We had a room with a queen size bed and there was lots of room to walk around. The room was really nice and clean. The staff was excellent. They are there round the clock. We checked in at 10:00pm on a Friday and were greeted buy 2 people at the front desk who were very polite and helpful. They provide us with lots of information about the places near buy. I stayed at a lot of places in wildwood and this was the nice place and the priced was excellent. We are definitely coming back to this place in 2026 if there is vacancy when we won’t to stay in wildwood There was nothing i could find negative about the place

- Peter (8/5): - Overall the Quebec Motel was a good place for our family of five people to stay. The location is excellent and parking comes with the stay, which is a big help. The pool and grills, which anybody staying can use, were pluses. The place could use a little updating but overall is in decent condition. Our only complaint is that management didn't regulate quiet time. Each night, people gathered around the pool, playing loud music and talking late. We stayed on the first floor right in front of the pool, so each night we had to contend with the noise. One night, we asked the guy running the desk to do something about it. He went out and told the group to be quiet, but they continued making noise.

- John (10/5): - Overall the property was great, staff was extremely nice however my only complaint would be that the internet was extremely SLOW to non existent. We were unable to use any wifi during our brief stay, hopefully they can fix that issue because if anyone has kids they will understand that they can’t survive without their phones or iPads .Also I would have liked to see the pool hours extended to at least 9pm….6pm is way too early for the summer

- Terry (10/5): - Everything was very nice. Room was clean. Staff was helpful. A block from t he boardwalk 9th I didn't like that the tiki bar behind us had a band playing til late at night. We had a child with us and hotel quiet time is 10-8. But with the band was directly behind our room, there was no quiet time til after midnight. That's WW tho and nothing the hotel could do about

Thank you again! Not much to complain about, would’ve been nice to have had a microwave and coffee maker in the room, but I did bring my own coffee maker.

- Fenton (8/5): We will be back - The location, beach was within reasonable walking distance. For us as a family, the boardwalk and all the restaurants were all within walking distance. Having only one air conditioner in the room, as well as some of the outlets, were not working.
- jloonam (2/5): We are right you are wrong. - I'll start off with the good. Though we didn't use the pool, it appeared to be clean and a good size. The property is located in the heart of it all one block from the beach/boardwalk. The climate control AC was good, though it was weird there was a wall unit in the bedroom that didn't work or was discontinued- maybe it was back up, I don't know. We arrived at 2:30 on Sunday, check in was at 4. We filled out all our information and told were to come back at 4, the room wasn't yet ready. No problem, we went to boardwalk, did some exploring and came back at 430 were given our room keys and lugged our stuff up two flights of stairs- no elevator. We got to our room, and I immediately saw housekeeping in back room and so now its like 440 and our room isn't clean. I go down to office to tell them and as I'm waiting another guest, a middle-aged woman says to the man behind the desk, you didn't give me my change. an apology is given, I thought I did, he puts his head down to get change, and the woman looks at me, shakes her head and rolls her eyes. So, at this point, my room isn't ready, someone else hasn't been given change. I get a bunch of justifiable (from their perspective) story's telling me how there were 80 check outs today. I guess that's a lot for them, all I know is my room isn't ready, and we just lugged all our stuff up two flights of stairs and are now sitting outside in the heat, sweating. I asked what they planned to do for our inconvenience and was repeatedly told we are doing the best we can. 5 minutes earlier the guy who checked us in is throwing Deb (who was there at 230) under the bus saying I was told everything was ready. It's a communication issue. No one let housekeeping know we were already there, and clearly Deb assumed everything was done or would be done by 4, but no one checked. If at that point I got a hey we are really sorry, it isn't ready yet, no problem, we will go back to the boardwalk and go eat or something, text us when its ready.....things happen...but once I'm told the room is ready, my expectation is that it is and now I'm hot and sweaty and need to go to the bathroom and cant. The next day we left the room around 11 or so and were on the beach until about 4 or so. We came back to a room that hadn't been touched. I went to office looking for towels, told them room hadn't been touched. They asked if I had do not disturb on door, I told them no, and I definitely did not, but no big deal, I just needed towels. that night we decided to check out a day early and just go home. at 10:59 i received a voicemail saying they came to turn over room but there was a privacy sign on door again- in other words, the claim was the day before we left a privacy sign out- we didn't. Not after 11 am at least. Its possible they checked before 11 am but didn't check again. When I went to check out a day early all I did was return room keys. Deb decided to once again justify everything starting with us showing up at 230 on Sunday. I told her I have no idea why she keeps bringing that up, I had no disappointment at not getting in at 230, my issues are with lugging gear up two flights of stairs at 430 after being told we are ready and then having to sit outside in the heat sweating well after contracted check in without as much as being offered a bottle of water. She then told me well we have people coming here for 40 years- in other words, take no responsibility, and try to turn it on me as being unreasonable. I mentioned the bottle of water thing and the response was we dont have water- I said there are 3 vending machines right there. I run a sales dept, do you know how many times I have bought a bottle of water or bag of chips from a vending machine for my customers? The funny part is, I just wanted to hand my keys in and go home. I wouldn't have even bothered writing this review if Deb didn't try to once again justify the position of the Motel. I didn't ask for anything, didn't demand anything, didn't mention leaving room. I just wanted to check out. The entire time the only thing I was offered was to check out an hour later on Wednesday. I explained, you ever have to really go to the bathroom and the minute you get to your destination your body is like run to the bathroom...the same exists when you are given those room keys and expect to be able to use the shower or bathroom, but instead are stranded on the 3rd deck of a hotel with luggage for two people in the sun with no water, sweaty from lugging up gear two flights of stairs. They just refused to view it from the guest's point of view and were more interested in paying guests being sympathetic to how busy they were than accepting responsibility and making it right. Last, I waited 72 hours to write this because I wanted to offer them time to reach out again to offer something based on the poor experience. Whether it was crediting us for the hour or offering us 10% off if we come back, just anything that said hey we screwed up, we know it, it isn't usually like this. In a nutshell, if you have little kids and are looking for a pool and a block to the beach, this place gives you that, the same as about 25 other hotels I could see from outside my door. If you are someone who expects the hospitality industry to at a minimum meet basic expectations like not minimizing your vacation time, you probably want to pick another place where the recent reviews say consider this place. This place's reviews over the last 3 years don't seem to be as good as the ones prior to 2022.

- Loonam (3/5): So good location but the staff was not accommodating with the timing of check in. - The location was good and the room was a nice size. We were able to walk to the beach and boardwalk. Our room was not cleaned by the promised time of 4pm. We had to wait outside in the hot sun for 25 minutes until they finished cleaning our room. The next day, we never had our beds made or new towels delivered to our room. We were out until 5pm that day. We ended up leaving a night early due to the negligence of this hotel.

- Daley (8/5): Comfortable but disappointed - Location is good. Close to the beach. The 2 full size beds and 2 twin beds very convenient 2 tvs Pool depth is not mentioned anywhere only goes to 4.5ft. Kids alittle disappointed Pool closes around 6,7pm. Parking is very tight. Anything bigger then a car is difficult to park. Also had weird random foods coming up in bathing sink. Bottom floor room.
