• James (8/5): - Pool. Rooms were spacious Facilities are getting dated. Mattress very lumpy. What is classified as a sofa bed was just a sofa and not comfortable for sleeping.

• David (9/5): Overall satisfaction - The apartment sized room and the swimming pool. The staff was very friendly. The maid service was sporadic and the noise at the pool with all the kids. Also some kids kept running up and down the hallway on more than one occasion

• Christopher (10/5): We would stay there again but would definitely ask for the top floor to decrease at least this noise - Location to the beach, the room was very nicely decorated, the staff was very polite and the parking was spacious and out of the weather. The bed was not very comfortable at all. You could hear a lot of noise from the unit above our room. You could also hear doors slamming down the hall well into the early hours of the morning as well as people's conversations as they walked past your door, it was to the point where my wife and I did not get a lot of sleep. They should think of a way way to pad the door frames to decrease or eliminate the heavy door making contact with the metal doorframe.

• Robert (3/5): You're not gonna have a good time - Location was good, kitchen was nice Pillows, the balcony that was inside, pool was crowded and noisy, staff didn't give us beach tags and tried to charge us for them when we left. It was just a bad experience overall, I wouldn't book here again.

• Paul (10/5): Excellent getaway to Ocean City, NJ! - This was our second stay here. The staff is consistently professional and helpful. We were happy with everything; we had no complaints.
• Lisa (9/5): Despite a few minor complaints our stay was enjoyable and the staff was pleasant. - The property was close to the boardwalk and beach. The indoor pool was wonderful in November! The pool area is kept a bit cool and it while the heated pool was comfortable, getting out of the pool was not. The beds were quite uncomfortable, both the main and pull out beds.

• David (8/5): It was perfect—cozy, and close to the boardwalk and beach, shopping, and our favorite eateries! - The room was better than expected. The private bedroom, which had a door leading out to the deck, was great. Although we didn't use the kitchen for the few days we were there, it was good to have that as an option if we had stayed longer. Lastly, the indoor pool was a great perk in the fall. Additionally, our room opened directly into the pool area, which was a great feature—no walking through hallways or riding on elevators in wet bathing suits. The screen door on the bedroom door to the deck did not close. And when we checked in (Thursday at 8:00pm), no one was at the front desk for 20 minutes. I attempted to call several times, hoping someone would pick up the phone, but that didn't happen. Eventually, we were checked in, but only after the front desk staff person returned from closing the pool.

The prices are excellent, the accommodations are very comfortable, and the staff is extremely friendly and professional. The entire place is spotless and well-maintained. I was truly impressed and will definitely be coming back again. Highly recommended!

The staff was friendly and helpful with the resort and with finding things to do. I will stay with them again. TV in the bedroom was not working. The hottub has been removed.

• Clint (10/5): A perfect spot for a quick, comfortable getaway by the boardwalk. - We loved the location, just a block from the beach and boardwalk. My wife and I only had a short time in Ocean City, but we wanted to experience the boardwalk and Jersey Shore, and this spot was perfect. The room was spacious and gave us everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

• Genevieve (8/5): - The properly has a great location, short walk to the 9th street boardwalk. The wifi wasn't great, the shower was too small as well. I wish they had a contentinal breakfast too. Overall we had a good time, the design of the room was awesome! If they can improve the wifi and maybe add a breakfast it would go a long way (I assume they can't improve the showers). I would maybe stay again b/c of the location and set up of the room.

• Kathleen (6/5): - Inside is gloomy. Everything is dark beige. You expect blue or light green beachy colors. Sofas were so uncomfortable, lampshade torn in multiple spots in bedroom 311. Screen doors didn't work, balcony doors didn’t lock, only 2 pots in kitchen. The location is perfect near boards & shopping. They have free parking 2 beach tags, nice pool. The place just needs a decor update. New curtainsn sofas & interior paint. Lights in living room are so low wattage its hard to read. It is absolutely so clean so that was a big positive. Had lots of room, bathroom was nice just needs a nicer shower curtain.

• Tanya (8/5): - This is our second summer staying here. Great location, located near the boardwalk and downtown. Parking on site. Gets the job done for what you pay. The showers are a little outdated and small and the beds are not comfy, but again, for what you pay it works for what we need.

• Michael (10/5): Can’t beat the location - This is an ideal location to walk to the beach. Parking and bike racks. It even had a hose outside to clean the sand off. The room was slightly dated and the bed was not as comfortable as I’d liked, but the location outweighs the negatives.

About a block and half and you don’t have to cross over any major roads. The room we got had the balcony in the pool area. It was so hot and steamy. Was a disappointment since we like to sit outside at night. The description said an outdoor area. We didn’t use it except to hang towels to dry.

• rrraj222 (10/5): Watson regency unit 219 - Great room! Spacious, updated, kitchen, living room, dining room. Just one short block away from the boardwalk/beach. Indoor pool is epic. Great time had by all.
• Robert (9/5): - The indoor pool was very nice. Location is perfect for getting to the board walk. You don’t need to cross any streets to get there. Trying to get out of the parking lot can be difficult, but that’s my only thing I disliked. But I can get over that. The hotel is great.
