Enrique (2/5): Limpieza memorable y personal poco amable - Balcón era espacioso. Cocina limpia Reservamos la habitación para 4, pero solo prepararon dos camas. SOLO limpian la habitacion 1/2 veces por semana y cambian las toallas cada tres días. Falta higiene. Además si reservas a través de booking no te dejan entrar al spa gratis, solo si lo haces con ellos directamente.

Clioshea (8/5): - The views were lovely as it was on a hill. The bakery was also nice to get in the mornings with a coffee. The gym was handy it had a bike, rower, threadmill, assault bike and a few free weights. Nice spot if you want to get away from the busy area of las americas. There was a small shopping centre nearby with restaurants and shops too. The lady at reception was very friendly and helpful with any questions. The sofa bed wasnt comfortable. It was more like a big cushion rather than a mattress.

Jitule (10/5): - Příjemný pobyt. Víceméně pro mě jen na přespání, tak jsem ani bazén nevyužila, ale večerní posezení na terase pri západu sluníčka nemělo chybu. Hned u vstupu vedle obchůdek a v blízkosti i velký obchodní dům.

Luisa (10/5): Very good facilities and good value for the money - The apartment suite worked very well for us. 10-15 min walk to the center. The check out is at 10am but you can leave your luggage on a locked room and still enjoy the pool and facilities of the hotel.

Liisa (9/5): Good value for money with heated pool - View from the balcony was nice. Kitchen facilities were all available, even a sponge and dishwashing detergent. Pool was heated and big enough. The sofa bed was very worn out.

V (8/5): Lovely friendly hotel, self cater appartment clean, pool and 20 min walk to beach or €5 cab. - Staff were wonderful, helpful, spoke English. Activity lady delightful smiley and helpful. Very clean no complaints. Arranged car hire for day and parking cost was £10 on top but all very smooth. Black sandy Beach 20 min walk. Final day took cab back and was only £5 euros. Nearby beaches could swim others travelled further out to couldnt and red flagged. Lots restautants and shops. Large Supermarket nearby. Small one onsite with friendly young gentleman. Roads very good except north side worse. Volcanoe had lots of walks. Could drive up part way. Cable car didnt run on our day due to winds. White rocks like a moonscape could walk on. Open toed sandals not the best small pumice get stuck. Drove down north side volcanoe and weather dramatic change foggy and low vis on dangerous bends. Be wary nervous drivers. Took ages. Wished had stayed on south side as was late and dark. Though if had driven it earlier would have had walks in volcanoe north sides lovely lichen draped mossy woodlands. Market day in town was good but no fruit and veg/food was disappointing. Staff provided bus info. Was lovely sunny/hot half the time latter end dull and cloudy chilly breeze. Beach beds quite expensive and pay e tra for umbrellas. Lovely hotel with our self catering apartment and belcony over pool and sea view in distance. Far better than roads. Pool shuts 6pm. Shame but gets shady anyway. Not overrun and liked smaller clean friendly hotel. Thaŉk you all :) Bed and sofa bed uncomfortable for myself but ok for my other 2 guests. Safe had to pay so didnt use. Even thogh against rules people who werent there put towels on poolside longers very early not too fair.
Ademi (5/5): hope it gets better! - Outdoor activities and pool area were nice, location was not far from bus stop (but you have to climb uphill when going to hotel for about 10 mins), supermarket was super close; also, there's cute bakery with friendly staff, decent baked options and coffee for breakfast bring your ALL toiletries!! there's no soap in bathroom (we even asked for one and didn't get anything) no tea bags, no coffee, no sugar, no bottle of water... but full kitchen with kettle and utensils there's no storage room (you can leave your bags on the floor in the corner) WiFi is sloooow toilet doors can't be locked, even the main entrance door had some issues with lock towels can be rented to use at the pool and the locker is not free to use

Micaela (7/5): Bon séjour et cadre agréable. ☺️ - C’est un très bel endroit avec une belle vue sur la mer, un hôtel bien situé à proximité de toutes les commodités ainsi que des quartiers festifs. ☺️ Les équipements tels que les lits, les matelas, les coussins et la chasse d’eau sont à changer. Le matériel de cuisine est tout juste complet. Salle de sport laisser à l’abandon.

Decent kitchen area in the room. Steep incline when walking back to the hotel. No lamps in the bedroom and ceiling fan was very noisy. Shower didn’t drain quickly enough.

Szuper hogy közvetlen a hotelnél van pékség és kisbolt. 4-en voltunk egy apartmanban és ha egyszerre fürödtünk néha kevés volt a melegvíz, de nem okozott problémát

In addition, main pool in Neptuno freezing but there is a heated adult pool. This is not fair on families. Only one pillow per person.

Wij hadden een parkeerplek gereserveerd, dat is wel een aanrader want anders is het lastig een plekje te vinden. Als je pas naar het zwembad gaat als de zon er schijnt zijn alle bedjes bezet door handdoeken. Helaas wordt er niks gedaan tegen handdoekje leggen. Heel irritant. Ook komen er vrijwel alleen maar Engelsen, maar dat geldt voor dit hele gebied.

Quería él que yo reserve. Las ventanas de madera viejas. El sillón cama antiguo. Las instalaciones normales tirando a flojas. No hay aparcamiento, tienes que contratar el parking.

Claire (3/5): Make sure you understand where your staying - Staff were lovely and the bakery and shop convenient . We had a nice meal in restaurant one night great value . Pool at neptuno was nice and lots of sunbeds which you cannot reserve which was good . The bar at neptuno food was good and the staff lovely Hard to rate this hotel as we were put in a different hotel across the road , they call the rooms regency neptuno but it’s a totally separate hotel / apartments . Comfortable for a cheap week away but we had issues with the shower the water didn’t drain away and it flooded. They sent someone out but still had issues . The kitchen drawer broke and fell on my foot . They are doing work to update rooms we did notice

gabrielides (3/5): decepcionante - el personal del hotel Neptuno Muy decepcionante. 1. el hotel no era el que reserve, estaba a 50 metros. 2. lo peor es que aun sabiendo que ibamos con un bebe y niño pequeño, un apartamento donde habia que pasar muchos tramos de escalera, 0 accesibilidad. 3. Limpieza regular y muebles con mucho deterioro. 4. Alojamiento muy turistico donde se anuncia como familiar y el ambiente es todo lo contrario.

Fiorella (10/5): - La comodidad de las habitaciones y la cercanía. Que hemos alquilado 2 apartamentos y nos los han puesto súper separados (108-165) y que el check-out es a las 10:00. La piscina tampoco es muy grande, pero no está mal.
