- Mariam (1/5): Trash - My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and frustrating from start to finish. The customer service was absolutely terrible — the staff were rude, specifically reception men Sujith! disrespectful, and completely unprofessional in the way they treated guests. It was very clear that their only focus is money, not customer satisfaction or basic hospitality. The rules they enforce are unreasonable and frankly shocking. What made things worse is that the information provided on the Booking app does not match what the hotel actually enforces. There was no mention anywhere in the terms and conditions about restrictions like “no visitors allowed” or that the hotel only accepts married couples. This lack of transparency is misleading and unacceptable. Instead of trying to resolve issues or communicate properly, the staff chose to be dismissive and hostile. This created an uncomfortable and stressful environment, rather than a welcoming one. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Nice pool open to the sun all day (no shadows from buildings) with sunbeds and a 10-15 meter pool. Room with kitchen facilities and washing machine. Iron, iron board and drying rack. Security box. Close to metro. Close to DXB. Close to shops and small restaurants. Silent surrounding.

If you do not have it it’s nonrefundable they do not negotiate. I would never help you. The location of the Property is very hard to get to
