- yasemin (10/5): Große zimmerreiche Frühstück Central sauber freundliche Personal - Unser Zimmer war sehr schön und groß und das schönste ist, dass es zentral war und Betten waren bequem Dusche groß gab’s auch extra Couch wo man sich auch gemütlich hinsetzen könnte und Tee und Kaffee war auch mit Wasser schon dort gestanden man könnte es selber Kaffee oder Tee kochen wir haben später eingecheckt im Rezeption hat uns Herr Berkay Öner und Frau Irem Gül Empfangen sehr freundliche Empfang und haben auch gefragt, ob wir Wünsche haben. Das war jederzeit anrufen können wenn was sein sollte und unser WLAN erklärt, waren sehr freundlich danke 🫶 Ein Kritik, beim Frühstück türkische Tee. Haben sie Beutel Tee genommen anstandt lose Tee das fanden wir sehr schade als Tee Kenner ist das beim Frühstück für uns einfach nicht das was wir erwartet hatten .

Ich habe Kopfhörer vergessen und die Unterkunft kontaktiert. Habe keinerlei Rückmeldung erhalten. Unverschämt aber typisch für die Türken. Das Bad war verstopft und das Wasser lief beim duschen nicht ab.

- Tom-san (9/5): Zentral gelegenes Hotel von hohem westlichen Standard mit viel Komfort und Service - Ich bin regelmäßig in diesem Hotel und die Qualität (Zimmer, Frühstück, Parkservice) ist immer gleichbleibend hoch (auch nach der Übernahme durch die Dedeman-Gruppe). Die Preis-Leistungsgrenze ist erreicht. Der Preis liegt inzwischen auf dem Niveau vergleichbarer Hotels in Tokyo. Die türkische Hyperinflation unmittelbar auf den Hotelpreis aufzuschlagen wird mittelfristig nicht funktionieren.

Bed in Room 810 needs to be replaced as one side was sloping due to its placement near the room couches. And shower floor was the same it felt like it was going to fall apart, it was sagging. And the drains were not draining enough in the shower.

- Musa Selman (8/5): Temiz fakat.. - Otel eski fakat temiz. Hijyenden yana bir problem görmedim. Genel olarak da yine konaklama için iyi. Fakat ben otel seçerken merkezi konumları tercih ediyorum ve aracımı bırakıp yürüyerek geziyorum, çok gerekirse arabayla çıkıyorum. Bu sebepten ötürü otelin otoparkının olması benim için özellikle tercih sebebi oluyor. Burada otoparkı var görünüyordu ondan seçtim. Fakat otopark karşı sokak arasında yer altında hem otele hem de diğer insanlara hizmet veren standart otopark. Otele özel değil. Lafı çok da uzatmayım özetle normal şartlarda görüp de arabamı bırakmak isteyeceğim bir otopark değil. Daracık ve araçlar neredeyse üst üste. Anahtarı bırakıyorsunuz herhangi bir makbuz vs verilmiyor. Biri alıp gitse kim bilecek. Vale var denmiş ama girişteki arkadaşlar sağolsun aracı almaya tenezzül etmeyip beni yönlendirdiler. Kendileri götürseler bunlardan haberim olmayacaktı. Diğer konaklayanların da muhtemelen bundan mütevellit haberleri olmuyor. En azından bir makbuz verin de kafamız biraz rahat olsun.
- Christian (10/5): Street Ballet - Crowded area of locals. Had a great view of busy street. Watched traffic flows as the scooters and cars and buses sang to each other with their horns. Weaving in and out of imaginary street stripes. What great depth perception the drivers possess. Is there a poem about Turkish traffic? A song? Maybe a ballet? Breakfast was a generous buffet of Turkish delights. So very happy that Turks have lactose tolerance gene. Piles of different cheeses, fresh fruit and sweet pastries. Yum. And Cay? Can overdose on that stuff.

- Vesile (5/5): Disappointed - The location was ideal. Very out dated furnishings, bathroom was extremely mouldy.
- Basam (4/5): - The staff are super wonderful and helpful but the hotel itself is very outdated and old. The A/C stopped working in One night but the technician came and fixed it on the spot and he was a very nice person. Very dark inside the rooms as the lighting is very poor. Definitely will Not consider this hotel in next visits. The parking is across the street in a very crowded area and narrow road.

- Vingan (10/5): I recommend this place above other hotels in Adana - The room was spacious, clean, comfy, and quiet. It is also in the center of the city, which is also an advantage. The food was good and varied. The communication at the reception was okay. Some of them didn't know English, but some did. They came to show me how everything works and help me with the luggage.

- Hadi (10/5): Amazing stay at Senbayrak otel city - My family and I liked Senbayrak otel, the hotel is clean and the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is well done, the Team is cooperative and lovely and the customer service is really helpful when i ask them for a help when my flight delayed.

- Danilovelt (10/5): Exceptional - Hotel was clean and staff very kind. Located downtown. We had 5 motorbikes to park and we had to do it in a nearby (100 m) garage. Parking was free but not too convenient to carry the luggage back and forth.

- Jun (9/5): Superb - Excellent location. Room a nice size and bed very comfortable. There was no shower gel in the bathroom, so i asked the staff and they said I could use shampoo instead.
- Yeliz Sevda (10/5): - Das Hotel Senbayrak hat alle unsere Erwartungen übertroffen. Vom freundlichen Personal, das sofort reagiert hat, wenn etwas gefehlt hat, egal zu welcher Stunde, bis hin zu den Räumlichkeiten. Besonders beeindruckt hat uns die Sicherheit und Ordnung, die uns positiv aufgefallen sind. Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer war gut. Am besten hat uns die Lage gefallen, da es von überall einfach zu erreichen ist. Sollte ich wieder in der Nähe sein, werde ich definitiv wieder im Senbayrak übernachten. 5 Sterne von mir!
