Leider entsprach die Unterkunft nicht unseren Erwartungen: Die Bettwäschen waren nicht sauber, die Dusche überlief ständig, und der Sonnenschirm auf der Terrasse ging am zweiten Tag kaputt. Trotz Meldungen kam niemand zur Reparatur. Hygiene und Service ließen zu wünschen übrig.
• Simonas (2/5): Avoid if possible - Yard with the pool and palms looked nice in photos This place was a disappointment. The property is up for sale, and you can tell the owners have zero interest in customer satisfaction. Everything inside looks like it hasn’t been updated since the 90s and is missing even basic essentials. There was no hot water for the first two days. We asked to leave and get a refund for the remaining nights, but the host flat-out refused. Totally unacceptable. The ground around the house is always wet and muddy, probably due to lack of deainage. Even on a hot sunny day with 29°C temperatures. Your feet get dirty just trying to walk around. Because of all that standing water, the place is swarming with mosquitoes — making it impossible to enjoy being outside. The “nice yard with pool” is completely misleading too. There are multiple flats on the property, so you have no privacy at all. Neighbors are right next to you, and the whole atmosphere is nothing like what’s shown in the listing. This part of our holiday would have had much better vibe if we have chosen different place to stay.

• Caroline (5/5): Made the most of it - Location quiet but near beaches and restaurants Furniture and fittings dated and worn.Patio furniture and umbrellas broken.Shower clogged with sand on arrival and no response from given contact e mail or phone...flooded bathroom and hallway.Cheap crockery and very small kitchen space.No pillow case on one pillow .no blankets or covers on 2 thin duvets provided. Plate glass door to roof terrace and big gaps on banisters by Juliette balcony unsafe for young children .

• Polly (8/5): Great location, quiet setting, comfortable beds but let down by a/c drain and poor WiFi. - Perfect location in a quiet area but only 10 minute’s walk to the main shops and restaurants. Lovely pool and comfortable beds. The WiFi in apartment B is really poor. There was also an air conditioning outlet on our patio which constantly drained and meant the patio was constantly covered in water.
• Marion (8/5): - Paisible, piscine au top après une journée de plage, toutes commodités aux alentours, logement bien équipé, stationnement facile et gratuit. Peut-être les lumieres blanches dans la chambre, mais c'est un détail !
• Maarten (8/5): Prima, rustige accommodatie. - De rustige ligging aan een doodlopende weg met om de hoek vele restaurants en winkels. Wij hadden appartement F met zeer groot dakterras, dit was heerlijk. De airco werkte uitstekend. De communicatie met host Steffi verliep prettig. Na overleg konden we om 13.00 uitchecken, dit sloot beter aan op onze terugreis. We kregen per persoon twee handdoeken, deze kon je zelf wassen in de beschikbare wasmachine. De accommodatie is ietwat gedateerd. Onze parasol was stuk, zo ook enkele kussens van de loungeset op het dakterras. We misten in de keuken een snijmes/schilmesje/vaatdoek. De matrassen zijn naar onze smaak erg hard.

• nathasja (9/5): - Mooi complex van 6 appartementen. In een U vorm rond het zwembad. Ons terras was aan het zwembad. Weinig handdoeken en geen schone lakens, maar wel een wasmachine.

• Robert (9/5): Not perfect, but very good and we’d stay again - The huge private roof terrace with sofa, dining table and sun loungers was fantastic. Comfy bed, plenty of space and beautifully kept gardens and pool. Location was great with easy free parking, nice walks to the town and local beaches, and lovely and quiet so no problem sleeping. The decor and furniture could do with updating - everything is in good condition but it just looks very dated. The Wi-Fi was next to useless inside (but absolutely fine outside on the roof terrace). Hot water for showers seemed to be a bit random - fine some days and none on others. Don’t know if it was a problem with the system or simply other guests using it all up (assuming it was a tank).
• Jill (9/5): Poolen, terrassen, kort avstånd till stranden och lugnet trots nära till allt var toppen! - -We really enjoyed our stay. Had the big terrace and it was so lovely to have morning coffee and hang in evenings there when it was warm or just relax at any time. Wanted to do so much during our stay but we enjoyed just hanging, dip in the pool and just go for dips at the beach. -Walk to our favorite beach, Cala Esmaralda is only two minutes. Just walk down the street and take left at parking lot. Walk next to hotel, you'll see stairs and a path and you're there. Couldn't have been better location. Close to all the busy shops and restaurants etc, yet quiet nights and no loud noises. Heard pool guy in mornings and sprinkler system early plus roosters which we don't mind. I liked it but we're morning people. Grocery store right there which had everything we needed. Stayed a family of four, with two kids (adult and older teenager). They really liked this stay. A big bonus for me is two pillows per person. I thought bed was comfortable and no complaints about sleep from any of us. -We had last three days of only cold water. I wanted to clean my hair before travel but just couldn't. That was definitely no fun. Our host answers quick. They sent for plumber but problem quickly came back. So a plus for effort and I hope they got the problem solved. We heated water for doing dishes etc. -Drain in shower is slightly clogged. It was alright cause I use water sparingly but good to know. It will flood easy if you don't turn water off while using soap etc. (I think you should anyway to save water). -Mosquitoes! Windows has to be closed at night. AC in extra bedroom doesn't work. Was not so warm so it was ok. First nights we used living rooms AC which cooled down the whole apt nicely then the nights were cool enough to not need any. -There are dove-crap but totally understandable with the trees etc. We came out to car a morning and the car was so covered. Lol... We had to take it to cleaning asap then we made sure not to park under trees. So its easy to understand that it's an impossible job to clean after them daily. It was not that bad but good to know. It's nature :-)

Another air conditioning unit in the second bedroom would make it more comfortable for the other guests. Our daughters ended up sleeping in the sofas most nights to use the air conditioning in the lounge
• Lisa (10/5): The host was amazing and answered all my questions. She even set up our transport to the airport - It was easy to get the key from the lock box. I also like that we could leave the key in the lock box when we left the property not worrying about loosing it. Not sure I knew that there was no AC unit in both bedrooms. With the door open we were able to cool the room to a comfortable temperature.

• Danique (8/5): Very good - We had one of the upper apartments with a roof terrace which was very nice. Apartment is clean and has everything you need. Nothing fancy but just fine. We are a family with 2 small kids, they loved the swimming pool. It's a small complex with just 6 apartments so we felt we had a private pool. Online communication with the host was very good, she helped arranged a taxi from the airport which was very conveniant. The garden could use some additional love, so much potential to make something really nice out of it. We found the village of Cala D´Or extremely touristy, nothing authentic about it, just something to be aware of.
• Judith (8/5): Comfy stay. Terrible weather! - Great location. Very clean. Huge outside patio with great variety of seating options. A bit old fashioned. The shower head needs replacement. A couple of blankets please. It was quite cold at night and the duvets weren’t thick.

• Alker (9/5): Great Stay! - The apartment was so lovely! The air conditioning was great, there was netflix and my favourite part was the outside rooftop with deck chairs and a table. The pool area and whole apartment complex was great. We also used the washing machine which was extremely useful. It was also in the most amazing location, close to all the beaches and shops. At times there was problems with the Wifi, and the shower drain was blocked so water would pool up and start to flood the bathroom. There also were not that many utensils for cooking i.e. there were only 3 glasses for drinking, no bowls (more like bowled plates which was not ideal).
• Fenna (7/5): Great location, nice garden, fulltime equiped appartment - The appartments are very close to the centre of Cala d'Or which is ideal. Also, the garden is nice and quiet, the pool is not big but big enough considering that you mostly have it to yourself since it's only about 8 appartments which are not always full and not everyone uses the pool at the same time. The kitchen was fully equiped, with all kinds of pans, utensils, cutlery etc. And it also had olive oil, salt and pepper which is great so you don't have to buy that. The appartment had everything you need, from a blowdryer with diffuser! And even a beach umbrella you could borrow. The only thing I disliked were the beds. The matresses are old and really saggy. On day two I noticed that I had really painful legs, from my butt to my calves. It got worse each day and the pain woke me each morning after about 5/6 hours of sleep. I originally thought it was extreme muscle ache from walking a lot during our holiday until it suddenly dawned on me that it got worse during the night and it might be because of the bed. The last nights I slept at the foot end of the bed (horizontally) because the mattress was still hard and not sagging overthere. And voila, the pain went away in 1 night. So, I would definitely recommend the host to replace the matresses.

• Corvanzalk (7/5): Good - It was a good place to stay for our family, but there were 2 issues, first the mosquito's in late october, second the host expected us a day later, so the appartment wasn't cleaned, arriving late we had no other option than staying in an uncleaned appartment. It was al sorted out the next day and we got a partial refund.
