- Maryann (5/5): Disappointing apartment but iThe Lodge complex itself has a great location and features. - The location of the lodge is excellent - close to the village at Park City. The jacuzzi / pool area is clean. Parking was for one vehicle and undercover and close to the elevator for access. We didn’t have to wait long for the elevator - they were quick. Discount at the ski rental shop onsite was great also. The room we stayed in was disappointing. We had a booking for 5 people. The fold out sofa bed was not made up when we arrived and was also very uncomfortable to sleep on. There were only 4 dining chairs, 3 coffee cups and this was a bit of a reoccurring theme for this accomodation - it was not well appointed for the cost of the stay.

Rooms are less than basic, with carpet on the floor. Less than basic facilities, murphy bed that is not comfortable. Really don’t like it, not worth the price and don’t recommend it. Coffee was awful. Very outdated.

- Katherine Horta (1/5): - cuando nos enviaron la información para ingresar al edificio fue muy confusa desde buscar el estacionamiento y llegar a la habitación, era como laberinto poco cómodo para llegar con nuestro equipaje, finalmente llegamos al edificio que nos asignaron horrible mantencion, bastante despreocupado con esa imagen dije "Ooohh algo no esta bien" cuanto llegamos a la habitación fue lo más horrible, una habitación pequeña, oscura, vieja, con una cama adosada a la pared, un baño viejo y oscuro, miramos por el balcón nada. que mirar solo edificios, realmente fue algo muy decepcionante, las fotos que ustedes tienen en Booking no es la realidad, nos arruinaron nuestro fi. de senana, tomamos nuestras cosas y nos fuimos de ahi. No usamos las instalaciones, realmente una mala experiencia.

Llamé al llegar porque no encontraba la entrada al edificio A y me costaba explicarle la situación a la empleada y ella solo me cortó la llamada!! Se le sentía el enojo!! Luego llamé al salir y también me cortaron la llamada!! Groseros y maleducados!! L habitación no tenía aire acondicionado, un televisor demasiado viejo que no sintonizaba más de un canal de cable, la puerta del balcón se caía y la base de la cama estaba diseñada para lastimar los dedos de los pies. Lo peor es que no reembolsan así que me tocó quedarme!

- Leeann (8/5): Very good - Location is good, not real ski in/ski out but centrally located and especially appreciated being close to the shuttle. The response rate and recommendations of the team were also fast and all great. The room was clean but just incredibly dated, worn, and not comfortable. We weren't in the room a lot, so still gave an "8" for overall experience, but could be so much better if just a little was put back into the room. For example, the mattress is very hard and is on a Murphy bed where your pillows sometime fall back into it when you sleep. The bathroom feels very worn. The stove and pots are all worn and old. Again, very clean though and response rate on any issues was top rate.

We couldn't stay there. We were really disappointed because when we booked it said the unit had air conditioning and the property management people said it doesn't. We were mislead.

- Martin (7/5): Not worth the money, there are nicer and cheeper hotels around not that far away - The apartment was spacious and had everything needed to cook. The location is great for doing ski-in/out. You are close to many rentals and some even offer discounts if you stay here. There is a convenience store around the corner. There are free buses between the village and the town. The bed was a wall pullout in the middle of the living room, this made it really hard to move around the apartment. It also meant that you had to sleep on the floor. The front desk was NEVER there, and checking in was really complicated since the instructions were unclear. The view was pretty bad overlooking the parking lot. Although great for resort access, after 5 it becomes no-man's land, literally nothing is open and you need to go to town for everything. The buses are free, but they also stop running fairly early.

- Dan (4/5): If it wasn't for the mountain... - Ski In - Ski Out Booking.com price 'hiking' depending of browser tracking and/or same unit multiple views by different IP addresses. It felt like living in a old cabin college ski trip dormitory. The furniture and appliances are 'just-enough' to not generate 'false advertising' refund demands. Floors squeak loudly when someone is walking, however, they become thunderous when guests are wearing ski boots or moving furniture trying to accommodate extra 'residents' pretty much on a 24/7 basis. Normally carried conversations are audible through walls pretty clearly and you could tell for certain what channel your neighbors are watching. Management is "not responsible for the not-under-same-management adjacent units occupants behavior; call law enforcement if you determine illegal behavior". 80% of the adjacent units ARE NOT under the same management if any! Marriott prices for Motel 8 accommodations and atmosphere will definitely not generate repeats,

Inadequate number of restaurants at the village for the size of the crowd at the ski area. The mountain was sure gorgeous though. Mattress was horrible. Lighting was inadequate. There was another person's garbage in the room when we arrived. Considering the price of the lodgings, it was frankly inexcusable. I rented 2 rooms - one for my husband and myself and one for my daughter and her husband. Theirs had old dusty clothes swept into a closet. I mean, come on people. I know there is huge turnover there, but it could have been better.

- Galves (3/5): Poor - I will enumerate because the amount of error was enormous! We stayed for 5 days, we had children in the room, including a 5 years old baby. 1. Even asking several times, nobody ever came to remove the trash that had accumulated for more than 5 days in the bathroom and kitchen. 2. The person who attended the reception was extremely rude and did not know how to give correct information. 3. Water leaked from the ceiling onto the children's suitcases with clothes and the bed (very uncomfortable sofa!). 4. There was a leak in the bathroom of the apartment below ours, an employee entered into our room to fix it while the baby and child were inside the apartment, used some super strong product that left a horrible chemical odor in the room for days. 5. The bed in one of the rooms was under a glass ceiling where at 6 am it was impossible to sleep due to the light that hit the face. 6. Construction noise at 2:30 am. 7. Air humidifier in the rooms did not work, we asked to change it 3 times and 3 of the equipment sent were also broken. 8. The hotel staff did not speak English. 9. Hairdryer doesn't work, or only worked for a few minutes and shut down. 10. The bedroom carpet was filthy and full of blood and wine stains. (Yes!!! Disgusting!) 11. The bed offered is a very poor quality sofa, super thin, where you lie on springs and wake up all sore! 12. The photos on the website are completely different from the rooms we stayed in. In the photos, the rooms seem to be in a separate environment, but what we had was a single environment with a lot of light in which the children could not sleep.

We were right next to the ice scaring rink and steps away from the slopes. the furniture and appliances were uncomfortable and outdated. I couldn’t wrap my head around how a big master bedroom would have a single full sized bed with a lumpy mattress.

- Emily (5/5): close to the slopes and needs a lot of updating. - you can’t get closer to the slopes. complicated check in system, ridiculous keypad codes, staff wasn’t connected to the lodge, elevator didn’t work part of the time, outdated, toilets and showers need repair. the shower head leaked and didn’t have an actual stopper to take a bath.

- Ellen (5/5): It was a one night stay on the way to Jackson Hole and fit our needs for the evening. - The studio was ok with a murphy bed. The property was being renovated and there weren't any onsite managers or staff to help us check in or locate the room.
- Francis (3/5): Worst lodging experience ever - Nice location. Staff on the phone (none on site) were nice but there's only so much you can do remotely. It was impossible to find your way around and the elevators weren't working. The place Is like a maze. It took us forever to get to our room. There is NO staff on site to help. The room was OK but the Murphy bed was uncomfortable. After all this they wouldn't extend our checkout by a minute The WORST lodging experience ever.
- Sara (1/5): Bad - Both hot tubs were not functioning and we had planned our stay around this. The bed was also uncomfortable and the sheets smelled rotten. The shower in the bathroom was not functioning at, there was barely a trickle coming out and when we called the staff they offered to help to remedy this. We left early because our experience was so poor.

- Barker (8/5): Our stay was amazing! The room was great, wish we could've stayed longer. Great locatioin. - The room was awesome! We had a full kitchen with dishes. The murphy bed was very comfortable. It was a great place for the price and we loved the convenient location! I liked that they called to let us know our room was ready, and answer any questions. Parking garage could have been better. We were in a truck and it was hard to maneuver around. Parking stalls were small.

- Kc (6/5): Everything was fine once we located our room. - Facility turned out as expected We are senior citizens and do not own a smartphone and the instructions to check in came to our e-mail after we left for Park City. Subsequently, we arrived at the location expecting a standard check-in desk and couldn't even find the lodge. After wandering around for a period of time, I made an inquiry at a ski-shop and was informed about the location of a Kiosk. The Kiosk asked me for my confirmation number, and I gave it the one I received from Booking. It was the wrong number. I didn't have the correct number until I contacted the help desk. It took me a little while to interpret the contents of the envelope and locate our room. In the meantime, I met several other guests more confused than I was.

- Monica (6/5): Not clean! - For check in, I was traveling all day and the email on how to check in was sent at 4 pm that day. Consequently we had no idea how to do so. (Poor cell service, no wifi so I couldn’t get the email in a timely manner). The lock codes were so long it was ridiculous. The fireplace didn’t work and we called Lespri and they said they would send someone but didn’t. There was trash in the closet and the room wasn’t cleaned well. There was dirty laundry in the laundry room (gross!). The room set up was poor. There was no outlets by the bed, the TV was not able to be seen from the bed. There was no reading lamp by the bed. (We rearranged the room to accommodate these inadequacies). Liked the location by the slopes but we sure paid for it, and I thought due to the price it would be cleaner and better. Also advertised as “ski-in, ski-out” but no ski storage available. We skied on our check-out day and hoped to be able to store our bags somewhere but there was nowhere available from Lespri. So we bribed the front desk person at The Lodge at Mountain Village and she graciously stored our bags for us. Lespri “management” is nothing of the sort.

- Tiffanie (8/5): - Everything within the unit is very outdated but we didn’t mind that.. everything functioned properly and having a kitchen to cook meals was very nice when we didn’t want to eat out. It’s the perfect location, everything was super convenient, and the amenities like pool and hot tub were fantastic. Directions were easy. PC transit bus stop is only a few steps out from the condo. We had a fantastic time and will be back!

- Verified traveler (6/5): All about the location - This property is all about convenience! Step outside and you're right at the chairlift. The unit itself is dated and minimally maintained. There were lightbulbs out, stove burners not working, and the coffee table is falling apart, among other things. To be fair, I did not bring up these items with maintenance during my stay because I did not want workers in my unit during Covid. I sent a list of maintenance items to the property after I left. The unit could have been cleaned better, and the towels are scratchy and thin. The trash wasn't emptied from the previous guest when we arrived. Housekeeping left a large bag of supplies in the unit after we checked in, and came back a couple of days later to collect them. The individual was not wearing a mask and was going to walk right into our unit. Also left in the unit was a bucket of spackle and tape, used to fix a recent leak (which was not completely repaired during our stay). We had issues with the door lock codes throughout the complex. Other guests were having issues as well. The codes provided did not work on several of the doors they were intended for. The management company addressed our concerns quickly when we were locked out of the complex. The kitchen was stocked with enough items to cook a decent meal, and the couch and recliner were comfortable. Although the unit needs TLC, all in all, you can't beat the convenience of staying on the mountain.
- Julie G (8/5): - Great little condo for an easy walk to the PC ski lifts. The set up wasn’t clear in the description. It is a master suite with queen bed and en suite bath. Then there is an upstairs loft with queen bed and beyond that a tiny room with twin bed and trundle. Second bath is downstairs. It all worked just fine for us with three adult kids. Condo is very well stocked with kitchen items. Kitchen is tiny so I wouldn’t want to have to cook much. The fridge is smaller than full-size but adequate for our needs. Condo was quiet and comfortable. Lespri was very good at communicating with us when we had a maintenance issue.

- Irene (8/5): Enjoyed our Stay! Loved the location - Excellent location, view of the ice skating ring and and mountain side! Spacious condo. Had everything we needed. The purpose of paying top dollar is the convenience of being close to the lift was served. Would I have preferred if the condo was updated, sure...but it met our needs. No valet driver, as there was one a few years ago. We walked to Main St for dinner. Received an email with instructions- they need to update the email WiFi login, outdated! Nice welcoming gift- appreciated the extra touch.

- Verified traveler (10/5): Best Place and Location Ever! - Everything about our stay was amazing! The condo that we had booked was being worked on so they upgraded us to the condo next door. It was absolutely amazing, super clean, and in a perfect location!
