Bal (6/5): Good location, but has seen better days - The location was great. The breakfast was good The room was “tired” …maybe about 40years ago it was modern but now it is past its sell-by date and the owners need to up their standards.
Liz (8/5): Beautiful old-fashioned comfortable traditional Ski hotel with all the proper immunities for a skier / bit loud nex - The location to the slopes was absolutely brilliant. The breakfast area was superb with views very traditional old style. Very comfortable. Unfortunately, it’s right next to Dixon’s tea bar a nightclub which was very very loud and noisy in the night although I believe efforts have been made to Santa Cruz but the side of the hotel that we were on meant that people leaving and arriving at the club making a lot of noise eating outside drinking Taxis being dropping people off it’s very noisy so we had a very disturbed night sleep

The rooms were a little dirty and I found the last guests belongings under the bed meaning that hadn’t been cleaned.

Todd (9/5): A warm and friendly chalet style in a stunning part of the French alps - Location is very convenient.Its a short walk to the ski lifts,shops and bus stop. A very quaint and pleasant atmosphere with beautiful view of the mountains and the picturesque village. All the staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good too. Ata (9/5): Endroit exceptionnel pour passer une nuit lors d'un traversé dans les Alpes. - La situation géographique était exceptionnelle ; même avec la vue sur la ville, c'était incroyable. Les chambres étaient également très confortables et dégageaient une agréable odeur de bois. La salle de bain était également très propre. Le petit-déjeuner était ordinaire ; je n'ai pas pu prendre de café à cause d'un problème avec la machine. Les retardataires peuvent également rencontrer des difficultés, car la réception ferme relativement tôt. De plus, hors saison, il est difficile de trouver une place de parking.

Roger (6/5): - Eines der wenigen Hotels, die um diese Jahreszeit offen sind. Frühstück. Am Gebäude wurden offenbar schon lange keine Renovierungsarbeiten durchgeführt. Der Preis ist zu hoch und ist nur wegen den wenigen offenen Hotels möglich.

Dr. Ph. B. (8/5): Hotel war gut, der Ort war eine Geisterstadt - Wir hatten große Zimmer und auch im Vorfeld in verschiedenen Fragen eine gute Kommunikation mit dem Hotel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und das Frühstück klasse. Die Lage des Hotels ist zentral. Nach den französischen Sommerferien ist im September Val d`Isere ohne Übertreibung eine Geisterstadt. So waren wir im gesamten Hotel die einzigen Gäste. Das hat sich etwas eigenartig angefühlt. Ausserdem ist direkt neben dem Hotel eine Baustelle, die morgens um 7.00 den Betrieb aufnimmt. Dennoch waren wir mit dem Hotel an sich sehr zufrieden.

Vera (10/5): Very nice staff, clean room - I received notice from the hotel that check-in would only be at 4pm, but that I was welcome to wait in their lounge. That was greatly appreciated. The lounge was ver comfortable, and a very nice staff member actually checked me in at 3pm. Breakfast was very good. The room was very clean. The mattress was hard, and the pillow was uncomfortably lofty.
