- Elsie Ellie (10/5): Great Stay at Las Adelfas - Our 1st time at Las Adelfas, from booking Alison Reception was brilliant with clear communication and guidance, all the staff were brilliant, curtious and efficient. The apartment was very clean and had everything you could ever need for a great stay.It was in a quiet area but with easy reach to the shops and restaurants and on the flat for walking. Would defiantly recommend staying hear. The only downside was the restaurant was not open at all and the bar was only open till 5pm. Staffing problems. But loads of places to eat near by.

Nearby supermarkets were ok for basics but the bigger ones were a bit too far too walk for us pensioner's. But if you wanted you could go into the centre of Peuto del Carmen by bus , which ran regularly

We had a very nice stay in this complex and would certainly stay here again We ate lunch at the pool bar one day and we were not impressed. Maybe it was just an off day. It certainly wouldn't put us off staying at the complex again though

- Michael (8/5): Great apartments spoilt by a large group of inconsiderate families. - Excellent friendly staff with very clean rooms and facilities Unfortunately there were three or four large families from the same culture with numerous young children that were completely out of control. The parents of these children did not seem to care how much of a problem they caused to the other holiday makers. The leading staff attempted to bring them under control but were unable to do so as there was no concern from the parents. Unfortunately this spoilt our stay at las adelphus.

The staff were nice and friendly - always happy to help. The apartments are not far from the beach and not far from the restaurants and shops. - Natalie (9/5): Lovely place, lovely staff.... LOVELY!! - Lovely bottle of wine and snacks on arrival. Plenty of towels. Plenty of blankets. washing machine and tumble dryer (free for Booking . Com customers and included powder). Kitchen well equipped. Soap, shower gel, washing up liquid, toilets rolls all supplied. Dressing tables in both bedrooms. Great lighting. Staff happy and so helpful. Bar/ restaurant family and just lovely. Was absolutely amazing as we booked just half an hour before our arrival. Great location Apartment was very clean but there was urine on the wall tiles in both toilets. Also grubby light switches. I can't fault anything else, this is me being fussy. We loved the place.

Wir haben das Zimmer schon am Mittag beziehen können. Alles sehr sauber. Die Poolbar hat uns nicht so gefallen. Da waren wir nur einmal. Im Vergleich zu den andern Angestellten war eine Frau dort nicht so motiviert für einen kundenfreundlichen Service.

Nei primi giorni che abbiamo soggiornato, la notte verso le 00,30 /1,00 c'erano ancora famiglie con bambini che urlavano in piscina. E' stato fatto presente alla reception e non si è più verificato.

Plenty of sunloungers available. Very friendly & helpful staff on reception. Pool bar/snack bar only open to 5pm & evening restaurant completely closed until further notice.

Ie plenty of sun beds, pool towels, iron and ironing board in room, great kitchen, plenty of towels and toilet rolls, very clean pool. This was our second visit and can't wait to return again. A happy hour at the pool bar and it staying open until 6pm would be a good addition. Unfortunately there were a group of young spanish speaking guests who made horrendous noise for an hour at 2am in the morning partying next door and outside out room. As there isn't anyone at night at reception this was quite intimidating especially as we didn't know what was going on in such a quiet family orientated apartments notmally and we were afraid it would go on all night long. Thankfully this was just one night.
