They tried to put us on the third floor, but thankfully had a second floor. Even the first floor you had to go up steps. The bathroom was not clean - I wiped it down myself on the shelves.

• Arthur (8/5): - The hotel is in a great location - right off of the highway. The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was a decent size and was pretty clean. It was good for the price and I will stay there again. The toilet seat was very loose. I had my tools with me so I fixed it myself.

• Pavel (4/5): Not for more than one night stay - The location of the hotel is fine, driving distance to the downtown of St. Louis is 10-15 minutes. The personal at the reception was very kind and helpful. The equipment of the hotel is quite old and not in a good condition. My room was connected to the other one (despite the connection doors were closed and locked of course), I was able to hear almost everything and after demanding day, the room next to me was too loud at the evening, watching TV, etc. This was not mentioned anywhere. The typical American breakfast, I will never get use to it as an European person. For my "one night stay" it was ok but if I stay longer, I wouldn't recommend this hotel, unfortunately.

• Vernon Arseneau (9/5): - Spacious room. Well-appointed and maintained. Updated. Had accessible room, but it was the farthest from the main door. Near rear entrance with awkward doors and not accessible- stairs no ramp. Bathroom door opens out and covers the light switches for bathroom. Towels are kept in cubbies over the toilet, out of reach for wheel chairs, and tissues are up high on top of that. Soap bottles are too far also for chair people. Have disabled people consult on to set things up.

• Riad Matar (3/5): Bad and I will not go back - When we got to the hotel I almost stuck in the snow. When I came to the front desk I asked them why your parking lot not clean from snow and all your the hotel’s parking lot clean up . She told me someone coming soon to clear the parking lot. No room for me to park because the snow. She asked me to go to the back to park. When we got out of the car to the hotel door we had to walk in over two feet of snow that’s not acceptable for us because we are not young. It’s really hard to walk for any one. In the morning I asked the front desk why the parking lot not clean yet he told me any minute coming. I did ask him around 6 am . After five hours when we are leaving still not clean yet. Was so difficult to get to the car. I will not come back again 😔👎👎👎👎👎👎 The snow in the parking lot not clean and the front desk were not answering me the truth when I asked them when the snow will be removed to be able to get to our vehicle safe. I will not come back to this place. 👎👎👎👎👎👎

• Curry (10/5): My daughter and I traveled for a gymnastics competition and the hotel was safe and comfortable. - The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good but the waffles stuck to the iron even with the no stick spray. The hotel was older and the bathroom was small.

• Jeri (9/5): Excellent place to stay - Wonderful place to stay. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Our room was big, comfortable, and Very Clean. There had been a big snow several days before our arrival. The parking lot was not clear. You had to wade thru the snow when you parked.
