- Roger (10/5): - Lovely hotel, our suite was a super size with such impressive high ceiling. The beds extremely comfortable and none of our towels including a change we had during our stay were worn or discoloured. Four decent sized complimentary bottles of water in the room fridge which were very welcome due to the temperature in Seville. These were also replaced when emptied. Bathroom with separate bath and shower which was of a high standard. A delightful rooftop terrace which was a great subtract. Only thing missing was a bar but staff did not mind you bringing in your own drinks and nibbles to enjoy on the terrace. The staff were extremely welcoming and pleasant each time you came into contact with them. It appears the hotel provides a comprehensive breakfast but we didn’t take advantage of this as it was always our preference to eat out during our stay.

- Christine (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay! The staff were very helpful and so nice. The bed was very comfortable. Some people may find the bedroom a little small, but it I think it was just right for one to two people. The bathroom was gorgeous though. You have a separate area for the sink with plenty of space. The bathroom had a huge tub, toilet and bidet. I didn't include breakfast in my reservations, but you can get coffee and water anytime. And they gave 2 bottled waters everyday, which was always appreciated. There is a fridge but no microwave. But plenty of restaurants around the hotel. For the price, this place is a hidden gem. Another plus is there's a lift! I can't say enough good things about this hotel. If ever I go back, I would stay here again.

- stuart (10/5): Couple 4 night stay - Lovely building and excellent location in heart of Seville. All staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good and coffee machine constantly available to help yourself as well as chilled water which was a nice gesture from the hotel. I would recommend for a stay in Seville to see the sights and be centrally located for cafe bars and shops.

Location was perfect with many good food options and walking distance to old town. Metro stations close by. Paid parking garages were available in 2 min walk, 2 grocery stores next door for all other need. Highly recommend this place.

Everything you want to see and eat in Sevilla is minutes from the hotel. Staff are friendly and rooms are small but adequate.

Very close to dining options and a hustling but quiet environment making it easy to travel solo and stay out late without worrying about safety. The hotel was faultless, really dreamy hotel with a lovely terrace. Breakfast is probably limited and no hot drinks in the room, that was the only flaw for me.

The hotel is charming and has a welcoming feeling and such friendly and helpful staff. Their breakfast is a perfect way to start your day from the delicious options to the inviting space to eat within. It is quiet and relaxing, and the roof top space has wonderful views. Seeing the cathedral lite up at night while enjoying wine and cheese is stunning. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a relaxing vacation largely in part to this hotel. Location is ideal as you are close to all the attractions, shops and food, but avoids the traffic right around the hotel itself. This will a return spot for us!

Lots of bars and great restaurants are around the hotel and all major attractions are in a walking distance from the hotel. We had great time in Seville.

We booked one of their Suites which was large and had exquisitely carved wooden ceilings. Our sincere thanks to one of the greatest Reception Teams ever--Rosa, Rodrigo, Daniela and Laura! In addition, the General Manager Jacobo was outstanding. Exemplary support. Greeted with a glass of wine and escorted to the beautiful Rooftop terrace to decompress after our flight. Perfect location in the Santa Cruz neighborhood--a few steps away from numerous tapa bars and just around the corner from the Cathedral. Breakfast was served in the central atrium and was excellent. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

In large part due to the service and help from the reception staff; all of them are helpful and awesome This amazing hotel is also beautiful and we took some really nice pictures too. It is clean and well furnished, I would want to come stay here again when I visit Serville in the future.
- EminAykul (6/5): Limited facilities. It could be better. - We stayed at the hotel for 4 nights. The staff at the reception, especially from entered until our departure, was very helpful and attentive. Thanks to team, especially Teressa, who made efforts to make our vacation more enjoyable. The location is great, within walking distance of tourist attractions. Our room was cleaned every day, but overall, the cleanliness didn’t meet our expectations (the curtains were not clean, the sheets not properly tucked into the duvet, and the bathroom not cleaned as we had hoped). Although we booked a deluxe room, the room was too small to spend time in, and no minibar service. However, there is a coffee station at the entrance of the hotel available 24/7.

- Kevin (10/5): - This hotel is round the corner, 2 mins walk, from the cathedral and Alcazar in Seville old town so really central. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Even provided umbrellas on rainy days. Breakfast was good quality and plentiful. Bread very fresh. Room was very comfortable and quiet (okay, it was November). Plenty of eating places and street cafes within a few minutes walk. Be aware, streets are narrow and cobbled as befits an Old Town. I would definitely use this hotel again.

- BobN662 (10/5): Great Hotel, Great Location! - Great hotel in a great location. The hotel is located in the heart of the old city, minutes from the Cathedral, bars and restaurants. Check-In was straight forward, friendly and helpful staff. Our room was on the 02nd floor, large and well appointed, with a nice size bathroom, air condoning, Tv with a very comfortable bed and ample storage space. Breakfast is available in the central atrium, offering a good selection of hot & cold food. Tea & coffee is available throughout the day, along with an honesty bar. The only disappointing element(s) was that although the hotel kept us informed about other things, we were not made aware that the Roof Terrace was closed for redevelopment, a shame as this was one of the features that attracted us to this hotel, in fact the hotel website shows the roof terrace in its promotional images and narrative. Also the bar opening times are vague, often closed by 3pm. Other than that we highly recommend this hotel and will stay here again should we re-visit Seville!

- evelynegomis (10/5): Beautiful hotel in a beautiful city - This a fantastic hotel to stay in Seville providing the city’s charm, grandeur, douceur-de-vivre, in the comfort of your own room and surrounded by friendly and efficient staff. The accommodations are beautiful and inspired by the spirit of city. The hotel location is very convenient. The reception desk is excellent: efficient for restaurant and other reservations, parking directions and suggestions, knowledgeable and friendly regarding amenities nearby. Room cleanliness could be improved (7/10) Despite the gorgeous room, the cleaning lady can make an extra effort. The hotel breakfast selection could also benefit from a few additional choices (7 /10). I was not impressed with room service (an outsourced business service) as most people will highly recommend that you eat out, even if you just need a soup after a long day. Would definitely return anytime!

The room was spacious as was the bathroom, no view from room but that did not bother us. The rooftop terrace has great views... The location is excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful... Breakfast was up there with the best weve had... Brill place.

There were a lot of bugs and we were placed on the first floor entering into the main dining hall. There was also black mold in the bathroom, be aware if getting placed here as we also had a lot of street noise. One good thing is that water and coffee is available 24/7 in the dining hall and they offer one free drink from the bar.

- Ken (6/5): Modern and clean - The attendants were kind and helpful. The Hotel is clean and very modern with lots of Art in the building. It is a challenge to get to, kind of stuck in the middle of other buildings with very narrow roads to drive with pedestrians everywhere. I was disturbed by the strong smell of sewer once the air conditioning was turned on and requested another room - which they accommodated. Shower had a rain spout and 3 other smaller ones aimed at your body but tgat just might be the suite we were in.
- Daniel (8/5): - Property is great in a great location. There is NO Parking anywhere near the hotel. If you are renting a car, beware. It’s public parking near the bull ring and a 15 minute walk with your luggage. Taxi or Uber, no problems.

- diyfamilytravels (10/5): Excellent, highly recommended - Excellent boutique hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful, and this was one of our favorites among all the hotels in Spain. This location is so convenient, we could walk to everywhere in Seville, but once you step inside, the hotel feels like a calming oasis. We had a Triple room on the ground floor, since we were 3 with our daughter, the high ceilings and spacious room made it very comfortable, although street noise was heard but after long days of walking, one tunes it out. A higher floor room is probably better. The bathroom was also large although the fancy modern shower controls were not intuitive, but everything worked well once we understood it. The room had good towels, slippers, everything else needed and comfortable bed lines. Breakfast daily was excellent in the courtyard with cooked made to order items, delicious juice and nice coffee which you could make from the machine at any time. The hotel & rooms were clean and well maintained and we loved its architecture and courtyard style. Wonderful hotel and we hope we can return some day for another stay.
- Frepaul (10/5): Hidden Gem in the middle of Seville. - I booked this hotel via EasyJet holidays based on location to the centre of Seville and customer reviews. My wife and I arrived on the first flight from Gatwick so were at the hotel around 10am and not expecting to get into our room till late afternoon. However we were able to access our room immediately. The room had been updated and was very well appointed with bathrobes, slippers etc which I was not expecting. The building itself is an "updated" classical Seville building with original art work and an interior courtyard (covered dome) where breakfast is served from 8-11. Breakfast was more than just a continental breakfast with cooked-to-order dishes (omelettes, eggs benedict etc) as well as cold cuts, breads, hot and cold drinks and especially Seville fresh squeezed orange juice. All customer-facing staff were super helpful with great advice, especially on where to eat locally. As a Marriott Titanium member, I have experienced some wonderful customer service from top and expensive hotels, but this small boutique hotel was on a par and far exceeded my expectations and a great value as well.

- U9323CXchristinam (10/5): Free drink on welcome - The petty stuff I wasn't fond of: the perfume in the lobby is overwhelming. This seems to be a thing in Spain. The pillows were too fluffy for my liking. Stepping into the shower involved stepping over a huge tub. Otherwise I liked the staff, the decor, the location, relatively quiet, roof top bar had a nearby flamenco guitar player to add ambiance. Church bells began at 9 AM.
- GRace149 (8/5): Great location - I really loved this hotel, tucked away in the heart of Seville, super convenient for sightseeing, yet an oasis in the city. A beautiful building and really nice people working there. Extremely comfy beds and spotless bathroom. A bit of a palaver waiting for a drink and then going up in the lift to the pretty roof terrace. Our room (30) was just above the street and lots of noise overnight.

- Stephen (8/5): - This was a spacious hotel set in the old town with the rooms around an inner courtyard. It was very close to the major sights all within walking distance. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was large for a city hotel and well equipped. The breakfast in the courtyard was limited in choice. We got a taxi from the airport and would not advise bringing a car into the old town. Would recommend this hotel for short stay.

- Grant (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful; the hotel is conveniently situated for all the main sites; and both the breakfasts and the roof terrace for drinks really added to the pleasure of our visit.
- Jane (8/5): - Very well placed for a city break, being within five to tem minutes of the Alcazar and cathedral. Also within 15 minutes of the bullring and museum, a venue doing a flamenco show and tapas and the hop on and off sightseeing bus tours. There are several decent bars and restaurants on the doorstep, which was useful as the hotel don't have a restaurant for evening dining. They do have bar and a roof top terrace though. The room was clean and comfortable, and has air-con, mini bar and safe. It didn't though have facilities to make a hot drink, nor iron creased clothing in the room. There is no laundry service. Staff were always helpful with restaurant recommendations and booking a taxi for the airport for our departure...helping with luggage to the vehicle too.
