- Cristina (8/5): Una noche cerca del aeropuerto - La ubicación ideal cerca del aeropuerto de Bérgamo el personal muy amable me contactó antes de mi llegada para asegurarse que podía entrar en la habitación ya que llegábamos tarde la habitación estaba limpia y era muy amplia Detalles pequeños pero la nevera tenía cosas dentro de los huéspedes anteriores y la persiana estaba rota la ducha tampoco era lo más cómodo y el parking un poco tricky pero en general muy bien

Hôtel de seconde zone, on aurait dit un Motel des années 80 : portes qui grincent, rideaux de vitres ne se remontent pas et vitres ne s'ouvrent pas, Douche minuscule, après notre arrivée, plus personne à la réception. Pas de mini frigo dans notre chambre, et ceux dans les 2 autres chambres étaient dégueulasse. Meubles abimés.

Some updating necessary - Ryanair was late landing ;we had to get a train and not knowing the location within the town we had to walk in the rain as there were no taxis. It was some distance from the station. The hotelier came to find us in his car and took us to the hotel which was very kind Distance from the railway station. This was not clear on the map.

- Martin (9/5): Eine empfehlenswerte Option für einen kurzen Aufenthalt - Ein ausgezeichnetes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Die Zimmer waren sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, mit frischen Brötchen, Croissants und sehr gutem Cappuccino. Ein besonderer Dank gilt der freundlichen und herzlichen Dame an der Rezeption. Das Hotel befindet sich in einem wunderschönen Park mit einer alten Villa (die derzeit leider für Besucher geschlossen ist) und über 100 Jahre alten Bäumen. Zudem liegt das Hotel nicht weit vom historischen Ortszentrum entfernt. Das Zimmer war etwas in die Jahre gekommen (was jedoch durch den unschlagbaren Preis ausgeglichen wurde), aber es war sauber und die Betten waren bequem. Zudem war es etwas hellhörig.

La prima notte ho dormito in una stanza con un tanfo di fumo incredibile e il letto era pieno di peli. Non erano capelli,ma peli. La signora dello staff si è premurata il mattino seguente a darmi una nuova stanza. Peccato però che la stanza era con un letto matrimoniale (non richiesto) e anche qui abbiamo trovato dei peli sulle lenzuola!!! In generale struttura vecchia. Muffa in bagno e odore di chiuso. Esperienza terribile.

- Andrea Marino (9/5): - Una ottima esperienza: sono stato solo una notte e mi sono trovato molto bene. Hotel situato all'interno di un bel parco privato, davvero una location fantastica. Camera pulita e spaziosa, con una grande scrivania, armadio, mini frigo, riscaldamento regolabile, bagno molto ampio e confortevole. Molto silenziosa. Colazione abbondante e con molta scelta, tra cui ottime brioches. Non c'erano affettati e formaggi, ma lo sapevo. Parcheggio interno al parco. La signora è stata super gentile ed è venuta incontro alle mie esigenze. Raccomandato+++ Il wifi non era sempre al top, andrebbe migliorato

- Isabella (5/5): Great potential but not a great place if kept like that. It could be improved a lot. - The property has a wonderful garden and is situated very close to Palazzolo little town. In 5-7 minutes you’re in the centre. The staff are nice but they leave the property at night which is not great. The property is very dated. It could do with some serious refurbishing the electrics are old the bathrooms needs to be redone. In the night we were there - due to the lack of concierge - some guests were fighting all night, disturbing and waking everyone, and one drunk guest was kicking and punching doors at 3-4am so woke and scared everybody up. I was this close to call the police. I did not feel safe in that hotel that night. The night after was better but they need to structure it more. Had there been a concierge I’m quite sure the problem would have been addressed differently. They need to work on that.

- Rafael (8/5): - A limpeza do quarto era muito boa e o estacionamento era fácil. O quarto estava muito quente e não havia recepção disponível para nos auxiliar, somente na hora do checkin apareceu uma adolescente(muito atenciosa).

Nonostante la scelta di una camera Non Fumatori sulla prenotazione su Booking, ci è stata assegnata una camera che puzzava di fumo. Gentilmente ci hanno dato un’altra camera che però puzzava ancora di più di fumo. Non potendo andare da nessuna altra parte siam dovuti rimanere per il pernotto e il fumo era impregnato nei letti e nei cuscini tanto da dover dormire con le finestre aperte. Notte davvero difficile considerando che uno di noi soffre di asma. Abbiamo avuto difficoltà la mattina per naso tappato e difficoltà varie respiratorie. Inoltre la stanza aveva diverse ragnatele e tanti moscerini sulla finestra del bagno ed era in generale sporca. Abbiamo riferito il problema la mattina dopo e ci hanno concesso un sconto si €6,50. Ci dispiace perché il personale era gentile ma non sono condizioni assolutamente concepibili.

- Angela (1/5): - Niente Arriviamo in hotel alle 14:30 e ci troviamo davanti a una scena surreale: la reception è completamente deserta. Nessuna receptionist, nessun addetto alle pulizie, nemmeno un altro ospite: l'hotel sembrava completamente abbandonato. Sul banco della reception c’erano dei fogli con i nomi degli ospiti e il numero delle camere. Troviamo il nostro foglietto e ci dirigiamo verso la stanza. Appena entrati, ci accoglie un forte odore di fumo stantio, TV e luce erano già accese, le lenzuola completamente sfatte e in parte per terra, così come gli asciugamani. Il portacenere traboccava di mozziconi (almeno una 30ina nonostante avessimo prenotato una stanza per non fumatori) Torniamo alla reception per cercare aiuto e proviamo a chiamare il numero dell’hotel, ma risulta inesistente. Alle 18:30 riceviamo finalmente una chiamata dall’hotel, in cui ci chiedono come mai non ci siamo presentati. Spieghiamo tutto alla ragazza della reception, che ci propone di cambiarci stanza (non gratuitamente).Noi però non c'è la siamo sentiti.

Frigo bar in condizioni indecenti. Mobili vecchi tutti aperti. Alla reception la porta era rotta e si apriva forzando, tutto molto sporco. Pessimo.

Stanza molto modesta ed essenziale, eambiente tranquillo e silenzioso. Personale gentile (si riesce a trovare, telefonicamente), ma non presente in reception. Adeguato il prezzo alla struttura, per quanto riguarda la mia esperienza. Non importa la camera con arredamento vecchio, ma qui manca attenzione di servizi come pulizia e manutenzione. Colazione veramente povera per il prezzo proposto: solo un paio di brioches e biscotti impacchettati. Salato mancante e bevande imbevili. Basterebbe solo un po' più di cura, per migliorare, perché in compenso l'alloggio è di per sé confortevole.

- Alicia (5/5): Passable - The interior and exterior design was really good. Pleasant and calm place to stay. Nice terrace in the shade with big trees. Everything worked well in the room. It's true that everything is a bit old but was okay! The staff was very friendly and helped us a lot! The bathroom wasn't really clean and full of dust in a few parts of the room.

Furnitures are 40 years old with terrible bed and mattrass. The rooms are very loud and birds could be heard since 4:30 o’clock some might like it.
