• Luke (2/5): Tired and run down, and staff rude and unhelpful - Location was good and the lobby was stunning. Beds were fairly comfortable and price was alright. Staff confiscated towels and soap after finding out we weren't full numbers. Room was shabby, furniture falling apart, no hangers or shelves even in the Wardrobe! Breakfast starts too late really, so you cant have breakfast and get the lift as soon as it opens, so we mostly skipped breakfast. Rooms are very very very basic and in serious need of renovation. The room had like a sauna. The hotel was kept at a constant temperature similar to the surface temperature of the sun lol, was uncomfortablly warm.

Отдельный плюс — наличие парковки, что делает проживание ещё более удобным, особенно если вы путешествуете на машине. Всё продумано до мелочей, атмосфера приятная, персонал внимательный. С радостью остановимся здесь снова!

• Ionut (4/5): Not a 4 stars hotel, smoke inside the room, old and dirty furniture - Close to the Gondola Pool and Sauna Breakfast Not a 4 stars hotel! Not so clean, old and broken furniture in the room. They have a fire pit in the hotel lobby which is creating a lot of smoke that is getting into the room - especially at the top floor. You can’t breathe inside the room. When I ask them to find a solution, stop the fire, they said they can’t do anything. They don’t allow you to take your ski and boots inside the room and offer a very small (around 6 sqare m) room to keep them, but this is not enough to have all guests’ equipt and also it is unguarded..

• Adrien (6/5): Déçu de la qualité et de la propreté - Établissement bien situé. Taille du logement. Spa mal entretenu, jacuzzi ne fonctionne mal avec une eau sale. Bain d’eau salée sale.Chambre bruillante . Et il faut apprendre à faire les irish coffee, car mettre du café et ajouter du whisky froid dans une tasse n’est pas du tout la recette. Et en réception aucune explication pour le spa le petit déjeuner, il n’a même pas demandé si nous avions besoin d’informations.

• Stela (4/5): Good location and breakfast, poor value for money due to outdated facilities and disappoiniting SPA - The breakfast was really good – delicious and with a great variety. The location is also convenient, close to the main area and the ski lift. What I didn’t like was the value for money. For that price there are far better hotels with modern interiors and proper spa facilities, not a pool with almost cold water. This hotel was probably very good 10–12 years ago, but not today. Since only breakfast is included, you will need to have lunch and dinner in the city center. If you add around €25 per person per meal, the total for two people for a 2-night stay comes to roughly €500. Not to mention that if you want to have a drink in the evening, the amount increases even more for the whole stay. For comparison, for around €600 we got an amazing hotel in Banya – ultra all inclusive with food, drinks, and alcohol included, a modern atmosphere, party with a DJ while you swimming in the pool, and a truly excellent spa. There you really feel the value of your money. The hotel is fine to stay in, but definitely not for that price.

• EMANUEL (9/5): A fostun sejur excelent datorita conditiilor asigurate de personalul hotelului - Este aproape de gondola si centru orasului. Hotelul ofera un mediu ambiant foarte placut, personalul este amabil si atent la nevoiele turistilor. O sa mai revin cu placere. Liftul are o viteza cam mica, dar este dotat bine si ofera o perspectiva placuta. La micul dejun aparatele de cafea sunt scoase din functie de la ora 9:30 desi micul dejun tine pana la ora 10:00.

• corneliu ioan (10/5): Great - Very good location, very good WiFi, an excellent accommodation, we had for two persons double room apartment, the staff was very kind, the cleaning was daily, the meals were great they have an excellent chef! The hotel lobby with an real fireplace each day was warming! The furniture, especially in the restaurant needs an upgrade, when you come from outside, to ski storage you have to step down seven marble steps fully equipped with ski boots!! It is easy to cover the marbel steps with rubber/ wooden carpets 😊

• Десислава (8/5): Overall me and my friend - we both enjoyed our stay, we would definitely come and visit again - I hope that they would - The property was light, spacious and clean. The remark I have is about the bed and the sofa. The room that we had was pleasant with a nice view and a terrace. The staff was very friendly, we especially liked the lady who was cleaning our room - so kind and welcoming. The food was nice, the spa center was also good and clean The bed and the sofa were a bit rough to sleep on - I would enjoy a better mattress The toast for breakfast were a bit too dry and the vegetables not very fresh - probably they were not just now cut.

Котлоните и кухнята в стаята не работеха. Исках да занеса храна на малкото дете в стаята, защото не се чустваше добре и ми беше отказано. Детския кът беше под всякаква критика и миришеше на повръщано. Токът в спа центъра спира няколко пъти.

• Darren (6/5): - Location is very central and close to all amenities and to the main Bansko mountain, within walking distance. Staff was friendly and the lobby is unique. The furniture needs an upgrade, it's also dangerous since the edging of the furniture is torn off and the chipboard is exposed and can you can easily hurt with the furniture, also it's not stable. While we had a shower very small and without door, it's not an open shower/walk in its a 70x70cm round shower without a door and when you shower all the water goes out into the room.
• Mila (7/5): Usual Bansko experience. - This is our third time at this hotel. We chose it the first time because of the location and the offers it had. In the meantime, the hotel is pretty much the same for the good and the bad. The breakfast is the Bansko standard offer, missing maybe more pastries. The staff is professional, they reacted quickly when called. The Wi Fi is acceptable . The cleanliness good. The price of the stay more than affordable. The lightning in the room very weak, It wasn't like that before, not sufficient for reading. This doesn't come from the hotel, but the music from the restaurant across the street Stefanos was very annoying, it was on full blast nearly all day with the speaker outside the building. The choice of TV channels was poor and not working most of the time except for the local news. Jacuzzi and the saunas were not working all the time.

• Nadia (5/5): overall we had a pleasant experiene. - I liked the lobby how spacious and sunny was. The location its convenient next to the ski gondola. The food was good. We stayed at one bedroom apartment, and i did not like that the bedroom does not have a window. it faces the lobby where its was noisy from some drunk tourists in the night.

• Amy (8/5): A great stay and brilliant value for money - Great location and very clean. Bed was far more comfortable than MPM Sport! The room was very warm and my bedroom f ed on to the internal courtyard which was a little noisy until 10-11pm.
