The bed was the worst of my stay. The bed is hard as rock, and after one night only, I have a really bad backache. If you look for comfort, please look for another option.

Muy amables y bonito hotel - Cuando llegue, me dieron una habitacion en primer piso, olia muchisimo a humedad, pedi que me cambiaran, si lo hicieron muy amables, y me dieron otra en segundo piso, excelente, muchisimo mejor, me dijeron que era otra categoria, cosa que no se vio cuando reserve, pero no no me cobraron nada extra. Muy contenta con el servicio. Es hotel para familias, con muchisimos niños, gritando en la alberca, aventandose, no es para ir a relarte o para ir en pareja. Para ir de paso esta Ok, pero no para varios dias. No para mi manera de viajar. Me gusta algo mas tranquilo.

- Ramon (7/5): it felt like I spend the night in a "motel" - I honestly believe that whoever owns this hotel, should make an effort to regain the all gone reputation. The hotels was a gem back couple of decades ago. And I believe that with proper management the rescue is possible. old fashion furniture and in general the rooms looked in poor condition.

Pequeños detalles de desgaste en el baño, el cancel con óxido, lo cual da la imagen de empezar a verse un poco descuidado.

We were not served in a timely manner and other customers who reached after us were served before us. The garden is also very nice with lots of bright tropical flowers and plants. The ladies' bathroom in the lobby was a bit dodgy. But that is the only thing that we truly had any complaint about. Time to upgrade that. Our external room door was also a bit worn.

El servicio deja mucho que desear, la atención al cliente muy serios y no me dieron ninguna solucion a algunos detalles que se presentaron. El hotel ya es viejo y se nota que no le dan el mantenimiento adecuado.
