- Stephen (10/5): Great stay - All was as advertised. The $5 charge for breakfast is at 2 fine establishments in town. The only issue was finding the driveway from the roadway. Coming from the park side we found no sign of the lodge nor where to enter the property. FINALLY after drive by's we found an unmarked driveway entrance. There is a nice sign coming toward the park but not the other way. CONFUSION but we found it.

- Mary (8/5): - This property was VERY hard to find, and once on the property, the check-in place was hard to find too. The rooms are in someone's home but I didn't realize this when I booked the room. I think the rooms all have private entrances & bathrooms (ours did). The proprietor was very kind and friendly so my initial stress soon dissipated. The property location is on the edge of town and set back a bit, so we felt very safe, and we even left a bike (locked up) outside on the car. The room was a bit dated, but nice enough, and was a good size for the three of us (adults). The backyard of the property is the best part. It's quite relaxing, and it was nice to have access to the hot tub. All in all, I'd recommend this place to others; just be prepared for a rough start.

- Laura (10/5): Charming B&B - My husband and I were traveling to UT for a friend's wedding in Rockville. Our flight was delayed so we weren't able to check in between 3-6. The owner was sure to leave the check-in envelope on the board for us and left a light on with the key in the room. The property was peaceful, and well maintained with the Virgin River running behind it. The room was spacious, clean and charming. We were in need of an iron and ironing board and the owner was responsive to providing one. The owner was very friendly and accessible. The property is in a great location! We were 5 minutes or less from the restaurants/shops in Springdale and the entrance to Zion. We took advantage of the breakfast vouchers and found this to be a great deal! Oscars restaurant was our favorite. I 10/10 recommend Canyon Vista Lodge
- Verified traveler (10/5): A Great Place to Rest and Relax - Canyon Vista Lodge is a great place to relax after a day in Zion. It is about a block from Stop 9 on the shuttle system so quiet but close to Springdale amenities. I never met the hosts since I arrived late but found written instructions on check-in and check-out routines with phone numbers in case I needed help.. Parking is just outside the room. There is a microwave, small sink and fridge available to store and prepare snacks. The lovely yard has a spa and picnic area. The unit was exactly as pictured and described.
- Phuong (10/5): - We absolute loved our stay. Location is right next to the first bus stop, which you may know when busses fill up, they will skip some of the later stops. Room was so comfortable and had everything we needed. Host was very responsive and paid special attention to little things such as good body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. She also helped us do a late check in. TV was new and big and we were able to hook our apple TV on. Plenty of parking on site. The hot tub was extremely comfortable after a long day of hiking. There were chairs next to the river and a place for a bon fire. Showers were hot and water pressure excellent. There is a fridge and microwave. A/C worked great. This was one of the best place we've ever stayed at and plan to come back in the future.

- Mary (10/5): - Great stay. Comfortable bed. Our room had nice patio which joined a beautiful backyard. Attentive staff. Room a little dusty with some broken shades—but we enjoyed the two windows that looked out on the backyard with swings and a fire pit. Very quiet.

The backyard is stunning and peaceful. And we relaxed in the hot tub after a long hiking day! Highly recommend this property - it is clean, quiet, convenient, and safe. Get the voucher for breakfast at Oscar’s - an unbelievable deal!!!!

- Perizad (10/5): Home away from home - Our room was a home away from home. A large, elegant suite with living and dining facilities and a convenient kitchenette. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. The shuttle was nearby. The breakfast vouchers were fantastic. Would recommend.

Going up the road for breakfast was a bit awkward, as the two restaurants available were quite busy. Overall though it was a great stay.

I will remember sitting in the backyard and watching shooting stars forever. What a beautiful way to end our cross country road trip! We will definitely be back to Zion and will absolutely be staying at Canyon Vista Lodge :)
- Carolyn (10/5): - The lodge was in a convenient location for visiting Zion National Park. The parking lot at Zion’s visitor’s center was full, so we were able to pick up the Springdale shuttle by walking from the lodge to take it to the park to get the Zion shuttle. Canyon Vista Lodge is also convenient to several good restaurants. We appreciated the $5 voucher for a great breakfast at Oscar’s.

- Rosanne (10/5): - The room we booked was much larger and nicer than I had anticipated. Large, comfy king bed with lots of pillows. Room was spacious and even included a pullout out mattress (which we didn't use). Our suite had a large dining table with 6 chairs which came in handy as we outlined our plans each evening for the next day. Walk in shower was large as well with a shower head that was in a good position that neither I or my husband had to do the limbo to shower (important when you are each 6 feet tall). Plenty of linens were provided as well. The owner was to be out of town during our stay and had communicated with us in advance of this. She had arranged for someone else to be sure that we were taken care of for the duration of our stay. When we arrived we had some questions re: breakfast and the gentleman (Tom I believe) drove the vouchers over within 15 minutes. Top notch service and attention. If I return to Zion, will definitely be looking to stay here again!

- Don (8/5): Great place to stay at when seeing Zion Park. - The lodge is currently being renovated so the manager is off site in the evening. Jo the manager is very helpful, answering questions, telling you about the attractions in the area, and how to use the city shuttle. The bathroom needs a safety bar by the tub and the heater/ac filter needs to be clean more often as there was dust in the air which bothered my allergies. The voucher which you can purchase from the manager get you a breakfast at a great price. Will definitely return to the lodge when I return to see more of Zion.

Our bed was so comfortable with soft luxurious sheets and pillows. The kitchenette was great to have our coffee and muffins in the morning. There's an outdoor hot tub but we didn’t use it. Also a fire pit with chairs by the river. A deer was munching on apples 30 feet away! We loved our stay here and the host is wonderful and is on site.

Very clean and specious accommodations. Loved having coffee, microwave, and refrig…. Nice in room dining table as well as table on the porch. The hot tub was wonderful after the 9 mile hike in the park. JoNell was very knowledgeable and very helpful to us. Awesome experience.

- Anne (10/5): Solo Traveler - Great place to stay in Springdale. The corridor to Zion. My room was like a mini apartment. The grounds were lush, and the views with the river behind. So Peaceful! I traveled solo, as a woman I felt safe and secure. I parked my car for 4 days, used the shuttle, but was able to walk to most of my destinations. The staff greeted us and was so friendly. I would stay here again.

- Barbara (10/5): CAN'T MISS STAY AT ZION - What a wonderful start to our Utah National Park vacation. The property was amazing. We had a comfortable sitting area on our patio, and chairs on a lower patio with views of the river. Everything about the room was great. Nice size refrigerator, microwave, plenty of counter space, cutlery, and dinnerware, but best of all, an electric tea pot. Comfortable, cozy and clean. Shuttle bus to zion was out the door for convenience. Vouchers for breakfast were for to local eateries with both places being great. Thank you Jonelle Great stay, great place.

The property is right near the park and has a shuttle stop very close - it also right in Springdale, where there are numerous good restaurants. The rooms were very clean, air conditioned and beautifully decorated & the backyard has a nice hot tub and great outdoor seating surrounded by incredible mountains.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - An outstanding experience. The small number of units made it all very personal and quiet. The pictures on the website do not do it justice. The room was bright and commodious, the lawn was almost a quarter acre that reached all the way to the Virgin River. The hottube was the most idyllic I have experienced, sheltered by pines and hardwoods. Although this is advertised as a B and B, the kitchenette was still extremely funtional. The views of the lower canyon were spectacular--almost as good as being at Zion Lodge in the national park, but at half the price. Do yourself a favor and stay!

The property was clean and comfortable. The yard has scenic views and lots of ways to enjoy it. We will definitely be back!

- Lawrence (10/5): The Splendor of Utah with the Comfort of Home - It's close to the splendors of southern Utah, but it felt as familiar as home. I could walk out on the cool patio and the back yard grass in my bare feet in the morning, and stroll across to the river. The stay includes vouchers to two restaurants for breakfast, and you can catch a shuttle to anywhere in town, or up to Zion National Park for spectacular scenery and hiking.

- Verified traveler (10/5): - The room is like a suite. The bed is very comfortable. Location is great to take Springdale shuttle to Zion visitor centre. You have access to the spa in a nice outdoor setting.
- Jennifer (10/5): Best spot we have stayed all road trip. - Fabulous spot right on the river and a short walk to the shuttle to Zion. Lovely room with use of the hot tub, chairs by the river and garden. Breakfast not on site but vouchers for two places in Springdale. As we wanted to hike earlier than they were open we were given a gift voucher for a coffee place and got lunch at 1.30 after our hike. Wonderful host.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very pleasant and well kept. Only complaint is the “breakfast” part of the B and B; voucher provided for only one restaurant, which wasn’t that great.
