• Joseph (10/5): The absolute perfect place for a couple nights stay if you want tons of fun.. perfect spot! - Love how clean the rooms were and NO musty shore smell.. being across the street from The Point night club and having the honkey tonk saloon at the corner to our right was great for us because it was the perfect vibe for us, we didnt mind the music and the convience of having tons of fun and never needing to drive.. plus having the board walk not even a block away was great.. definitely coming back..

No check in or check out in our bldg. Had to check in next door, check out around the corner. No way to call for ANYTHING because no phones in room. No kleenex in room or bathroom. Toilet paper was on back of toilet, and it rolled off whenever guest sat on toilet because toilet wasn't bolted down.

Individual shampoos & soaps were nice to have. The A/C controls were in the room. The mattress was terrible. The pillows were not comfortable. The noise from the room above was disturbing.

Debbie at the front desk was extremely nice and friendly and made us feel welcome! We were there on 7/24.

• Karen (9/5): We were pleasantly surprised - extremely clean and a short walk or ride to anywhere on the island - Check in went smoothly. Check in was a Key West hotel next door. Location to the beach and boardwalk was excellent. Rooms were clean and updated. Good vibe in area. Although it was noisy outside (fireman's weekend), we did not hear any noise in our room. Nothing. There is plenty of parking between the two owned hotels - Happy Days and Key West. However, it is very tight. Fortunately, there is additional parking 1/2 blook away.

• Christy (5/5): More like a motel than a hotel, and wasn’t a very comforting stay. - Off street parking was nice. Very old and out of date. Just sort of one of those places you walk in and say “I hope I don’t get bed bugs”. It’s directly across from a night club so the music was loud and blaring until 2 AM. The bed was very uncomfortable and the overall cleanliness was below expectations. Our room didn’t even have a toilet paper holder, it just sat on the back of the toilet. Not sure how it got the review that it did.

• Marion (10/5): Clean, perfect location - Came here to say for a few days with my boyfriend and the room was perfect for just that. Rooms were clean which is a huge thing for me. The ice machine was nice to have. The front porch is nice to have a drink on while listening to the tiki bar across the street play some music. Just a few steps in the other direction is another bar that stays open late. And just steps away from the boardwalk. For the price i definitely recommend staying here.

• Philomena (9/5): Great location, comfortable and good value. - The room was painted a pretty sky blue, AC unit was quiet, bathroom had been renovated probably within a year but it was tight so anyone seriously overweight would find it uncomfortable. The bed was very comfortable. I was on the first floor so no stairs. Parking was just fine and very convenient. It was very clean and quiet but I was there during the week. Great location. Only 1.5 blocks to the boardwalk.

• Omar (10/5): Nice LITTLE spot. - Very clean room, pretty comfortable beds, great customer service. We were very happy with our experience here and will book again in the future. Only negative if you want to call it that was that the room was kind of small and the bathroom was pretty small as well but didn’t bother us much. Other than then that, the room was window air conditioned well, clean, had a decent sized fridge with freezer that kept our food nice and cold and also had a small microwave. I usually don’t sleep well in hotels but these beds were pretty comfortable for us. Very nice stay, we left very satisfied.

• Gina (1/5): Not what I paid for! And not where I was supposed to stay at! - I wouldn’t know, they moved me from Clarem to their other other hotel Colypso Boutique. And it was super tiny. And didn’t tell me until I showed up to check in, after booking the room back in March. And checked in July 14th! And they didn’t even offer another day or anything! That it wasn’t what I paid for! I booked it back in March and got something else! The door was hard to shut, the water ran outside of the shower onto the floor easily! The room was extremely tiny!

The room is very small, but it was clean and comfortable for my husband and I. The staff was also very friendly and helpful with parking and getting us into our room a little early. Room was a little tight especially in the bathroom. Parking was tight in the lot next to the hotel. The tiki bar across the street is LOUD late at night but the air conditioner was able to drown it out for the most part.

Everyone was jamming up the lot with trailers for the race of gentlemen. If you park truck has to be attached they dropped trailers in spots no where for paying guests to park! I’d like a refund . If you’re asking me I spent 135 to park !

• Meghann (8/5): - Enjoyed our stay here. Very convenient to the boardwalk and morey’s pier. I was amazed at how quiet the room was at night despite all the activity around town. Having a mini fridge and microwave in the room was also a great amenity. Would stay here again.
