The staff was very courteous and helpful. Would be great if they have a lock to the bathroom for more privacy. Nothing else to complain about.

The young waiter Akash looked after my wife so well and is 85 years old and remarked how polite and efficient he helped us so much. Little things, no Tuborg my choice of beer.

• Aniruddha (8/5): Great hotel, great room, not the best breakfast and wedding at the venue ruined the privacy. - The room was adequate in size, cleanliness was top notch with no stains in bathroom or any other corners of the room. The bed linens, mattress and sheets were clean so no complaints there. The venue had a wedding planned on the day of our stay and that made the stay uncomfortable especially for breakfast because the cafeteria was extremely crowded with the staff unable to manage the large number of people. The breakfast spread was enough with almost all options but not the best in taste and quality. I will give 3 out 5 stars for breakfast and only for this reason I will give 4 stars for my entire stay.

• dalvi (1/5): - Nothing Even after a confirm booking, hotel didn't have any rooms. I had to make last minute arrangements to take my family to Radisson Blu. Hyaat was offering to transfer us to another Hyaat at Kalyani, which is a 2 hrs drive in peak hours.
• Aparna (10/5): - Everything was good The arrival protocol wasn't up to the mark Cause we were travelling with elderly parents and asked to get rooms next to each other we were kept waiting way past 3pm .we arrived at 1 and told them to finish formalities n we will come back at Che k in time. When we returned at 2.20pm 1 room was available which we gave to our parents.apparently due to late checkout they couldn't get rooms ready on time.it did look like they prioritised there business regular customers over us..just my assumption as thy had over and hour to get 2 rooms ready and we were made to wait till about 3.20 Even at checkout although I was in a queue to checkout, the lad at the reception was going to serve his regular customer over me .the customer was sensible enough to tell him that I was in.the queue before him!!! Get this arrival /departure protocol right and this is a wonderful hotel

• Haroon (9/5): A solid stay overall! - Had a good stay at Hyatt Place Pune overall—comfortable rooms, clean spaces, and a decent breakfast buffet. One thing worth mentioning was the service during breakfast. Bhairavi, one of the waiters, was attentive and polite, making sure everything was in place without being overbearing. It definitely made the experience smoother.

• Zubair (10/5): Extremely comfortable stay, great staff, great location, very well maintained. - Location was great, centrally located and the breakfast buffet spread was very comprehensive. The special Maharashtrian breakfast was amazing with Chef Varshala I think personally encouraging guests to try new flavours. Front desk staff were great from Gaurav on the night shift when I checked in (who really went out of his way to help with some printouts I needed urgently), to Sejal and Lucy in dining, and Shubam when I checked out. Great team guys, keep up the good work Nothing. Everthing was good from the staff to the hotel condition. No complaints at all.

• dhwana (8/5): It was a very comfortable experience with friendly staff even though a few services were not there like spa but with war - The location was really good, easy access to restaurants. Staff was very friendly especially would like to mention Gaurav who blocked the appropriate room for us as per our requirement and made our stay really special and during the stay also it was a very comfortable experience interacting with him and others. Spa and other services can be included in the hotel itself. Pool should have a staff to assist. Rest is fine.
