• ANA (1/5): UNA VERDADERA ESTAFA - Nada, pues no sé cómo Sanidad permite que esté abierto. Todo es una estafa. La habitación no tiene ventanas para ventilar, sólo una en el baño. Ni el televisor ni la nevera funcionaban y la encargada no se dio por aludida. Compartes todo el mobiliario exterior con perros pues es permitido y se sientan y hacen sus necesidades allí. El desayuno mal no, lo siguiente. Escaso en cantidad y variedad además de productos de saldo. Ni costando el 10% de lo que cuesta recomendaría a nadie que se hospedara allí. Todo sin el más mínimo control de sanidad y dudo que puedan tener certificado de habitabilidad. ¡Una verdadera estafa!

• Fernandez Fernandez (8/5): De reencuentro con la calida playa de Atlanterra - El personal muy amable, la habitación es fabulosa te introduce en un ambiente cálido y armonioso Los colchones maravillosos y la cama King ofrece confort. Tiene una pequeña plancha, secador de peluquería pequeños detalles que hacen que la maleta viaje mas ligera. Una nevera .

LAS ZONAS COMUNES SON EXPLENDIDAS. • Paula (1/5): - El alojamiento bien aunque hay muchos detalles que mejorar. Hay falta de mantenimiento, se nos cayeron encima dos trozos de madera que hacían de embellecedor de la puerta corredera del baño. Hubo un incendio muy cerca, evacuaron el hotel Melia que estaba justo al lado y ellos insistían que no era peligroso. Caían cenizas del cielo y no se podía respirar por el humo. Decidimos irnos una noche antes, ya que íbamos con 2 niños pequeños y un perro y no aceptan el reembolso de la noche y desayuno pagados para 4 personas. Una verguenza.

• Paulo Amaro (5/5): Paisagem boa, atendimento/alojamento fraco. - É um sítio bem situado na linha da frente da praia praí a 100 metros, vista incrível. Gostei do comer, muita variedade e bem conseguida. Não gostei muito do atendimento, pareceram me julgar por eu ser jovem, desde o início de chegada. Fiquei 3 noites, quando cheguei estavam a limpar a varanda do quarto porque houve um incêndio. No dia a seguir tomei o pequeno almoço e fui passear voltei tarde. Não haviam limpado o quarto o dia todo. No 3 dia trocaram só as toalhas e os robes. Resumindo 3 dias só trocaram 1 vez as toalhas por iniciativa e nada de limpeza. O quarto estava cheio de pó. E sou alérgico. Quarto não tinha as medidas que estão escritas na legenda, os tais 25 m² é a contar com a casa de banho e não só o quarto. Quarto diferente das fotos dispostas aos clientes, casa de banho mal organizada, sanita de frente para uma parede, se uma pessoas tiver mais de 1.80 bate com os joelhos na parede. A casa de banho era polivan com chuveiro fixo, muitas pessoas lavam cabelo dia sim, dia não, são obrigados a molhar se todos, por falta de um chuveiro móvel. Frigorífico todo partido, antigo, mal arrefecia uma garrafa pequena em 24 horas. O ar condicionado fazia muito barulho e luz no quarto, e também havia uma lâmpada de saída de emergência no quarto.

• Roxana (8/5): Hospedaje durante el Incendio - Es un hotel pequeño y muy acogedor. La ubicación y la cercanía al mar es maravillosa. El bar/restaurante esta chulísimo, con buena comida y buen servicio. Nuestra estancia no fue fácil por que nos tocó el incendio. Creo que a pesar de que no era culpa suya, el personal pudo haberlo gestionado mejor y no aparentar que no pasaba nada. Fuimos evacuados por recomendación de la Guardia Civil y no nos dejaron volver por lo que perdimos la primera noche. Tampoco nos pusieron agua potable todos los días y hacía demasiado calor. Siento que el hotel tiene muchísimo encanto pero está en el punto en el que deben de mejorar instalaciones, mejorar mantenimiento y ser mas cuidadosos con los detalles para que siga siendo un rincón muy especial.

• Inma (8/5): Bonito - Es un hotel muy bonito pero que para el precio que pagas es caro. Las instalaciones son bonitas pero están ajadas. Si lo cuestan a más sería increíble. La terraza preciosa al atardecer.
• Andre (10/5): Beautiful hotel, beautiful location, perfect for a peaceful and relaxed break. - Perfect location, litterally on the beach at the quieter end of Zaraha. Very peaceful and beautifully decorated. All members of staff were very helpful despite our very poor Spanish. Restuarant and Bar were great. Only a small boutique hotel with 9 rooms, absolutely perfect for really getting away from it all. Nothing
• Ana (3/5): Poor - ⸻ We stayed for two nights, but unfortunately, the experience was far from pleasant. • On the first night, we were unable to use the bathroom because the pipe was broken. As a result, all the water from the tap leaked in large quantities onto the floor. • We reported the issue immediately, but were told it could not be fixed until the following morning. The room filled with a horrible smell from the pipes, making it very uncomfortable to stay in. • The next day, although the pipe was finally repaired, the smell became even worse — to the point that it was unbearable. The humidity and stench from the plumbing caused my face to swell, and I felt physically unwell. I suffer from asthma, and the conditions in the room triggered continuous coughing and breathing difficulties throughout the stay. I also have photos documenting the state of the room and would be happy to share them. Overall, it was not a good experience, and I truly hope no one else has to go through something similar.

• Mike (4/5): Disappointing, dated and a nightmare to park, won't return as there's better Hotels in the area. - A very mixed experience at this hotel. It's close to the beach, which is good and has a restaurant very close by. I went for the more expensive room with a ocean view which had a very nice sunset. Might have been good in it's day, but now dated and in need of repair. Here are the things I found disappointing. 1) The parking, the parking is very restricted, it's shared with the hotel, restaurant and beach and very limited. When I arrived every space was taken so I had to park illegally to off load my bags. Reception then told me I had to park my car near the Melia hotel some fair distant walk away. 2) Reception was pleasant, but not very welcoming 3) The room was dated and clearly the owners have never stayed in it, it was a sea view room with a terrace, but lots needed attention. The first was the coffee and kettle machines didn't have anywhere to plug them in on the table, you had to relocate them to next to the bed when you wanted to use them, come on, please, just add a extension lead or something to help your guests. The decorating was a bit of a mess (see photo's), and the room had a big wooden unit in it which had a soul purpose of just taking up space. Out on the balcony the decking was broken, the air con was leaking right where you would walk of sit, the shutters looked liked they'd fall on you. 4) The room had a nice view, but was right in front of the restaurant and bar, which stays open until after 1am and plays music, so don't expect to get much sleep if you don't have ear plugs. 5) The room wasn't the cleanest and I wiped lots of dust from the bed head (always my test point) 6) I went to the bar, it had several staff working there, but took over 10 minutes for them to come over to see what I wanted, they never returned after that despite only having 3 other parties in the whole place. Hence I decided not to eat there as they staff really couldn't be bothered about attending to the clients. 7) I booked the Superior double, with sea view and balcony, which listed, facilities that I never got, such as Sofa, Minibar or a Sofabed.
• Georgievski (8/5): Very good - We had an exciting stay at the Varadero Hotel this weekend! The place exudes charm and relaxation, with beautifully designed spaces and attentive service. One of the highlights was enjoying the breathtaking sunset from the Chill Bar, where the view over the water was simply magical. The peaceful atmosphere and stunning backdrop made it the perfect end to each day. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

• Mark (2/5): Disappointed. The hotel could not cope with the number of guests. Breakfast was a distatster. - We booked a family room. When we turned up there were no doors on the bathroom so if someone was on on the toilet you could see them from the or if someone was in the shower everybody could see them. The hotel was full and the only room available was a lot smaller with no view. The rooms air can could not cope with the heat coming through the sliding doors even when the blind was down all day.

• Riitta (9/5): Highly recommended, I would book again - The breakfast concept: Guests could order anything and as much as they wanted from the menu which offered something for every taste 😋. I loved the different fresh juices 🥭🍓and fruits 🍉🍌. I think there was a Nespresso coffee ☕ machine at the end of my stay where you could help yourself. I enjoyed the Nespresso coffee in my room as there was also a small Nespresso machine 😊 Even though I don't have an animal, I know from a friend how difficult it is to find a hotel with a really nice ambiente like in this boutique hotel.that allows dogs to bring along. Speaking of ambiente: I really liked the Balenese style of the whole premises. The location is perfect for a beach vacation. You walk out of the premises and are on a very broad and long beach. Most of the beach bars/restaurants look really nice. The mini fridge had been unplugged. When I opened it, it smelled of mold. I didn't use it and mentioned at the end of my stay. The young female service personnel at the restaurant could have been a bit more friendly, smiley 😊and attentative when I had dinner one night.

• Isaac (9/5): Excellent hotel and superb location. - Location, very friendly staff, excellent food. Very spacious balcony. They accept pets and even allow them in the eating areas so long as they exterior which is fair enough. They even went to the extreme of laying a breakfast table for us and our dog just outside the breakfast room. A pool would be a very good addition. Other then that not much else.

• Thomas (6/5): Meidet diese Unterkunft - Meidet das Hotel! Waren im Bungalow von denen es 4 gibt aber unmittelbar am Haus. Es roch schimmlig wohl weil die Fugen am Boden zum großen Fenster und vor der Wanne noch nie verfugt wurden. Wisch und Duschwasser muss eindringen und modert drunter. An Wanne weder duschvorhang noch Glasklappelement, also hinhocken und trotzdem duscht man den Fußboden mit, aber das Wasser läuft ja langsam in die Spalte ..... keine klibürste, wc Rollen Halter abgerissen fehlt eben. Nicht mal ein Stuhl oder Sessel wo man könnte Sachen ablegen, nur eine Kleiderstange die so angebracht ist, dass die meiner Frau zwei mal auf den Kopf gefallen ist. Dort eine Nespresso Maschine - der wirkliche Lichtblick aber die muss man durchs Zimmer auf die kleine anrichte tragen, Stecker von Lampe ziehen um Strom zu bekommen- geht aber!!! Never Never für 160€ diese Nacht
• Xavier (6/5): Belle terrasse, belle chambre mais... - Très bel endroit, belle vue sur la plage depuis la terrasse. Bons cocktails sur cette belle terrasse. Mais... Accueil un peu froid avec la mauvaise surprise de devoir payer un supplément pour le lit de nos enfants. Nous avions réservé pour 4! Le lit était en plus trop petit pour nos 2 grands ados. Le plus petit a dormi avec nous, notre lit était grand et très confortable. Douche agréable, bon petits produits. Le resto n’est pas génial, ils avaient la moitié de la carte, c’était cher et toute petite ration.
• María (8/5): - El hotel es una maravilla y la situación idílica, pero el trato del personal no es nada agradable, lo que no ayuda a que te quedes con un buen sabor de boca, sino más bien lo contrario. Con respecto a la habitación, no estaba correctamente terminada de arreglar ya que no estaba ni siquiera el papel higiénico, el cual lo tuvimos que solicitar. Por otro lado habíamos solicitado cama de matrimonio y la habitación tenía dos camas individuales unidas y cuando le indicamos si podía ser cama de matrimonio nos indicaron que sería una habitación superior por lo que debiamos pagar un suplemento.

• Francisco (6/5): Lugar inmejorable. Dirección fácilmente mejorable - El entorno es inmejorable, y el sitio también. Muy bien situado, decoración exquisita. El personal es agradable y atento. Sin embargo, la señora que dirige el hotel me resultó excesivamente e innecesariamente desagradable en el trato (con clientes, trabajadores, sercivio de catering) e hizo que la estancia no fuese todo lo magnífica que podría haber sido.

• María Elena (2/5): Estancia desastrosa!!!!!! - Hotel bonito pero personal poco profesional, maleducado y soberbio, incapaces de solucionar los problemas y con respuestas poco apropiadas a un cliente. Falta de atención en la recepción y desorganización con las reservas y la forma de pago. Servicio de restauracion lento y con precios elevados para la calidad de los productos. Trato malo al resto de los clientes cuando por el establecimiento aparecía algun famosillo.
