- Annabelle (9/5): Une nuit de passage - Une nuit début mars avant d aller prendre le ferry pour Senja le lendemain matin tot On avait réservé un des deux jacuzzis dehors, sympa mais il bruinait et cela serait utile de pouvoir poser ou suspendre nos habits sur un porte manteau à l abris de la pluie. La plage est un peu plus loin et il est difficile d y aller à pied dans la neige verglacée, mais je me suis baignée car elle descend en pente douce. Les bras de mer éclairés autour de l hotel sont sympas. Repas chers mais corrects; petit déjeuner ok mais il était ouvert depuis un moment et il manquait encore des produits ou la machine à café pas encore mise en route. Personnel OK. Les paysages alentours avaient l air très beaux mais nous sommes arrivés de nuit et repartis tot. Merci Rien de majeur.

- Ceyla (9/5): Nice hotel with amazing landscape - Amazing place with a perfect view. Rooms are clean and comfortable. There areas and beached that you can walk. And the restaurant is pretty decent. We didn't have the chance to see Northern lights but it was still a good experience to stay there. Not having a fridge in the room.

- Summer (10/5): I will definitely come back to this hotel cause of the view and comfortability. - Awesome view from our cabin itself! We are lucky enough to see super nice dancing Aurora right in front our cabin. No words can describe how excited we are. The cabin itself well equipped with toilet and kitchen supplies. Warm cabin just nice for 4 of us and chill inside. The staff who checked us in were quite rude. We were politely asking questions regarding our booking, but their attitude was unacceptable. This level of service is definitely not what one would expect from a 4-star hotel.

- Jill (7/5): The hotel is a good base for exploring but not ideal for a longer stay. - It was clean and functional with high standard of furnishings etc. Beds were comfortable and bathroom was great with a really good shower. Sommaroy Island is a special place. The staff were all good and a couple of them were great. Particularly Toni, who kept the property nice and clean, and was a really lovely person. Food wasn’t great. Lack of decent drink facilities in the room. Very limited clothes storage in room. I missed having a bathrobe too.

Light pollution all around the hotel. Despite being a good location for seeing northern lights it is hard to see it from superior room balconies, because of that. Hard to find a dark place even from the streets nearby. Please switch off a few street lamps!

Great restaurant staff, good food and the activities we took from the hotel (kayaking + snowshoeing) were excellent - highly recommended.
- Nicolas (10/5): Hermoso hotel en el Ártico - Hermoso hotel en Sommaroy con vistas al mar, en mi caso una habitación enorme, con muy buenas instalaciones, lindo restaurant, sauna, gimnasio, posibilidad de meterme al mar desde el hotel. El personal a veces tardaba varios minutos en atenderte en recepción, la arquitectura del hotel hacía que en mi caso la habitación quedaba lejos de todo, pero lo demás todo perfecto.
- Arvind (9/5): Super toller Aufenthalt im Sea House - Wir haben schon mehrmals in diesem Hotel übernachtet. Dieses Mal waren wir im Sea House 48. Dieses war für unsere Bedürfnisse mit einem kleinen Kind optimal. Die Betten waren sehr bequem. Wir hatten sehr viel Platz. Zur Benutzung der Sauna sind wir leider nicht mehr gekommen. Die Küche und der Kühlschrank sind recht gross. - Wir wären am liebsten geblieben. Die Küche war nicht so gut mit Küchenmessern und anderem Küchenutensilien ausgestattet. Ein Küchenmesser erhielten wir dann noch bei der Rezeption.

La colazione è estremamente varia e di qualità ottima, la sauna e la palestra sono servizi incredibili e inclusi nel pernottamento in camera. Lo staff è gentile e molto accogliente, disponibile anche a dare consigli e suggerimenti utili per godersi al meglio il viaggio. Se dovessi mai organizzare un altro viaggio in zona Tromso ci tornerei sicuramente.

Our stay was nice but in terms of level of quality vs value for money, they are definitely taking advantage of the surrounds and doing very little to earn their price tag. Bathroom has mould, kitchen utensils are mix and match.

- MEI HSUAN (9/5): 走路10分鐘有超市，不少食材，也買得到冷凍鮭魚和魚湯包。在Sommaroy渡過了美好的四個晚上，看到極光，體驗桑拿+冷海水(不用另外付費)。Lobby提供免費咖啡和茶水，從外面回來或是泡完桑拿經過Lobby喝一杯熱的剛剛好。餐廳的餐點水準也 - 小木屋區域看極光很方便。廚房、餐桌、客廳在一起，空間很舒適愜意。 入住時只有給鑰匙和簡易地圖，如果可以主動告知有免費茶水自助區、桑拿位置及如何取得桑拿卡、吹風機需向櫃檯借會更好。習慣晚上洗澡的我們，最後1～2位洗澡的人容易遇到沒有熱水。

- Aurelie (9/5): - L'emplacement, le bungalow "les pieds dans l'eau du fjord", la vue depuis la baie vitrée de l'espace salon qui nous a permis de voir des aurores boreales depuis notre fauteuil. Bar de l'hotel très sympa. Le petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Un des meilleurs que j'ai testé, et je voyage beaucoup! Petit plus aussi pour la qualité de l'isolation thermique dans le logement, il faisait bon malgré le froid polaire. La salle de restaurant qui fait un peu "cantine" , c'est dommage dans un si bel endroit, ça ne donne pas envie d'en profiter.

Ewig lange auf die Unterkunft gewartet bis es fertig „geputzt“wird . Wir waren im Haus Nr. 30. Ein etwas heruntergekommenes Häuschen und nicht sauber. Ich habe mich unwohl gefühlt. Es muss keine Luxusausstattung sein aber sauber.

- Pin Chiuan (7/5): - 早餐算豐富，但挪威食物本質重鹹重油，台灣人需要時間習慣。 我住在最靠邊的Villa，風景非常非常好，而且望出去也沒什麼光害。 這是一個即使待在房子裡看風景一整天也完全沒問題的地方。 房間霉味有點重。 通往Villa的路有一定積雪，冷熱交替一天後甚至有些結冰。 陽台的風景很好但是積雪很厚，顯然並不會在旅客來之前先行整理，風景上有點可惜。
- Chiara - Firenz (9/5): - The Rorbu is big and cozy. Full equiped and with 2 bathrooms. The terrace has a beautiful view were we have been lucky and saw the northern lights. If you choose the breakfast is a good start for the day.

It was very smart not to stay In Tromso ( which basically a nice, small town) but to be right in nature and with a chance to see the aurora borealis ( which we did). The lagoon apartment was lovely. The hotel felt very utilitarian and transient. The restaurant was like a canteen and not service oriented ( order your food at the bar, get your own cutlery, no question if we wanted something else, bare tables). There was not even a bar of soap/ shower gel in the apartment ( and no note on the website/ confirmation that you needed to bring some). The sauna was very dated and not very hot.

Nous étions dans un lodge et, La salle de bain n’était pas propre, il n’y avait pas de savon à main. Le lave vaisselle n’avait pas été vidé, les poignées d’armoire de cuisine étaient collante. Manque d’équipement pour se faire à manger. Tapis salon très sale. Même si nous avons fait la demande à l’hôtel pour du savon à main et du papier de toilette, nous n’avons rien reçu avant notre départ.

- Iván (8/5): - The size the comfort was fine. It was nice. THe beds are comfortable and the bathroom is well equiped. The room was not as clear as I like it, so there as a little disappointment. Also there is no storage space AT ALL. I had to store everything on the floor and/or in my luggage. That should be improved!
