- Norbert (9/5): Pozitív benyomásunk volt alapvetően, szép, rendezett, szakértő személyzettel. Ajánlom másnak is! - Nagyon jó helyen van a hotel, közel a belváros, közel a part. A személyzet készséges volt, a hoteltől kaptunk egy szoba upgrade-et is meglepetésként check-in során. A wellness részleg rendben volt, a szauna kínálattal nem volt kifogásom, panorámás kilátás a finn szaunából, szuper volt a szombati vezetett szeánsz. A vacsora nekem ízlett, feleségemnek nem, a reggeli fenomenális volt. A kávé 5*. Összességében nagyon szép hotel, kedves kiszolgálás, mindenképpen visszatérünk legközelebb is, hogy egy teljes hétvégét eltölthessünk - a mostanit meg kellett szakítanunk. Mivel nem tudtunk végig maradni, a hotel vezetősége úgy döntött, a fennmaradó nap költségét vissza utalják nekünk. Nekem minden tetszett, feleségemnek nem tetszett, hogy 3 főétel közül lehet választani vacsorát. Aznap este még nem tudtuk, hogy a svéd asztalos vacsorára is át lehetett volna menni a 4csillagos szárnyba, így a 3 közül egy marha stefániát választott, ami megpecsételte a hétvégénket. Másnap egész nap rosszul volt, nem tudhatjuk, hogy a marhát volt nehéz megemészteni vagy vírus okozta, lappangott-e a vírus vagy a vacsorától kapta. Délutánra annyira rosszul volt, hogy inkább check-out-oltunk és hazajöttünk. 3 nap kellett, hogy jobban legyen. Ezen kívül viszont minden rendben volt.
- Ernst (9/5): - Personal war sehr bemüht und Freundlich Besonders der Bademeister, der auch gut Deutsch konnte Essen sehr gut Zimmer mit Seeblick, sehr geräumig und großer Balkon Leider Ferien u daher viele Kinder ,dadurch sehr laut im Wellnesbereich Kann aber Hotel nichts dafür Da beim Frühstück gewisses, wie Spiegelei, weiches Ei extra zum zahlen gewesen wäre u Aufgeschnittenes Obst fehlte

Örömmel láttuk, hogy a Prémium wellness medencéket felújították. Az Opus étterem vacsora menüje nagyon finom volt. Köszönjük, biztosan visszatérünk. Nem volt ilyen.

- Helena (7/5): Excelent Pools and Saunas but some Issues with the Service - The hotel has 2 spa areas, each with several pools and saunas - which are both great. The size of our room was great, as well as the size of the bathroom and its modern look & feel. Location by the beach is excellent. Regarding the issues we had with hotel services, we were offered some compensation at the end, which was a nice gesture. Unfortunately, the situation with organization of services in the hotel is not ideal and we encountered several issues: 1) Pool towels can be replaced only after 3 days, which is really not ok because they cannot dry in time before the next pool visit. In a 5* hotel one should be able to seamlessly replace pool towels daily. 2) Restaurants organization did not function well. The hotel has 2 restaurants and in the 1st one they refused to serve us dinner saying that our room wing should go to the other restaurant. This other restaurant is for their 4* hotel and has extremely limited food choice on the buffet (the choice is on the level of 3* - and we had booked the 5* hotel). 3) Breakfast lasts until 11:00 but already at 10:30 the staff was taking all the food away 4) Our room was not cleaned at all (no room service appeared) 5) The smaller (extra) bathroom had a foul smell from sewage. At the end of our stay the reception staff apologized and offered us a compensation voucher, which is a nice gesture. However, we feel that the issues listed above (especially regarding the restaurants and pool towels) should be systematically resolved to reach a true 5* experience level.
- Tomislav (3/5): - Nice welness areas. This is a first time that i experienced that in 5* hotel you can't replace your towels for entire stay in the hotel. Also, wile breakfast is till 11, they start removing the food at 10:15. Even if you arrive earlier, food chice is poor. Another thing is that we reserved 5* hotel we got "deluxe" rooms that realy means that you are acomodated in 4* rooms/part of the hotel.

Apoi, cina este de vis...cu melodiile,in surdină, care au fost puse în valoare de către un pian și o doamnă plăcută. Toate serviciile au fost la superlativ. Recomand călduros Hotelul... Faptul că am stat puțin...

Ötcsillagos szállodánál nem megszokott hogy minden rendeléshez 15% felszolgálási díjat számolnak fel, akkor is, ha a medence melletti bárhoz, vagy a lobby bárhoz saját maga megy az ember, vagy odaül a bárpulthoz, azaz nincs felszolgálás. A szoba takarítása elégtelen. Gyakorlatilag csak a kávés csészéket mosták ki és bevetették az ágyat. Külön kellett minden nap jelezni, hogy takarítást kérünk, de ekkor is megkérdezték, hogy esetleg kérünk-e porszívózást is, mintha az valami extra lenne egy takarításnál. A mindennapi teljes takarításnak (porszívózással együtt) benne kell lennie egy ötcsillagos szálloda gyakorlatában és lehetőleg délelőtt. Volt, hogy kérésünkre csak este 7-kor jöttek takarítani. 3 személy részére 1 üveg 7 decis vizet készítettek be.

Bár a Hotel Azúr Prémiumban foglaltunk szállást, a reggeli és a vacsora a 4 csillagos szállodarészben volt, mivel elmondásuk szerint túl kevés vendég volt az 5 csillagos részen. Ez jelentős színvonalcsökkenés az 5 csillagos szálloda étterméhez képest. Ezért kompenzációként kaptunk 1 plusz előételt és egy plusz desszertet, ami tekintve, hogy mennyibe került a szállásunk, nem éreztünk igazán korrekt kompenzációnak. A szobában meglehetősen szegényes volt a világítás, már-már sötétnek mondanám, illetve alig volt elérhető konnektor a szobában, az ágyak/éjjeliszekrény közelében egyáltalán nem volt.

- Takács (5/5): A szálloda szép, felszerelt de ami azon belül van amit leírtam az mind lerontotta a mi pihenésünket. - A félpanzió volt az amivel teljesen elégedett vagyok. Étel, személyzet, felszolgálás Itt elég sok minden volt. Kezdve a szobával. Mi egy 2 szobás deluxe prémium szobát foglaltunk. A szoba 1314 és 1315 számú, tisztasága nem volt számunkra kielégítő. Pókhálós volt a nappali a fürdő illetve a szobák is. A zuhanykabin koszos volt, azon belül a csempék közt sárgás lerakódás. Szóval a szoba nálunk 10/6.Az étterem rész kritikán aluli volt, megérkezésünk után beültünk hogy a hosszú út után az éhségünket csillapítsuk, de sajnos ez igen nehézkesen ment mert ahogy beültünk egy felszolgáló nem jött oda hozzánk hogy kérünk e valamit. És ez most nem túlzás kb 6x mentek el mellettünk és kb 20 percet ott ültünk mire odajött valaki, az ételeket amiket rendeltünk össze vissza pakolták le (értem ez alatt hogy pl az én ételemet lerakták másnak) meg sem kérdezték hogy azt ki is rendelte valójában. Szóval az étterem rész az nálunk 10/2. És a stílusról nem is beszéltem amit ott az étteremben alkalmaznak. Recepció: Volt egy nagy problémánk a szombati napon ugyanis fel lett cserélve a szoba kártya az áramkártyával, és nem tudtunk bejutni a 1315 szobába, lementünk szólni a recepcióra és mondta a hölgy hogy azonnal szól valakinek és mindjárt kinyitják. Nos eltelt fél óra és mi még mindig ott ültünk mert nem tudtunk bejutni mert nem jött senki segíteni. Ismételten szóltunk hogy jön e valaki végre mert szeretnénk más programot is csinálni, és utána egyből jött egy személy aki segített nekünk. Nem akarom azt gondolni hogy a hölgy akivel először beszéltünk erről,hogy ő nem csinált semmit hogy a problémát megoldja, de sajnos elég erős a gyanúm erre. Szóval a recepció 10/6. Wellness: Kérni szerettünk volna törölközőt 4 db-ot de csak 3 db volt egy ekkora szállodában. És még megkérdezi tőlünk hogy most akkor hozzon még egyet? Ez is kritikán aluli volt. Másnap pedig abszolút nem tudtak törölközőt biztosítani. Szóval a wellness az 10/7 számunkra Összeségében ár érték arányban amennyit kifizettünk itt,nem érte meg, illetve nagyon elrontotta az egész itt töltött időnket.

A személyzet sokszor goromba nem ezt várnám egy 5* hotelben! Kivéve Zsigmond a vacsoránál! Ugyan 5* prémium részen foglaltunk a vacsora a 4* gal egyező volt, a választék elég limitált! A szobában a TV nem lehet bejelentkezni saját szolgáltatókra! A 4* wellness részben a medencében rengeteg apró csempe hiányzott mely balesetveszélyes!

- Chiara (6/5): Disappointing for a hotel of this category - The rooms are spacious and the beds comfortable. The hotel enjoys a lovely location right on Lake Balaton, making it a great choice for a relaxing holiday (though perhaps less suitable for business trips). The SPA and gym are both well equipped and pleasant — perfect for unwinding after a long day. The hotel is large and sprawling, with a rather chaotic atmosphere (lots of families with children) and constant noise at all hours. Our rooms were located near what I assume was a kitchen, since they always smelled of fried food. The cleanliness was poor — the room was dusty and not well maintained: the shower was clogged, so the water wouldn’t drain properly, and we ended up flooding the bathroom several times. Breakfast was decent, although from a 5-star hotel one would expect much better. The dinner menu was very limited, especially in terms of vegetarian and vegan options. In short: a potentially nice property, but very poorly managed and maintained.

We were a little wary because of some negative reviews but we had a great time. The buffet is good but the choice is more limited if you go later. Premium guests in deluxe rooms have more facilities and extras than guests in the 4 star hotel but this is not always made clear. Drinks were expensive compared with elsewhere in the area

Duży wybór ,wszystko świeże. Nie ma się do czego przyczepić. Restauracja i obsługa na najwyższym poziomie (każdy mówi po angielsku) Obiekt położony przy samej plaży, leżaki i parasole do dyspozycji gości. Wszędzie czysto. Pokoje przestronne, czyste - codziennie była dostarczana butelka wody. Szlafroki w pokojach. Baseny zewnętrzne jak i wewnętrzne świetne. Nie ma opcji się nudzić.

- Agata (5/5): - Hotel czysty, zadbany i komfortowy. Przestronne pokoje blisko plaży. Jest bardzo rozczarowana jedzeniem. Kolacja na prawdę skromna bez picia. Dosłownie trzeba zapłacić nawet za wodę żeby się napić . Kawy czy herbaty są już niedostępne. Pierwszy raz spotkałam się z taką sytuacją. Kelner chodzi cały czas z notesem, podkłada płatne menu żeby tylko dopisać do rachunku- rozumiem. Natomiast kolacja bez wody lub czegokolwiek do picia to porażka. W moim odczuciu kolację były celowo skromne aby skorzystać z płatnego menu, które ciągle podkładali kelnerzy. W ofercie było opłacone SPA natomiast dostałam rachunek za masaz 15 min 120 zł. Nie szło się dogadać jakie SPA jest w cenie w takim razie ponieważ za wszystko pokładają cennik. Na hotelu nieziemsko drogo. Szklanka wody 15 zł, gałka loda 13zl . Śniadania również barzzo skromne. Nadmienie tylko, że tydzień wcześniej byłam nad Polskim morzem w skromnym pensjonacie i było więcej jedzenia niż w 5* hotelu. Nie wrócę. Parking dla klientów również płatny ( jest w opisie) to tylko moja opinia, że to jest raczej standardem podczas pobytu w hotelach, że goście mają za darmo. Ale to już dla mnie drobiazg :) personel malo kontaktowy. Dużo poniżej średniej.

Egy héttel ez elött voltam a MenDan hotelbe, na az tetszett , koktélok , kv, személyzet , szolgáltatások minden 5* ! A Bahart uj hajójáratán a büfé és a caqppuccino 5* !! lehet innen tanulni ! Nem vagyok egy nagy szállásértékelő de itt most rászántam az időt mert számomra nagyon kellemetlen volt az egész és mélyen átverve érzem magam.. kb 10 éve már voltunk a hotel azur prémium *****-ben és elégedetten távoztunk. Sajnos ez most éppen ellenkezőleg történt és nem azért mert én nagy kritikus vagyok . Foglalásomat Bookingon "HOTEL AZUR Prémium * * * * * " -on rögzitettem , 3 éj kb 1 000.-EUR. Ehhez képest a Hotel AZUR * * * * részen kaptuk a szállást mondván , hogy mi ide foglaltunk DeLUX szobába. ezzel még nem is lett volna semmi bajom bár nem értettem ezt. Az étkezés már jobban zavart , hogy az is az (AZUR * * * *) tömegétkezőjében zajlott ahol egy táblával 2 sor asztal le volt vállasztva a Delux-os vendégek részére , némi plusz szolgáltatással hozzácsapva . A svédasztalos vacsorakinálat vicc !!! a minöség hmmm... szerintem még a ****-os szinten is gyenge . 3 éjszakát töltöttünk el , de csak első este vacsoráztunk itt mert nem erre számitottam inkább elmenteünk vacsorázni máshova . Reggelinél: tul kicsi a svédasztal a vendégek mennyiségéhez képest !!! jobbhelyen ezt ugy csináják , hogy nagyobb svédasztalon mindent dupláznak !! itt vagy a bögre fogy el , aztán kifogy a forró viz, az ételeket nem gyözi a személyzet tölteni, tolong a nép ... Delux részére fenntartott asztalok fözött kávét kapnak. Hmm ez nagyon jó. csak... ugy kell halászni egy pincért , hogy rendelni tudjunk , a cappuccinó készitést meg nem ártana megtanitani a személyzetnek , hogy ne egy züzforró Lattét készitsen, mely mindhárom reggel sikerült. A parton : vicc üvegtigris büfékocsi ahhol 15:00-kor a 4 féle ételből 2 elfogyott.. italok a leggagyibb müanyagpohárba 5*-os áron . medenceparti étterembe az asztalnál is a koktél a legolcsobb "sörös" müanyagpohárba adják, ami elég gyenge minöség. 1 féle ételt kostoltunk ami ha egy picit is meg közelitette volna az árát akkor nagyon finom lett volna. A DElux szobánkból a szemetet nem sikerül minden nap elvinni, viszont este kb 20:00-kor a személyzet 2kopogás után berontott egy üveg vizzel miközben mi az ágyba feküdtünk. Tudnám még sorolni a negativ tapasztalataimat de sajnos karakter limit miatt nem fér ide több !! MÉLYEN ÁTVERVE ÉRZEM MAGAM !!! feltöltöttem az ötcsillagos foglalásom , hogy értsék a problémám . köszönöm , hogy elolvasták....
- Petra (2/5): It was so very poor - it became amusing -You would have to pay me to stay in this hotel again ! - The food was good - if / when you got what you ordered which was rare - by way of example ( one of many ) I asked for 2 well done poached eggs by pointing at the reference on the menu to poached eggs - I got 2 hard boiled eggs instead - I repeated my request for 2 well done poached eggs and then got 4 underdone / runny poached eggs - the Hungarian lady at the next table helped with the translation but they still got it wrong - it was poor but amusing. The staff were either brilliant ( the masseurs) or abysmal - the pool staff except 3 and 75 % of the rest of them. The a la carte restaurant manager was helpful and excellent in role. Explanation they gave to me ( via a manager) the staff are not as well paid as those at the four star ( lesser star) hotel we moved to for a break at our cost. Response : that is not our problem when you are purporting to be a 5 star hotel. At best I would rate the hotel as a 3 star so long as they improved the cleanliness. I wouldn't know where to start and frankly would not like to relive the experience! I have never before whilst on holiday felt the need to take a break by moving in to another hotel for 2 days - we were offered by way of compensation 2 extra night's stay which is laughable in the circumstances! We donated it to the night manager a junior member of staff who was left to address with us our bill ( he was excellent and professional) but it was unfair of management to leave him to address our concerns. A holiday we will never forget for the wrong reasons. Cleaning was poor if non existent. There is still a tomato under the bed in room 314 which was there when we arrived and when we left 17 August 2025! - we mentioned it a couple of times! The hotel staff are clearly attached to it. Overall a very expensive mistake.

Personal reagiert auf wünsche sofort und sehr nett.service kosten von 15% ist Pflicht bei jede Bestellung, was aber nicht als Trinkgeld gilt, schade das der sehr nette Personal nix davon bekommt.

- Jarmila (8/5): Celkovo dovolenka veľmi dobrá, krásny hotel, len to chce trochu viac starostlivosti oň. - Raňajky dobré, avšak menší výber, večere super, pokiaľ išlo o hlavné jedlo, bufet na večeru slabší, ale dalo sa vybrať, personál milý, ale nie každý bol jazykovo zdatný. Veľmi dobrý prístup do Balatonu, voda v bazéne chladná, ale dalo sa kúpať vo vnútorných bazénoch. pavúky a hmyz, nemohli sme otvoriť okná a nedalo sa sedieť vonku na balkóne, aj keď bol veľmi pekný, kvôli malým komárom (neštípali, ale bolo ich strašne veľa), slabšia starostlivosť o vonkajšie priestory, čo sa týka čistenia okien (všade pavučiny a hmyz). Asi je to daň za krásny výhľad na jazero a okolie.
