- Dominic (5/5): Ab mitte Oktober alles geschlossen - Die Unterkunft war schön gross. Ausstattung der Küche schlecht, nicht mal Weingläser, keine Grundausstattung wie Salz oder Öl. Bad war schmutzig. Der Pool war milchig und voll mit Pflanzenresten und Insekten, keine Liegestühle und Schirme ab dem 2. Tag. Sogar das Tischfussball wurde ab dem 2. Tag (mitte Oktober) abgedeckt, obwohl die Anlage bis Ende Oktober geöffnet sein sollte.

- MJM (6/5): Rustig vakantiepark dat als goede uitvalsbasis voor Cefalu en Palermo - Ruim overdekt terras, schone goed onderhouden buitenruimte, elke ochtend vers brood. Met de auto zijn alle faciliteiten (zoals winkels en restaurants) goed en snel bereikbaar. Het huisje is gedateerd. De badkamer is superklein en de keuken/het fornuis duidelijk aan vervanging toe. Standaard uitrusting (olie, peper en zout, afwasmiddel e.d.) niet aanwezig. Het privestrand is makkelijk bereikbaar, maar zonder faciliteiten en niet schoon (overal lag plastic en wrakhout).

Mancavano alcuni servizi: non ho trovato alcun detersivo in casa che per una permanenza di soli due gg trovo scomodo a parer mio , nè vi era modo di lavare i teli mare se non nel lavandino del bagno. Ho fatto il check-out e una delle due signore non è stata molto cortese.
- ANNARITA (7/5): - Piscina, barbecue, doccia esterna appartamento grande e pulito. La spiaggia che sul sito è indicata come privata in realtà è spiaggia libera con possibilità di noleggio ombrelloni. La spiaggia è davvero trascurata anche se questo non è addebitabile alla struttura.

- Marta (8/5): Wspaniałe miejsce na spokojny wypoczynek :) - Mili właściciele, piękne zadbane otoczenie, ogród i basen. Bardzo ładna plaża z prywatnym wejściem i niewielką liczbą osób. Ciepłe piękne morze, wspaniałe zachody słońca. Domek wyposażony skromnie ale wystarczająco. Super sprawa z zewnętrznym prysznicem, fajny grill. Dobrze wyposażone sklepy w pobliżu, ale trzeba do nich dojechać. Świeże pieczywo codziennie dowożone na teren ośrodka. Dobra baza wypadowa do zwiedzania wyspy zapewniająca spokojny odpoczynek po zwiedzaniu bardziej znanych i tłocznych miejsc. Klimatyzacja dość głośna i nie bardzo wystarcza do utrzymania komfortowej temperatury w całym domku. Kanapa w salonie mała, niewygodna i wysłużona.
- Zuzana (8/5): Very good - Nice private family villa in residence very close to empty beach and near to beautiful Cefalu town... comfortable for 6 people. It was easy to find and accommodate here (car needed) without any admin obstructions. The owner was friendly and helpful. Every morning fresh mobile bakery, coffee automat, table tennis, grill, outside shower. 1 hour by train to Palermo. The villa could be better equipped with dishes, but most of the time we were away thus we didn't need much. The only limitation for us was the need to wear a swimming cap in the pool, which was an obstacle for us teenagers.

- Germán (10/5): Exceptional - Very nice place super close to the beach, nice room and we enjoy a lot our private terrace and the swimming pool, Pia was super gentle and friendly, she even help us to go to the train station because we didn't have a car, thank you!! Maybe the only thing is that it will be nice to have a shop inside the place to buy some food, but you have a big supermarket in a short distance by car, so not a big problem.

- Barbara (3/5): Poor - The only thing we liked was the guy at the reception, he was way kinder than the owner. We arrived late in the afternoon, after going to the supermarket to realised when we checked in that the accommodation didn't have dish sponge or dishcloth, just one and a half toilet papers for 5 people on a 2 days stay. We didn't have hot water, we tried calling and messaging through booking with no answer, we had to shower with cold water. The next morning my sister went to ask for the hot water and the basic stuff we were missing and the owner was so rude and treated her very bad. If you can stay in other place do not doubt it, we've been travelling around Italy and this was the first time we've had an experience like this.

Very good for family style vacation: Nice pool, playground and open lawn play area, secure property / gated. Apartment was well sized, acceptable condition, Host kindly replaced several overused items upon our request. Easy drive to Cefalu, markets, train station. Beach nearby is not very clean; better to drive to other great beaches near Cefalu.

- Ton (7/5): Not bad, but certainly need some improvements. - The people were nice and there was a nice large pool that was maintained well. A short walk from the beach. We got a room upstairs with a balcony but it was all a bit to small: I could not walk through the doors without beding. Also, the ceilng in the bedroom is too low for the largest part of the room: I almost had to crawl to get to the other side of the bed. The bathroom was very small but the worst thing: no hot water. The kitchen outside on the balcony is a nice idea but when were there it was windy so we could not even boil an egg because the wind would blow out the flames. They told is that there would be a baker in the morning to bring bread, but after waiting until 10:30 there was still nothing. The place had certainly also good point but some of the things need to be improved for me to choose this again.

The apartment was very small with a very low sloping roof which we kept hitting our heads off. Not the most comfortable place we have stayed. Probably better staying in Cefula.

- Isabel (8/5): Lovely family vacation in Sicily - Comfortable apartments with a nice pool and grass field close by (which was perfect for our 1 year old son to play!), within walking distance from the beach The couch in our apartment was a bit dirty, but apart from that we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to come back!
- Mimi (9/5): I would like to thank Piero and Gisella for a wonderful stay! - The staff were excellent. We arrived late on Sunday night and Gisella was there to welcome us (note: you will need to know Italian). The staff was always on site if we had any issues or questions (we accidently changed the setting on the air conditioner, needed their help). I loved the pool, great size, very clean, water was warm. The beach was also excellent - very private, hardly anyone on the beach and it was late July early August. Every morning at 9:30 a bakery truck would drive in and we could purchase fresh croissants for breakfast, bread or pizzas for lunch, even arancini (if you order them). The house was extremely clean, no bugs, place was spotless. It was difficult to find at night, so we often didn't leave when it was dark. The roads to get there are a bit tricky with no streetlights, normal for Italy but different based on Canadian/American standards. Also, the air conditioner was just in the main hallway so we needed to keep our bedroom doors open for air flow. Again, this is normal for Italy but different for anyone with North American expectations.
- Michael (9/5): This place is great, and families in particular would love it. - The staff were super friendly and the complex is really great with its own beach access (and the beach is great and not busy) and a pool that we didn't use. It's a short drive to Cefalu so it's the best of both worlds. I wish that they didn't play music at the pool. Our apartment was just on the other side of the fence, and it would've been nicer to not have to hear dance music (I would feel the same if I were using the pool, I just prefer not to have it, especially as not everyone (even in my family) likes the same music.
- Olivia (6/5): Pleasant - Proximity to beach was the best thing about this property. Property is a little dated. Rubbish overload at entrance of property. A lot of cats and unfortunately we encountered ants in the kitchen a few days into our stay. I hate to complain so we just kept food in the fridge and cleaned up well after food prep. We did enjoy our holiday as the sunshine definitely helps but I just feel that this place has huge potential just a little dated. Piero was helpful at all times so I did appreciate his help.
