• Scot (8/5): It was clean and comfortable and there was an area to smoke . - I love the up dates that were done to the place and can't wait to see it finished on Ithe next stay. i like the free wifi,also having a fridge mic and coffee maker in the room,and the room was big enough for two.and is was close to shopping and LCBO..We feel it was a great spot for us. Just wish there was a hair dryer as well was going to a wedding.

• Angela (5/5): All and all not the best experience. - The hotel’s location was great and met my expectations. The bed was comfortable. The room wasn’t very clean and had an unpleasant smell, I had to keep the windows open the whole time to air it out. Some of the other guests seemed shady, coming and going throughout the night and hanging out right outside my open window, which made me feel unsafe (and also meant no sleep due to the noise and exhaust fumes). There was also a long power outage during the first night, from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m., and the staff didn’t communicate or offer any help, such as providing a flashlight. Would have expected something.

• DOUGLAS (2/5): - Do not stay here. The rooms were dirty, bathroom was worse. I slept in my clothes and did not take a shower because the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I definitely do not recommend.

• Grant (8/5): - The unit was good. It was clean. The two deficiencies were the coffee machine, but no coffee and the shampoo that they supplied was not usable. Due to the fact we couldn’t get it out of the container other than that very good and no hair blower.

The outside common area with chairs table bbq in front looked rather junky. That should be fixed up for appearance. I’d stay there again.

Downtown walk to see murals on wall took about an hour and a half at an easy pace. only bad note, they did not replace in room coffee packs or tolietries every day. we stayed three nights.

• Jenny (9/5): It was a gem at a reasonable price. - Check in was easy, staff very polite, a very comfortable room and quiet on Pembroke St, paint on walls was restful colour, lots of pillows, comfortable mattress; a good size fridge for the traveller. I would stay here again. There was nothing I didn't like. All good!

One of the lower prices for area Motels, but I like that I am not paying for hotel amenities like a pool or an elaborate lobby with a spiral staircase. Plain and simple. A clean room. Quiet nights. Everything works and a restful sleep. Perfect for what I need.
