- Zühal A. (2/5): - Dieses Hotel ist in keiner Hinsicht zu empfehlen. Unfreundliches und unprofessionelles Personal: Von Anfang an wurden wir unhöflich behandelt. Der Höhepunkt war ein äußerst respektloser und unprofessioneller Check-out – absolut untragbar. Mangelhafte Sauberkeit und fehlender Service: Das Hotel war nicht sauber. Handtücher waren unzureichend vorhanden, leere Artikel wurden nicht ersetzt, und selbst Klopapier wurde nicht nachgefüllt. Das sind grundlegende Standards, die jedes Hotel erfüllen sollte. Besonders enttäuschend war die Situation, als wir krankheitsbedingt früher abreisen mussten. Wir haben höflich um Kulanz gebeten, wurden jedoch lediglich an Booking verwiesen - obwohl Booking uns wiederum direkt an das Hotel zurückverwiesen hat. Das Personal war nicht bereit zuzuhören oder uns in irgendeiner Weise entgegenzukommen Fazit: Dieses Hotel zeigt weder Professionalität noch den geringsten Respekt gegenüber seinen Gästen. Wer Wert auf Sauberkeit, Freundlichkeit und einen minimalen Standard an Service legt, sollte dieses Haus unbedingt meiden.

- Christian (9/5): Super Lage, super Service und gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis - Gute Lage direkt vor der Haupteinkaufspassage. Zentral gelegen und dennoch ruhig. Parken vor der Tür war kein Problem und auch sicher. War mit dem Motorrad unterwegs. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, tolles Personal, Zimmern sauber und dazu noch ein tolles Frühstück! Ich kann es jedem wärmstens empfehlen!

The duche was broken and we could not place it on the wall. The room was just above the reception desk and restaurant, and we could hear the chatter and smell the cigarette smoke till late. The room should have been for non smokers but it had an ashtray. The room smelled like a kitchen from the restaurant bellow.
