- jliV7965YJ (8/5): Lovely - Really enjoyed stay here, it's basic but full of charm. Room was clean. It's a good location, few minutes walk to centre but quiet at night. Staff very friendly. There is no lift and dragging a heavy suitcase up 3 floors was only downside.

- Francesco (4/5): - Struttura in pieno centro, a pochi passi dalla Cattedrale e dalla piazza principale, ma decisamente vecchia e poco accogliente. La reception è aperta solo la mattina, le camere sono spoglie (il letto è una branda, senza neppure la testata), le scale e i solai in legno e quindi rumorosissimi (chiunque rientri di notte sveglia tutto l’albergo). Mancano ascensore e climatizzazione.

- ARLEEN (2/5): - Staff was extremely rude, little flexible and completely unprofessional. They property is not properly listed, this hotel doesn’t have a reception and “check in” instructions are supposed to be shared with you prior to arrival (I never got any), and when we called for support they hung up and had no willingness to help or support us. We ended up booking another hotel down the block (ETC hotel) and we lost what we had pay for this one, though it was worth it. ETC hotel staff was amazing, 24/7 reception and went beyond to accommodate us at a more than reasonable price and facilities and stay was great.

Walking distance to NotreDam cathedral, little Venice , Strasbourg SBP and all the nice restaurants Room is comfortable with important amenities and large beds for our family of four Front desk reception is always helpful, friendly and we were able to keep our luggage before check in and even after check out 👍👏 BEST VALUE FOR MONEY STRONGLY RECOMMENDED

- py2s7sqhtx (8/5): Calm, quiet place close to everything. - If you’re still spry, you’ll enjoy this little place an easy walk from the bus or train stations. Hall Shower and toilet, only a sink in your room, which means you pay a lot less. An elevator wouldn’t fit so you have to take the lovely old stairs. Quiet, except for the town clock, which you would hear anywhere. I loved it.

Foi péssimo!!!Tem recepção que aparece alguém em poucos horários e a atendente, quando chegou, foi super grosseira. Quartos velhos e com mau cheiro, banheiro sujo, toalhas ruins. Unico aspecto positivo é a localização. Serviu apenas para não passar a noite na rua, porque nem dormi consegui, sequer tive coragem de tirar a colcha velha que tinha em cima da cama ou deitar a cabeça no travesseiro. Quem for alergico tem que passar longe!!

The room was nice and simple, great shower in the corridor. Very close to all the sighteeing and restaurants outside. The staff followed me to look my bike in a safe garage 4 minutes from the hotel. I would stay there again.

We were amazed that both Friday and Saturday evening we heard no noises from outside, even with the window opened on Saturday evening. The location is great for visiting Strasbourg. We requested a kettle on the Saturday evening. The check-in was done by phone, so one has to make sure they ring the number with the prefix 0033. Overall we would stay again.
- Nicole (8/5): Lage und Haus top, Zimmer ok. - Nette Mitarbeiter und ein wunderschönes Haus in perfekter Lage. Das Zimmer war ok, ich würde es aber nicht noch einmal nehmen. Es gab keine Garderobenhaken, so dass man Jacken nur über die beiden Stühle hängen konnte, welche für vier Personen auch wenig sind. Im Bad gibt es keine Ablagen. Alles sauber aber ungemütlich und lieblos und wenig durchdacht eingerichtet. Nur eine Nachttischlampe bei vier Schlafplätzen.

Although bathroom is impossibly small. It was clean and all. There is no room service or reception service. But it works. I would stay here again if I am in strassbourg next time because of its location and accessibility..

This house is very old and looking as castle inside. As for the comfort it would be great to get et least kettles in the rooms. It is minimum comfort that should be in budget hotels. However we enjoyed of staying there. Everything was old but clean and working. Staff was very friendly. Magnificent place in historical part of city. Recommend

La porte de la chambre était fermée j'ai du faire revenir un personnel. Certe il sont réactif un accueil humain est indispensable pour ma part. La chambre pas de douche pas de WC. Pour se rentre dans la salle d'eau il faut traverser une bonne partie du bâtiment. Cela n'est pas pratique. Un point positif la localisation de l'hôtel en plein centre de Strasbourg ce qui est parfait

We stayed in a room without bathroom, but with a sink. Pretty clean, comfortable and fresh. Its in a great location for walking all around the historic area. Ir recommend it.

Par contre les communs de l’hôtel couloirs et escaliers , sont très pittoresque, on se croirait un peu dans une vieille demeure , un vieux manoir. Petit problème de communication avec le gérant, il m’avait soi-disant envoyé le mail avec les instructions pour pouvoir rentrer et atteindre ma chambre, car il n’y a pas de réception, en fait je n’avais jamais reçu ce mail, j’ai du le contacter par téléphone, il a insisté sur un ton un peu limite et expéditif, sur le fait que toutes les informations avait été donné dans ce fameux mail , que je n’avais en faite jamais reçu. Arrivé devant la porte j’ai dû le rappeler pour lui dire que je n’avais pas les codes pour rentrer ni le numéro de ma chambre, à ce moment il m’a tout donné par téléphone. Hôtel très bien situé entre la cathédrale et la petite France.
- Chris (8/5): Make sure to pack you pyjamas - I loved the Hotel Patricia but you need to understand what you are buying. You don't get your own bathroom. There is only one loo for each floor (3) and one shower/bath (the shower is over the small bath) for 22 bedrooms. Strangely this doesn't seem to be a problem- I never had to queue for the loo or the shower. Meeting other people in the night in your my pyjamas didn't bother me but others might like to pack a dressing gown. There's isn't anything like a TV, kettle, or trouser press in the room but it was warm, clean and spacious. The staff were friendly and helpful but not around after 7pm. The building has a cosy, quirky feel and is furnished with an eclectic range of vintage furniture. Very good value.
- Jean Louis (8/5): - chambre spacieuse, pas de téléviseur mais en période de marché de noël il y a mieux à faire, le petit déjeuner se prend à quelques mètres de l'hôtel, ambiance sympa, bon accueil.Prix un peu élevé pour la chambre mais au coeur du marché de noël et à 15 petites minutes à pied de la gare ! tout près de l'hôtel le "croque bedaine" ou l'on peut grignoter (des croques) et déguster de bonnes bières.
- Pauline (4/5): - Venus à Strasbourg pour un week-end lors du marché de Noël, nous avons choisi cet hôtel car il était bien situé. Seulement, nous nous sommes retrouvés avec une chambre comprenant uniquement un lit et un lavabo. Il y a uniquement une toilette par étage (sans lavabo!) et une seule SDB à l'étage supérieur. Les toilettes sont restées sales pendant 24h, et nous n'avons pas eu de draps la première nuit. Seul point positif : la localisation !

- Emma (10/5): Super schönes Hotel mitten in der Altstadt - Tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, also ich muss echt sagen, für den Preis war es 1A, wir waren begeistert :) Das Haus ist super schön, die Lage ist spitze, das Personal bemüht und alles sauber :) Wlan hat auch gut funktioniert. Einzige Mankos, die uns aber nicht gestört haben: - zwischen 11 und 14 Uhr ist die Rezeption nicht besetzt - kein Fernseher - kein Aufzug (bei 3 Stockwerken) Wir würden auf jeden Fall noch einmal hin!

- Hélène (2/5): Sale , accueil inexistant, une arnaque! - A notre arrivée la saleté de la salle de bain et des toilettes dans le noir nous ont obligés à devoir changé de chambre. Le numéro d'urgence n°1 ne répondait pas car l'employé était au cinéma, le n°2 nous a demandé d'aller dormir (sans bain et sans toilette) car nous disions des âneries. L'odeur prégnante de tabac froid n'arrangeant pas nos affaires nous avons décidé de changer d’hôtel et de demander un remboursement sans suite à ce jour. Fuyez!

Le café du petit déjeuner n'était pas bon. Nous tenons une brasserie-bar (gérants). Vraiment une certaine déception.

Pas de télévision !, a déconseiller les soirs d'hiver Petit déjeuner simple (pain et viennoiseries uniquement) La propreté de la salle de bain laisse a désirer, pas de rideau dans la douche donc salle de bain transformée en piscine, saleté dans les angles. Une prise électrique pour l'ensemble de la chambre, une des 2 lampes de chevets ne fonctionne pas et est mal fixée au mur.
- Yves (6/5): Bon emplacement, prix raisonnable mais....... - Bon emplacement, prix raisonnable mais il serait bon de vérifier l'état de l'équipement de la chambre n° 08 au 2eme étage, dans le couloir de gauche. Toutes les prises électriques ne fonctionnent pas. Pour la salle de bain, Pas de patère pour accrocher ses vêtements, et surtout impossible de poser ses affaires de toilette sur la tablette au dessus du lavabo, celle-ci est descellée et fait un angle de 30° avec l'horizontale.

- Verified traveler (8/5): Clean Old Fashioned Hotel - Decent accomodations. The room I booked was cheap about 50 euros/night, rooms came with a sink but the bath and toilet were in separate locations (shared). There is a parking fee (not charged by the hotel), but the nearest parking structure outside of the tourist area will still cost you a pretty hefty 20 euros/24hrs. The location of the hotel is excellent the heart of the city can be accessed in a quick 5-10 min walk. Hope this review helps cheers!

- Mandy (6/5): Good location, poor condition - Let me start with the positives, the staff was WONDERFUL! I checked in 2 hours early and they were totally fine with that, the room hadn't been cleaned yet from the last guest, but they let us drop off our bags in our room, then while we went to lunch they cleaned the room. I thought I had booked 1 double bed, (in my mind that meant one full or queenside bed) but it was 2 twin beds, which was inconvenient for my boyfriend and I. They couldn't move us to a different room because they were totally booked. The second day they did offer to move us, but at that point we decided it would be too much work to switch rooms. My largest complaint was that the room and hotel looked NOTHING like the pictures. I was very disappointed when I arrived and almost left because of that. The wifi was THE WORST, we could barely get the signal in our room, and if we did manage to get it, it dropped us after about 5 mins every time. My second biggest complaint is that there was no AC or fans to circulate the air in the room. We were there in July, this is one of the hotter years they have had, and not even having a fan was almost unbearable. We had a really hard time sleeping because it was so hot. Final thoughts, if you are looking for an inexpensive place to stay, with a great location, and great friendly staff, and plan to not be in your room very much, this is the place for you. If you are looking for a nicer place to relax in and spend time in, perhaps find something else.
- Verified traveler (4/5): No more than a place to sleep - This is a clean, safe, place to sleep, in an area near many of Strasbourg's attractions, and the staff were friendly. However, that's really the only good thing I can say about this hotel. There is one toilet (not bathroom; toilet) and one shower for the entire building (over 20 rooms). The wi-fi is extremely slow (worst I have encountered in a long time) and does not reach all the way to some of the rooms on the top floor. The door handle to my room fell off every time I pulled it shut, and when I told the staff about it they said they were aware and pointed to a list of at least 10 items that needed repair. There was no air conditioning, and the hotel is located right next to a bar, which is quite loud in the evenings. There is no elevator, for those with impaired mobility, and the reception is not on the ground level. If all you want is a bed to sleep in, this is an okay place for a night or two, but for anything more (and that includes easy access to a bathroom), look elsewhere.
- Manfred (8/5): Wie aus der Zeit gefallen - Klar, die Stufen sind steil, es gibt keinen Aufzug und der Frühstücksraum entspricht nicht im entferntesten dem größerer (und in jedem Fall teuerer) Hotels in der Altstadt von Strasbourg. Doch in der oberhalb gelegenen Grande Rue und von ihr abgehenden Gassen kann man ohnehin toll frühstücken, dazu finden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe gute kleine Restaurants, Brasserien,... So altertümlich das Patrizia ist, die Zimmer sind angenehm, die Betten sehr gut. Tolles Detail: Auf der einen Seite grenzt das Hotel an einen Hinterhof, wo neuerdings ein Kultur-Initiative zweimal die Woche Konzerte veranstaltet, was man durchaus auch bei geschlossenem Fenster hört. Der Clou ist, dass das Ganze auf die Zeit von 14:00 bis 22:00 Uhr begrenzt ist.

- Verified traveler (6/5): Charming hotel with great character - Hotel Patricia is conveniently located and loaded with old-world charm. The rooms were clean and additional items (hair dryer/extra pillows) were easily acquired. My only complaint would be the mattress - not comfortable at all!
