• Yingling (9/5): Beautiful, clean hotel, friendly helpful staff. - Large clean room. Comfortable beds. Pleasant staff from the front desk to the cleaning crew. The refrigerator door opened backwards so we couldn't use the refrigerator. We were on the 2nd floor and there were children on the 3rd floor who jumped and stomped every night until 10pm

• Carlos (8/5): Stay was good but breakfast was VERY disappointing. - Sign said “American Style Breakfast”, but yet there was no bacon, no scrambled eggs, butter was so frozen it would not come out of the package. An omelette was available but was loaded with peppers and a bunch of seasonings.

• Journey57212693551 (10/5): Well-oiled Machine at this property - TripAdvisor!! I absolutely love the way this hotel is run! From the General Manager to the front desk staff to the event team, we truly felt cared for. What impressed me most about this beautifully renovated property was seeing that the team members are treated just as well as the guests. When you take care of your people, they take exceptional care of your guests.

• Michelle (10/5): - The hotel was great for our family. We enjoyed the full kitchen that came fully equipped with pota and pans ready to use. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I also enjoyed the pool!

Pretty good room but would have liked the place to have been cleaner. I would rate this as an average room at best. Not worthy of 9+ rating it has.

• William (10/5): - We enjoyed this as a weekend quick trip stay and picked this hotel for it's access to things to do (Top Golf, movies, etc) and the amenities it offered like the pool, free breakfast, big rooms and comfy beds. The staff was very friendly and offered free water without asking which doesn't happen all the time at Hilton properties. Would definitely stay here again.

We were supposed to have 2 queen beds and sofa bed studio type room for 4 adults and 2 kids instead we got 1 king bed and sofa bed. And they didn’t have any other 2 beds room. We made work with this room for 2 nights because we were in thigh schedule and didn’t have time to look for other hotel. Hotel property was ok but we didn’t like layout of rooms because we had to walk all the way to one side of hotel to get on elevators and walk back other side of hotel to get to our room. And elevator were only one side of hotel.

• Asiya (10/5): Convenient location - We stayed here for a wedding. The king suite was very spacious and clean. I loved the hardwood flooring. So hygienic. Great breakfast. Negative: right next to highway so you can hear noise of cars from room. It did not really bother us.
• LaToya (10/5): - My family and I stayed at this hotel and were stunned by the representation inside. The room was clean and spacious enough for myself and my two kids. The breakfast was always fresh and the staff were friendly and attentive to all our needs. Not to mention the cleanliness of the hotel! Would highly recommend and even considered taking a weekend vacay without the kids to relax and regroup.

And though we stayed 2 nights, our room was never refreshed, nor were we asked if we needed anything. The breakfast quality also was better in the past. Overall, I would consider staying here again.

I waited over an hour to get my room because of Expedia’s in ability to do their job correctly. The stafff at the hotel did everything they could to make our stay great. Expedia still owes me a refund that they have refused to return and charged my card 3 times for one night. Expedia sucks, hotel and staff are great!

• Lauren (8/5): - The property was clean and quiet beds were mostly comfortable. The TV in the bedroom did not work and there was no carpet in the room. The lady at the front desk was very polite and professional and the saltwater pool was definitely a plus I would stay here again.

• A11MQantoniod (2/5): Be advised!! - I would rate zero stars if I could. Booked for OAC tournament and it was a cancelled event. I cancelled as soon as we found out about cancellation on Friday at 2:30 and hotel was for Saturday- so within 24 hour notice. They refuse to reimburse us the stay of $146.99. They will not return phone calls and will not answer the phone. Totally frustrated with this hotel. Please do not stay here as they are not willing to work with people or do what is right!! Wrestling families be advised!!

• rkU775XY (2/5): NO!! Not worth the trouble. - I don’t understand why are they reserving rooms when they are still under renovation. That too they are charging a whooping $150 for a room which has no shower facility. Reason:Wrong faucet installed. They closed water for 2 days in between for changing their water heater. We were asked to shower in another room or move to different rooms. With 2 small kids we went through the big ordeal of packing and unpacking in the middle of the stay. Lost some precious time and peace while trying to fix this madness. Check in experience also was bad. For all these trouble the Hotel response was this: “sorry we are under renovation” Ending this year with a terrible time with this Hilton site, after all well planned in advance for this vacation.
• Michelle (10/5): - Overall a great stay. I stayed here for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day it was such a nice relaxing time for me and my family. I brought Christmas decorations and I was able to cook a whole Christmas dinner on the stovetop and a few electric cooking appliances I brought from home. The facility provided a pack and play for my toddler. We had a two queen suite with living room. My teenager slept on the pull out couch she said it was very comfortable. The living room tv is a smart tv. Only downside is the beds are firm so if that’s an issue be prepared.

• Sarah (10/5): Comfortable, Clean, & Spacious Stay - Stay was great! Very clean and spacious room. Loved the king bed, but wished the pillows did not deflate so fast. I believe hotel was under renovation during our stay, but this did not affect our stay at all. Breakfast was good and service was great. Would definitely stay again if we are ever back in the area. Also Homewood Suites by Hilton will be a hotel I search for no matter the location of our next trip.
• Hilja (8/5): - The property was wonderful. The location was convenient and the staff was accommodating. We chose this hotel because of the excellent reviews we read. The reviews raved about the breakfast. However, we thought it was terrible. The bacon was SO overcooked it just crumbled, the hash browns were so overcooked and thin it was like cardboard and the orange juice just tasted weird.

She said that the queens had been booked out for a couple of months but that was never known to me when I booked a room for two queen beds. Also, for orange juice at breakfast had gone bad and tasted fermented.

• Johan (10/5): - Excellent hotel. Amazing suites. Walking distance to Buffalo Wild Wings, Applebees, and many more. The second day I placed the “Do not disturb” at the door, which they honored. The third day I didn’t but they never cleaned the room. I was a bit disappointed but not enough to complain. The pool was great but definitely needs a deep clean. Breakfast was amazing and included.
