• K (1/5): Poor hygiene, poor staff help - Breakfast buffet was wide variety and very nice. The room itself was clean to the visible eye. Good amenities in the room. Room was not accessible until an hour after check in due to an issue with the key card. Due to the delay I asked for a manager to contact us in the morning but the staff clearly did not pass this message on. Alledgedly there is a cap policy for the pool which is not in writing anywhere, nor were we informed of this beforehand. Caps through the hotel are around £4 each but they are like shower caps made of fabric, not waterproof or the right size. Bathroom was disgusting. The sink had limescale and it was clear no attempt to clean it had been made. The rain and handheld shower heads had severe limescale. The walls of the shower cubicle itself were brown due to dirt.

Clean and modern facilities, helpful staff team and considerate kitchen team who assisted with creation of diet specific meal options. Spa facilities could better accomodate single sex preferences of guests.

Hatta spor salonu koronadan dolayı halen kapalı idi, rezervasyon sırasında bu durum belirtilse iyi olurdu. Kahvaltısı beklemediğim kadar lezzetli, çeşitli ve kaliteli idi. Odalardaki eşyalar eskimeye başlamış. Odaya ütü yollamadılar. Otel genelinde yokmuş, sadece kendileri ütü hizmeti veriyorlarmış. Bence çok büyük bir eksi.

Bu sene öncekinden daha da iyiydi oda ve hizmet olarak ancak tek hayalkırıklığımız sigara içilmeyen oda talep etmemize rağmen odanın içine sigara kokusu sinmişti. Bu bizi çok üzdü ancak bir sonraki gezimizde sigara içilmeyen odayı özellikle vurgulama şartıyla tekrar konaklama olarak burayı seçeriz. Teşekkürler

The food at their restaurant was excellent and the breakfast was fresh and it had the most variety compared to anywhere else we stayed. The room was amazing and super comfortable. I would stay here again if I come back to Denizli.

Ayrıca iş oteli konseptinde kurulmuş otelde oda da ütü yok ve resepsiyondan istediğinizde odaya ütü yollamıyorlar ancak sabah 08:00 17:00 arası kat hizmetleri yardımcı olunuyor denilmekte. Akşam otele giriş yapıp sabah erken işe gidecekseniz buruşuk kıyafet giymek zorundasınız.

Girişte ücretlendirmeyle ilgili küçük bir karışıklık yaşandı, ama gerekli düzenleme hemen yapıldı. Oda küçük fakat makul konforlu idi. Ancak çok önemli bir olumsuzluk ‘klima’ ile ilgiliydi. Yönü kesinlikle yanlış seçilmiş, doğrudan üzerinize soğuk hava geliyor. Uyurken kullanmak sakıncalı. Tekrar konaklamayı düşünüyorum, ama kliması uygun yönlendirilmiş odada!
