- Jaroslaw (10/5): Excellent and was hard to leave - Very good sized apartment, clean with all amenities needed. Nice welcome wine receive when arrived. Late arrival was not an issue - person from security was very helpful. Receptionists - all kind and friendly with useful tips re the island. Nice bar - basic food and drinks options available. Pool great for children, with steps and rail, depth from around 1.1m to 2m. Walks to public beach in Cristianos around 25min downhill and uphill back to property - but easy enough for us used to walking. Lovely island also - such a diversity - recommend Anaga park and La Laguna to visit (not to mention Teide national park)! Some guests leaving mess behind them in the pool - but no means fault of the property though

- Ewelina (7/5): Apartment we booked was different we had. - I like that the pool was heated. There was a choice of tv channels and there was oven . There is also bar if you need some food but expect British quality and prices. 3 pancakes and Tbsp of Nutella €4.5 . Bedroom had single beds. The apartment was very small. We had to move dinning table everyday to open sofa bed . We very located in low level which is below the pool . We did not have steps out to the pool so I think we had the smallest apartment in the whole building. We were with almost 2 adult size children and it was tight. Bathroom very small as well . Difficult to close the door when you were try to squeeze there. If you are bigger person make sure you ask for bigger appointment. I am sure we had different appointments on the pictures when we were booking. The one we had was not even advertised Not enough sockets. As it was four of us we had to unplug lamps even hairdryer in the bathroom to charge our phones. Pool table outside not suitable to use . Missing parts the same with other game. Looks good on the pictures but nothing like that in currently . I was disappointed as pictures showed completely different place. Around the poll about 11-12 loungers however you can go to the top behind the bar and there is more of them.

- Agnieszka (4/5): good location but very noisy - pool was good for the kids, sun terrace and bar was good. good location to walk easily to restaurants and to the beach. one of the bedrooms has windows to the indoor hallway and is noisy as hell. what didn't help was, that we had British teenagers in the apartments on both sides to ours that came back night after night completely drunk and made noise like hell, security unfortunately didn't intervene which meant for us nights with very little sleep. Bar food and opening times catering mainly for British guests. Everything together this apartment was not worth the money.
- Tina (5/5): Lack of sleep doesn’t make for a good holiday - The heated pool was lovely, as was the pool bar, apartment and balcony spacious with nice views, beds were comfortable, the welcome pack left on the table for us was a lovely touch which was much appreciated thanks for that Apartment being next to the reception meant we had people returning from a night out between 1am and 5am being very loud running around slamming doors and a couple of times banging on our door at 4am demanding to be let in so not one good nights sleep was had in the 14 we stayed, also the sofa in the apartment needs replacing as was very uncomfortable, it sunk in the middle so was like sitting on a slope

- Sian (8/5): Everything we needed for a short stay. - We stayed in a solarium apartment with a Mountain View the views were good and we had sun all day. The rooms were really spacious and clean when we arrived the welcome package was a lovely gesture! Whilst only on a 5 day trip we had a visit from the cleaning service and were provided with fresh towels bedding etc. The beds could have been comfier they were quite hard which resulted in waking a few times in the night with pains in shoulder or hip depending on which side I had rolled onto. The walls were very thin and if people were walking past the outside of the apartment they could be heard talking as if they were in the same room.

- Alicja (10/5): great stay - Wow, this is such great apartment :D Very nice area, quiet and great landscape. Lot of space, two levels and two bedrooms. Big rooftop terrace with sunbeds, umbrella and a table with chairs. Very clean. Well equipped kitchen, there is everything, glasses, wine glasses, frying pan, pots, plates etc. Big parking outside, but lots of cars :D good wifi connection, tv also. Also, towel rack on the terrace. Apartment for 4 people, 6 maybe not so comfortable, cause 2 people would be sleeping in living room. Large bathroom but probably needs refreshing, they should make a shower instead of a small bathtub with a curtain ;) there should be a quilt for sleeping, because in winter there is cold in apartment, so sleeping under a sheet is not enough, we used blankets additionally, luckily they were available.

Sängarna är mycket hårda, en bäddmadrass hade varit ett önskemål för en sån gäst som jag som hyrde 25 nätter!

- Peter (4/5): Disappointed with whole apartment experience, not peaceful or able to rest, not worth price paid - The heated pool, receptionist very pleasant and helpful. The room was dated and decor tired, the room we had was on same level as pool, had little to no natural light in bedroom. The beds (mattress) was hard and uncomfortable and so too was the two seater sofa (uncomfortable). out door space (balcony) had no privacy as other guests and visitors to the pool where able to place sunbeds directly infront of our external seated area. We were there for 6nights, from day one we could hear power tools being used in and around the apartments, for the last3/4 days the noise of hammer drilling was as if we were on a building site, so couldn't relax around pool or in room. Glass surrounding pool area was stained and gave pool area a runner down unmaintained look. Had no air conditioning (Unable to upload video recording of build/maintenance noise)

- Margreet (9/5): Fijne plek in de luwte - Heerlijk ruim appartement met fijne bedden in een donkere slaapkamer. Goede banken, ruim balkon. Enorm vriendelijke hulp door Felipe. Prima uitvalsbasis om zowel het strand als het achterland te verkennen. De badkamer werd een waterballet bij het douchen. De kamer werd in de drie dagen dat we er zaten niet schoongemaakt. Het zwembad is wat aan de kleine kant als je vooral daarvoor komt. Er is veel eetgelegenheid in de buurt, maar kom je voor het strand dan is dat nog wel een wandeling van ca. 1 kilometer.

We stayed at second floor out of 3 floors and the view its INCREDIBLE. you see the whole seafront and main boulevard from the Los Cristianos. They could add to the rooms an extra blanket because night time can get a bit chilly.

The restaurant by the pool works great, good food and delicious cocktails, the women who work there are very nice!

- Colin (6/5): Nice stay, staff were lovely. Let down by Access & location - The staff were very helpful and friendly. When we asked to change our room, it was sorted immediately with no fuss. Apartment was extremely clean, albeit the furniture looking tired and worn out. The pool side bar and cafe staff gave exceptional service and nothing was too much trouble. Food was very tasty and cleanly cooked. Not enough working security locks on patio door considering apartment was on lower floor. The mattresses are far to thin. The filling in the sofa in our apartment had completely gone making it very uncomfortable to sit on. Reception is only open between the hours of 9:00am-5:30pm Pool is far too small for size of complex. Location of main entrance is up 2 steep hills making access very difficult for people with disabilities. There is a lower entrance, but it’s closed from 8:00pm which means the only access after this time is the main entrance. Lift was out of order, but you still have stairs to negotiate with suitcases, even if lift was working.

- Margaret (5/5): Suggest you find alternative accommodation where you can get the apartment you book. - The reception, bar, and cleaning staff, were very polite and friendly The apartment was not the one advertised in the Booking.Com advert and was at the ground floor with a view of the protection screens around the pool, the floor of our apartment being below the level of the pool surroundings. This was not the one that was advertised, which was clearly one on a higher floor. On arrival we immediately approached the gentleman at reception with our concerns, he was friendly and sympathetic to our position and immediately spent a lot of time checking for alternative options. Unfortunately the apartments were all fully booked and there was no alternatives. With regards to the apartment itself it was very tired, needed a new kitchen, the beds were very old, hard, and the springs could be felt in the mattresses, the end result being my wife now having hip problems. Also there was no smart tv as advertised

- Kamaljit (10/5): - We were so comfortable. The rooms were very spacious. Staff were always attentive. We had a huge hamper full of all sorts on arrival, on. Christmas day they left a bottle and snacks again. Pool was heated but we didn't use. Easy 20 min walk to beach front. Walking back is on a slight incline but very doable for most people . We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We'll definitely book this place again. Thank you to everyone at club tenerife

The reception staff were very kind and helpful. There’s a market just a 5-minute walk away, and the beach is very close. The apartment had everything we needed two single beds and a large couch that was just as comfortable. My son loved the pool and jumped in every morning. I would definitely come back. The only downside was the food options in the area, not related to the property itself. The only place where we ate really well was a Colombian restaurant called La Fonda.

Great touch 👏 All the girls working the outdoor bar are lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming. My only slight complaint was my room was next to the pool heating and pump room, which was a bit noisy throughout the night and kept me awake. I am a very light sleeper so it probably wouldn't bother most people. However I did mention this to reception and I'm sure they would have swapped me to another apartment if they weren't fully occupied. This wouldn't put me off staying again. It was still a great stay.

Asunto oli ulkoasultaan viihtyisä, keittiö oli kohtuullisen uusi ja hyvin varusteltu. Rakennus on vanha, mutta pidetään varsin siistinä. Varaus tapahtui booking.comin kautta, mutta asia ei ollutkaan sillä selvä. Pyydettiin sähköpostiosoitetta ja lähetettiin linkki pankeilleni tuntemattomalta maksupalvelulta, Vaikka yhteydenotto chatin kautta varmisti että maksua pyytää todellakin majoituspaikka, kahden mastercardin maksut eivät menneet läpi. Halusin kuitenkin majoituksen, joten sitkeällä viestittelyllä ja uudella linkillä maksu saatiin suoritettua ja varaus oli olemassa kun pääsin perille. Sekä käytävän että altaan puolelta melu tulee läpi todella pahasti. Muuten se ei haittaisi, mutta kaikille vieraille ei ole selvää kylteillä esitetty yörauha 23:00-08:00. Tämä tuli ikävästi ilmi kun majoitukseen saapui toiseksi viimeisenä päivänä venäläisryhmä joka metelöi kahteen asti yöllä. Vastaanotto on kiinni 17:30 jälkeen ja paikalla ei ole mitään henkilökuntaa joka puuttuisi asiaan. Tämän vuoksi viimeinen kerta tässä kohteessa. Vuoteet ovat kivikovat. Onneksi olohuoneessa oli vuodesohva, joka poikkeuksellisesti oli mukavampi kuin vuode.

- Lazdāne (4/5): - Staff was really nice and helpful. Beds were really uncomfortable. For a 2 week stay we would have expected to have comfortable mattrasses. The rooms were really outdated and were not cleaned during our stay. The bedding and towels were changed every 5 days, but you could see that rooms were not cleaned (hair on the floor, stains on cupbords etc., from previous stays). While the were some standard amenities and some goodies from the hotel due to holidays, we do not feel that overall experience justified the price we paid.

Ov - Friendly staff that helped with every request Clean Good strength shower (very important!) Lovely basket of goodies upon arrival. Quick response with concerns. Bar didn’t stay open very late. Mattresses very thin but were changed upon request! Walls quite thin so could hear loud family next door.

- Petra (9/5): Krásný zážitek - Velmi milý, ochotný a pozorný personál. Krásné výhledy, vyhřívaný bazén, klid v ložnici. Velmi dobře promyšlené vybavení. Nevýhodou je jen lokalita v kopci.

- Ernst (8/5): Entspannte Urlaubswochen - Beheizter Pool, preiswerte Kantine/Bar am Pool, Supermarkt im Haus. Die Wohnung wurde alle 5 Tage gereinigt, Betten frisch überzogen und Handtücher getauscht. Leider gab es keine Sets für den Esstisch und auch keine Sitzpolster und keine Auflagen für die Balkonliegen. Die Eingangstüren lassen sich von außen nur geräuschvoll schließen .

Cheap taxis when we couldn’t be bothered to walk after a long day out. Lack of sunbeds, Even though signs stipulated that beds.Couldn't be saved it was entertaining wacthing early risers scramble for bed. One family was saving 8 beds a day.
