• Zingg (6/5): Schönes Zimmer, welches auf etwas Renovation wartet. - Das Haus ist wunderbar gelegen. Ein sehr schönes Haus mit Stil. Der Garten und die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr schön. Die Anreise und auch die Informationen dazu waren sehr gut. Ebenso war der Empfang sehr freundlich. Leider hat das Zimmer einen Investitionsstau. Die Betten sind "durchgelegen" und bieten für diesen Preis aus meiner Sicht nicht den zu erwartenden Komfort. Das Bad hat an diversen Stellen starke Kalk/Verschmutzungsablagerungen (in Fugen und Ecken). Ebenso lösen sich Lmpen aus der Decke im Zimmer. Grundsätzlich sind die Räumlichkeiten sehr stilvoll, nur müsste mal wieder aufgefrischt, erneuert und renoviert werden.

Лично мне не подошла перьевая постель,так как я аллергик,но это поправимо,я выпила таблетку.

• Christoph (7/5): Unorthodox, aber grossartig charmant - Die privaten Zimmer in einer Altbauvilla sind in einwandfreiem Zustand & entsprechen eher einem automatisierten AirBnB als einem Hotel. Die Deluxe Junior Suite ist äusserst geräumig und hat meine Zwecke bestens erfüllt. Hier lässt sich entspannt Arbeiten und auch Essen konsumieren. Restaurant gibt es nicht, lediglich einen Frühstückbereich; jedoch muss das Frühstück schon am Vortag bestellt werden. Preis-Leistung war zu meinem Buchungszeitpunkt in Ordnung; unter diesen Umständen würde ich wieder buchen. Auch der private Parkplatz direkt beim Haus war höchst angenehm. etwas abgelegen von Restaurants; in der Fastenzeit aber ein höchst angenehm.

• Marc (10/5): Je suis un client régulier comme d'habitude, un service parfait au calme et impersonnel, toujours ac - Ce n'est pas la plus grande chambre que l'établissement dispose, mais elle a un balcon. Cette maison est juste magnifique au calme dans un quartier résidentiel. Vous êtes comme chez vous. Et les animaux de compagnie sont bichonné aussi :-)
• Mollie (9/5): Max Aviation delivers reliably comfortable accommodation in an attractive neighborhood convenient to downtown Bern. - Our two stays at Max Aviation have both been exceptionally, apparently effortlessly comfortable. Our room in the Villa this time was very comfortable, if not as spacious as one of the apartments. Lots of consideration for visitors’ convenience: umbrellas, maps, kitchen/dining area for self-service, push-button coded entry to building and room doors making keys unnecessary. A bit too much of the available space was taken up by the minibar and other options for purchase.

Das Haus ist wunderschön und der Garten sehr gepflegt. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön und Stimmig. Der Eigentümer welchen wir persönlich kennenlernten ist sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Meine Familie und ich kommen jederzeit gerne wieder! Es gibt nichts was mir nicht gefallen hat.

Il resto della struttura è da rinnovare, la camera era piccola ed ho dovuto pagare il supplemento per avere il bagno in camera. Il letto matrimoniale non aveva un materasso unico, mi sarebbe piaciuto che la colazione fosse servita inoltre era scarsa.

Bagno in comune, esterno alla camera, condiviso con un altra camera. Ho chiesto di poter far colazione la mattina successiva e la signora che ci ha accolto mi ha risposto che non fosse possibile in quanto non aveva abbastanza pane dicendomi che c’era un market lì vicino dove poter comprare il necessario.

• Barbara (10/5): Familiäre, gemütliche und liebevolle Unterkunft - Das Max Aviation liegt ruhig, nicht weit vom Klee Zentrum und ganz nah an der Straßenbahn. Man ist in 10 Minuten im Zentrum. Das Haus ist ein typisches Berner Haus, liebevoll eingerichtet, ein schönes großes neues Bad- wir hatten mit dem Nachbarzimmer ein gemeinsames Bad. Das war kein Problem, außerdem gibt es eine 2.Toilette. Alles ist liebevoll und fürsorglich für den Gast bereitet. Da wir im Advent da waren, war alles festlich geschmückt und beleuchtet. Im Frühstücksraum standen Weihnachtsplätzchen, Nüsse und Mandarinen, so wie Tee, Kaffee und Tee frei zur Verfügung. Ebenso auf dem Zimmer. Abends konnte man es sich dort gemütlich machen. Es gibt auch eine Bar und im Sommer eine einladende Terrasse. Wer mag, kann in der Küche sogar kochen. Jedes Zimmer hat ein Fach im Kühlschrank und im Geschirrschrank mit Geschirr. Beim nächsten Bernbesuch buchen wir das Max Aviation wieder. Parkplätze am Haus.

• Coralie (9/5): Overall an excellent stay, I would come back again! - The house is cozy and the rooms are comfortable, making you feel at home. I appreciated having access to a well-equipped kitchen, as well as my own coffee and tea machines in the room itself. Whenever I needed to contact the property they were very reactive. The tram is a 2 min walk away and very reliable. Overall, an excellent stay. The wifi was sometimes a bit slow or spotty, and there was not enough space in the room to roll out a yoga mat and practice, but I managed to find other spots in the house. Make sure you have earplugs if you are sensitive to the noise as this is a house, you might hear your neighbor go to the bathroom.
• Ken and Paula (9/5): Highly recommended comfortable and spacious apartment close to Zurich city centre! - Excellent apartment. Comfortable, clean and convienant to get into Zurich. The apartment is very well organised with a kitchenette downstairs. Cupboards and fridge have well equipped and well organised shelves for each apartment in the building and a sunny dining room to eat. The apartment itself is cozy and spacious with a large bedroom area that has chairs and a desk for computing. Another small nook alongside suitable as a lounging area also makes the apartment feel comfortable and relaxing. We didn't want to leave but we had other plans for another location. Highly recommended. Bed could be updated to be more comfortable, but it was okay for a short visit.

Das Zimmer hatte kein! eigenes Bad.Kein Hinweis darauf in der Beschreibung vor der Buchung gefunden! Schmales französisches Doppelbett. Sehr enges, kleines Zimmer.

• Selina (10/5): - Super check in und out Möglichkeiten, alles digital, top, auch späte ankunft kein problem. Lage ist super. In einem der besten Quartiere Bern, ÖV Möglichkeiten, oder auch zu Fuss in die Stadt kein Problem, wer gerne zu Fuss unterwegs ist (ca 30min)
• Thilo (9/5): Wir kommen wieder - „Klein aber fein“, neues Bad, Parkplatz vor dem Haus, unkomplizierter Check- In und Check-out, Kaffeeservice, Bar. Es waren die „Kleinigkeiten“, die besonders waren Betten sind etwas durchgelegen - sonst keine Anmerkungen

• Brigitte (9/5): Nur eine Nacht, bleibt mir sehr positiv in Erinnerung - Sehr coole Location, Zimmer mit einem riesigen Bett ausgestattet und es hatte sogar ein Schreibtisch Alles war super, keine negativen Bemerkungen
• Nathalie (7/5): Établissement un peu vieillissant, dans un environnement calme et résidentiel. - Quartier calme et reposant. Centre ville facilement accessible en tramway. Possibilité de parking sur place. Personnel très gentil. Chambre étroite et un peu vieillissante, avec sanitaires communs à deux chambres. Accès en voiture difficile sans GPS.
• Anne (9/5): Angenehme Unterkunft etwas abseits vom Zentrum - Schöne Gegend, Ordentliche Zimmer, Kaffee kostenlos, Parkplätze direkt vor der Tür, sehr Familien- und Haustier-freundlich. Ausführliche Infos vorab per Mail. Einchecken mit Code problemlos jederzeit möglich. Hellhörig, Beistellbett im 3er Zimmer etwas klein.
