should improve the front office staff though when I came nobody is there.
- M1068FGjessicas (6/5): Not-so friendly staff - From the first time i entered the hotel lobby, i didn’t feel comfortable at all to get in. The security and cleaning service starred at me like I’m a criminal, they didn’t even smile. The FO wasn’t really friendly either, she was frowned at me while taking the reservation. Please take care of your staff to make a better service!!
- Mohd Hafiz (8/5): - Nice stay & overall i like it..first hotel im stay need to pay extra for using iron..maybe next time not charged.
- juttilevita (6/5): Slow check-in, nice-old rooms - We booked 10 rooms via booking.com (total price IDR 5700000), but due to a very bad traffic-jam, we arrived late at the hotel (8 pm). One of the front-officer told me that my CC was invalid (how come? I showed him that the expired date is 2022 :(). This situation was very unpleasant. We were exhausted after a long journey from Bandung which took 7 hours due to odd-even plate number route), the kids needed rest and already had tantrums. I decided to pay using my debit card, and they finally gave us our rooms (8 twin-beds rooms on the 6th floor and 2 double-bed rooms on the 3rd floor).
The rooms, although they were old and shabby, were clean and smelled nice, alhamdulillah. The single beds were comfortable, the sheets were clean. Owh I almost forgot, there was a small trouble, the card-keys of two rooms (605 and 610) could not activate the doors. One of my son had to go downstairs to the lobby, and one of the hotel staff helped us to fix the problems.
Breakfast was served at a small lounge next to the lobby. The food was good.
- javaman011 (2/5): very shabby, staff unmotivated - When on transit in Jakarta I spent one night in this hotel and I was really disappointed. The only positive thing was the price, about $ 40 incl. a very limited brekfast. The check in was not done in professionell way, no info about wifi, also they did not tell me how I can watch the soccer match at night (it was possible after stick in a card in the tv set). No support with the luggage by security, they just watch when u carry the luggage, also when I checked out. Overall it is not clean, even the hotel is not that old. Also staff at bfast not motivated and very limited choice of food, poor presented. They rip you off when you are picked up or dropped as the drivers have to pay Rp 5.000 when leaving the location, this is absolutely very bad way of looking for money from customers. I will not stay there anymore and can't recommend this strange hotel.Did really not feel welcomed when staying there....
- syafriemuhammad (8/5): Nice hotel with superb traffic jam in front of it. - When talking about the location of the hotel, it will be very subjective and depends on our needs. Hotel Diradja offers a premium location, close to the city center, shopping mall and office center. The problem is this location is very famous for its traffic jams, and of course this is not their fault. Overall, this hotel fit all my needs.
- dzmiguel (8/5): Review - The room is Big, there's is sofa and table.
Old Hotel, the AC use central AC , and for me is not cool enough.
Near senopati and scbd,
The traffic jam is worse near this Hotel.
Cleanliness is good, but the furniture is look old.
- HadiT113 (10/5): Satisfying - Good service..everything was fine..traffic also less jammed nowadays..this hotel is always be my favorite place for hang out or working nearby..good food/bfast..quick check in..spacious parking lot..clean room..nice staff...
- BettyMacgillavry (6/5): Close to nederland embassy Jakarta - + The room is big. Safe. I love the interior. Wooden floor also perfect lightning. Big bed and soft. International tv channels. Bathroom toilet is very clean. Relaxing hot shower. Delicious food for breakfast and many choices. Indonesian food and bread available. Friendly cooking staff. Close to the nederland embassy only 10 minutes by gojek. Reasonable price.
- The receptionists are not friendly (women on morning shift) No smile and not helpful. No hospitality. Room isn't sound proof, sound from busy traffic outside is quite annoying. In other side, I can also hear somebody is zipping their bag next to my room at night and conversation outside my door. The bed is not clean, i can smell somebody else body scent (previous guest) on my bed. Typical jakarta, so bad traffic outside this hotel esspecialy during rush hours. Your taxi can't even move. I suggest to book gojek, faster. Slippery floor in the bathroom. Mind your steps.
- cucaracha86 (6/5): OK Budget Hotel, Good Location - Stayed at this hotel last week for one night only. Booked a deluxe double room from an online booking app. Goodt location, right at one of main road in South Jakarta. Easy check-in and check out process. The room was surprisingly bigger than average, at least compared to other budget hotels. Spacious bathroom and quite comfy bed. Cleanliness? Not that good. As I walked in the room and opened the door, there were sands behind the door and in front of the bathroom. Not really sure how, why and where those sands came from. Small TV in the room, poor reception and not that many channel options. Wifi was not that great also. They have so many wifis, asked me to pick the one with the best reception and I did just as told, and even so still not of good quality. So, for those of you who are just-stayed-at-my-room kind of persons, It would really suck. Got the chance to try on the meal for sahur since I ws fasting, I can say it was not bad for a budget hotel. Value for money? Hmm..Maybe I'll try my luck next time elsewhere.
- 49aldo (2/5): Terrible - For the first time i write a review when i still stay in hotel.
First, i book for double bed buat they give twin bed and merge it to be double bed. Well, it's okay because they have a big room even the wall look dirty.
The point is in the staff. Very dissapointed, not sure they were professional or what. I Just wanna book for stay at march of 24-25, unfortunately i book at march of 23-24. But, the reception also didn't realize the wrong date in my booking. Then, 2 hours later the reception call me to notify that i book in wrong date. After that, i want to check out for cancel my stay, but they say they will be in trouble if i didn't stay here in 24-25 because i've already check in. I try to keep postive and want to help thes staff, so i relented and book for march of 24-25.
Okay it just first accident, the second is happen in 05.00 am local time. Imagine, the staff is wake me up to move my vehicle because i parked in sterile area. They said my car blocking buss to pass. That so insane because they said the park line should be closed by the cone marker. Really can't understand what they mean, they mean i move their cone marker, or someone else did.
That's a pity because they have a spacious room, but the management is terrible
- melmeltravelling (6/5): value for money - I stayed for 1 night and It was good. For the price I got a bigger room compare to the other budget hotels (based on my experiences). Nice room with wooden floor. The bed and pillow were comfy. The bathroom was okay. Located in a strategic place (near Kuningan).
- O2520UZjank (4/5): Lasy staff - The rooms were nice and the breakfast good but when we did ask for a taxi they did say "you can walk to the street site and stop a taxi " then when we were surprise looking he arange a taxi for us. The next thing was that when I did ask to make a phone call to the airline to ask if we can change our flight they say their phone is not working and tell me that I must try to call by my self. And then he go to pick up the phone because it was ringing.
- nuzulrahadian (6/5): its dirty - the hotel is new, but very poor, i think the house keeper didnt do his job well. the floor, lift, the wall and the blanked and also bedsheet, everything is dirty.
and many young couple stay at this hotel, i dont know, what did they do there
- yohaness2013 (6/5): Average Hotel Really.. - Room is normal like any other 3 star hotel, a bit better may be since the room size is better than other budget hotel. But question is how can a non smoking room smell so bad as if nobody cares about no smoking sign... one other weird case is theres no menu for room service.. I think except the price which is considered low enough, there is no any other impression from this..
- nurulnoe (8/5): Premium room with king size bed - I stayed here for a night staycation with family. I book 2 room for us because I have 3 children (9yo, 7yo, and a baby). We love the clean luxury rooms with the big size bed. Also the big window in every rooms. Water heater is function well so we can take a shower at night because of late check-in. Free breakfast buffet style. Mostly Indonesian food. Rice porridge is recomended. Will give 5 stars if the receptionist give a faster service than yesterday ;)
- EmmaAbdillahA (10/5): Nice bed n pillows - Big room, very comfy bed n pillows. Great location. And the breaksfast also nice for 3 star hotel. Will bring my kids here if they have a swimming pool. Asked for the room with balcony and asked for rooms that away from the karaoke room. Very noisy at night. I wonder why the karaoke room dont have sound absorber
- Helena599 (8/5): Good to staycation with family - Staying only 1 night with my family and had clean non-smoking room. It has king size comfortable bed, very cold AC, shower with cold and hot water, TV, and water heater. Somehow when I opened the door, it smelt a smoke. But when I entered the room, the smell was gone.
The restaurant had various local menu. There are also cereal, salad, and bread.
The staff was friendly but a bit slow.
Overall it was worth the price.
- edy (2/5): serem - Pelayanan fo tidak familiar, lamban
- Verified traveler (8/5): - very nice
- BuyungAzza (8/5): Mr. - So far was good, i got room exactly what i requested when make reservation. Room service and house keeping give fast service. Not to expensive for the room rate, i really enjoyed and probably i'll return next time. But, why when check out time i just see 1 staff in charge on the receptionist and look rush that time around 12 noon? It's make long line for check in and also i have to pay full for parking even i stay that night. No body remind me to scan my parking ticket when at reception.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Pretty Good Hotel - Had a power down the entire minight for almost an hour.
- JT (4/5): Middle of the night construction, clueless staff - I landed in Jakarta around 1am and waited over an hour for a Bluebird to take me to Diradja. It was a turbulent flight and I was unable to sleep, so I was REALLY looking forward to diving into my hotel bed. I booked online and mentioned the very late check-in and thought I'd simply be able to grab my keycard and pass out. Nope.
The man behind the counter spoke very little English and couldn't understand when I told him I had already booked and paid online. After telling me "problem, problem" - never a good sign - he disappeared into the back room and returned about five minutes later with another guy who spoke ever so slightly more English. Another 10 minutes later I finally got my keycard.
The next day, I was locked out of the room. I brought the keycard to the counter and the staff asked me if I was staying another night. I explained that my reservation was for 5 nights and he returned my card. The same thing happened the very next day.
On my 3rd night, I was woken up by what can only be described as the screech of an industrial drill. At 2am, right beneath my room. The front desk staff said "sorry, construction." Throughout the stay, electricians were playing with a tangle of wires behind a door that was directly in front of my room.
Last but not least, the shower had only one temperature: boiling. At least it kept me from wasting too much time getting ready in the morning!
Yep, it was a nightmare.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - it was very clean and wide room. furniture also good.
- Sandi (8/5): - Nice
- Sandi (8/5): Good - Nice stay
- Wayland (8/5): Luxurious room with nice views. Room 701 bad wifi - The room was really nice with nice views. I stayed in room 701. The wifi was did not reach that far. The room had an ethernet port, but that didn't work either. If you need to get some work done, avoid room 701.
There's not a whole lot to do walking distance from the hotel.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great - Great
- Verified traveler (10/5): Hotel yg nyaman, pelayanan memuaskan. - Saya datang terlalu pagi utk check in, baru turun dari kereta. Pihak hotel berbaik hati mengijinkan saya check in lebih awal, sehingga saya sempat mandi sebelum acara.
