- Aurelie (8/5): Très bon séjour - Très bien pour une nuit! Le Check in se fait en autonomie donc facile à gérer! À 20min à pied du centre de Lecce, ça se fait facilement, même le soir! On peut se garer dans la rue facilement! Lit très confortable et salle de bain basique mais efficace! Pas de volets pour la chambre, uniquement des rideaux « occultants » mais on voit quand même la lumière le matin!

- Camille (3/5): Vraiment à éviter - Plutôt propre La douche avec l’eau qui coule dans la chambre. L’évier bouché pour lequel ma demande de réparation n’a jamais aboutie. Le frigo rouillé. Le radiateur avec le bouton roulette qui vous reste dans les mains. La caméra (ou du moins ce qui ressemble à une caméra (vidéosurveillance) dans les toilettes. La lumière automatique dans la salle de bain qui s’éteint toute seule et s’allume la nuit. L’électricité qui se coupe pendant qu’on se sèche les cheveux. Pas de penderie (juste deux cintres)…. Bref la liste est longue.

Dico anche però che oggi quel senso estetico dovrebbe essere modificato. La struttura ne guadagnerebbe molto. Seppur non vedendo nessuno puntuali nella risposta ai messaggi. Il contesto e l’arredamento. Basterebbe solo togliere, sottrarre. Troppi orpelli.

- Marco (4/5): Pensavo molto meglio - La vicinanza ai luoghi di mio interesse Non saprei da dove iniziare, sono purtroppo diverse le cose che non sono andate nel verso giusto, cancello di ingresso malfunzionante che mi ha tenuto sequestrato per 10 minuti all'interno della struttura in zona giardino senza possibilità di andare da nessuna parte; l' intervento casuale di una persona (penso fosse il proprietario) che non si è qualificata, mi ha permesso di uscire. Lettore card fuori dalla struttura in tilt, non mi permetteva alle 22,00 di rientrare nel B&B, solo grazie alla mia scaltrezza, dopo aver mandato messaggio senza alcuna risposta, ho recuperato le chiavi per rientrare in sede. Passiamo ora alla camera, la dimensione della stanza per una persona può andare bene, ma va segnalata la completa assenza di armadio, o simile, sostituito da 2 stampelle appese a un tubo in ferro adiacenti alla porta di ingresso. Scrivania traballante, letto abbastanza comodo ma con copriletto macchiato e lenzuola e federe ingiallite. Lenzuola che non sono mai state tirate, operazione che ho dovuto fare io ogni giorno. Per 2 sere consecutive ho trovato la camera ghiacciata perché la finestra era stata lasciata aperta. Passiamo ora alla ciliegina sulla torta, il bagno o quello che viene spacciato per tale, un ripostiglio adibito a servizio igienico, senza spazio per poggiare nulla un lavandino pressoché inesistente, completa assenza di bidet e una doccia senza porta che inondava di acqua anche la camera ad ogni suo utilizzo. Spero vivamente che le altre camere di questa struttura siano differenti da quella che mi è stata assegnata. È stato un peccato, perché la vicinanza ai luoghi di mio interesse avrebbero candidato questa struttura ad essere la mia preferita. Ad oggi posso dire con certezza che non mi rivedrà più.

Un po' fuori dal centro città, in zona tranquilla e silenziosa ma collegata benissimo attraverso i mezzi pubblici Ormai è cosa comune in molte strutture il check-in autonomo e quindi si arriva, il gestore tramite cellulare fornisce un codice o numero di camera e si fa tutto da soli che è sicuramente veloce e molto pratico e garantisce privacy e riservatezza, solo che così manca un po' il contatto umano, non c'è un buongiorno o un arrivederci

- Henry Domenico Durante (9/5): Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo - La posizione è ottima, con parcheggio sulla strada sempre disponibile. Le camere sono accoglienti, bene arredate e ampie. Le telecamere di videosorveglianza trasmettono una certa sicurezza e organizzazione. Il personale della struttura è molto disponibile. Le istruzioni fornite sono chiare e semplici. Non ho trovato shampoo o bagnoschiuma (c'era solo il dispenser per lavare le mani). Non ho capito (non mi è stato detto) perché ho dovuto cambiare stanza dopo due giorni di pernottamento. Farei trovare delle bottigliette d'acqua in camera, anche a pagamento.

- Roberta (4/5): Il luxury del disagio - Compreso il disagio, l'ultima sera lo staff ha fatto trovare nella nostra stanza due calici ed una bottiglia di vino Camera molto piccola rispetto alle aspettative. L'utilizzo del nostro phon personale ha causato un'interruzione di corrente all'interno della nostra stanza più volte. Alla reception ci è stato detto che dipendeva dalla taratura dell’antincendio e che avremmo potuto usare solo il piccolo phon in dotazione. Situazione singolare per una struttura "luxury". Tuttavia, anche altri dispositivi in camera, come il frigobar o il condizionatore sembravano assorbire troppa energia, facendo pensare a un problema generale dell’impianto. La seconda sera, con temperature alte, l’accensione del condizionatore ha fatto saltare nuovamente la corrente, lasciandoci senza aria fresca e in balia delle zanzare per via delle finestre aperte tenute durante la notte. Un’esperienza ben lontana dallo standard promesso.
