• OLIVIA (10/5): - El hotel es pequeño y acogedor, tiene una buena relación precio-servicio, pague aproximadamente 35 soles peruanos por persona y me parece más que bien por el servicio que me brindaron. Viaje con mi pareja y nos dieron un cuarto muy limpio, toallas, sabanas y almohadas limpias, me encanto que mi habitación tenía un edredón de plumas que hace que la cama sea super caliente. En cuanto al desayuno, es básico, pero para el precio está más que bien. Al llegar hay agua caliente en la recepción y puedes tomar mate de coca o alguna infusión gratis. El personal muy amable, llegue de madrugada y a pesar de que no era la hora de check in, me permitieron ingresar a descansar a la habitación que me designaron, valoro mucho ese plus ya que estábamos muy cansados. No tengo nada malo que decir del hotel.

Viaje por cuestiones de trabajo y me permitieron usar un área del hotel para hacer una pequeña reunión laboral, el personal amable y colaborador. Anteriormente me quede en otros hoteles en Puno, pero por recomendación llegue a este hotel, muy bueno lo recomiendo. Además, que para el precio esta más que bueno, supero mis expectativas.
• Harvey (4/5): Cheap, but still disappointed by the lack of facilities. - Cheap price and good location. They let us check in early after we arrived on the night coach from Cusco. Internet didn’t work, no hot water, the included breakfast was a bread roll and old coffee. No fruit, eggs etc
• Sarah (2/5): I was meant to stay another night , but moved out early and went to a much better hotel. - The bed was comfortable Cold shower, shower leaked, so there was water on the floor, as no bath mat, no shampoo, very basic breakfast-2 rolls and jam and terrible coffee.

La habitación impecable y el desayuno muy bueno ( me sorprendió), las personas que trabajan muy amable y te colaboran en todo, yo siempre viajo por trabajo allá y sin duda volveré a hospedarme en el hotel

• Abigail (9/5): Friendly staff and great value for money - Excellent value for money, comfortable and lots of blankets to keep warm, hot water and decent Wi-Fi. They stayed up late for us when our bus was delayed and organised taxis for us, including confirming the price on our behalf. Really friendly and stayed again on our return from the Uros islands. The breakfast was a bit basic, although there was plenty of fruit juice.

• Christopher (10/5): - Spent two nights here breaking the journey from Cusco to La Paz. Friendly family-run place a minute or two from the Plaza de Armas, banks, restaurants etc. clean, comfortable rooms with hot water and strong wifi. Recommended, and would stay again.
• Jenpil78 (6/5): Not bad. It's OK for one night. Cold rooms. - The price was alright, the beds were comfortable with a duvet and 2 blankets, which was needed as the room was so cold. Staff called a taxi for me when I left for an early morning bus at 5.30am. The front door is always locked, so whenever you want to leave or enter, you have to ring the bell or get the staff's attention. Not ideal. Staff speak no English at all, not one word. The bathroom looked a bit old and worn.- the window frames were a bit rusty. Very basic. Old fashioned dark wooden furniture. Hallways radiate noise from other guests.

• Filipa (8/5): Margarita hotel - Hotel gestionado por una pareja mayor, no siempre han sido amables pero el hotel tiene una ubicación previligiada. El hotel es limpio y el desayuno correcto. Sin embargo, la pareja no estaba disponible para ayudar o garantizar el bien estar de sus huéspedes. Por ejemplo, una noche hemos llegado mojadisimas por una tormenta súper fuerte donde estabamos heladas y ellos no han querido prender el calentador a gaz que tenían por no gastar. Tampoco querían prestar el secador por el consumo energético. solamente estaban preocupados con el suelo del hotel que se mojaba y no con la salud de los huéspedes, al punto que mientras intentábamos secando y cambiando de ropa, nos han entrado por la habitación para limpiar el suelo. Sin embargo, no han guardado las maletas sin ningún coste adicional

• Verified traveler (8/5): - This is a really cute hotel in a great location- about 2 blocks from all the restaurants and bars. The lady who owns it is cranky and needs a vacation lol. If you can, ask to speak to her son, Luis. Luis is very helpful and kind. Every morning they gave us rolls with butter and jam along with tea and FRESH juice (so good!). They also have more food to order for breakfast. We did an overnight tour on Lake Titicaca and they allowed us to keep our bags at the hotel free of charge. They also have a space heater available for 20 soles a night (worth it!). The only reason I wouldn’t give this place the highest ratings is because of the cranky owner who kept yelling at us and calling me a liar. Everything/ everyone else was fantastic!
