Situation géographique proche d’un loueur de vélo , d’un supermarché et d’une boulangerie pâtisserie délicieuse . Piscine agréable même si la terrasse est petite . Les chambres sont spacieuses. Un peu vieillot mais propre . Cuisine moyennement bien équipée.

• Chiara (10/5): Assolutamente eccellente! - C'è davvero poco da dire: è tutto PERFETTO! Partendo dal proprietario a tutto lo staff: gentilissimi,simpatici e super accoglienti! La struttura è davvero un gioiellino,stanze grandi con tutto il necessario,pulizia OTTIMA sia della struttura in generale che delle stanze (oltre al fatto che viene cambiata a giorni alterni tutta la biancheria ,da letto e da bagno! Assolutamente un plus da non dare per scontato!). La posizione è perfetta, facilmente raggiungibile col taxi in pochi minuti o con una passeggiata di mezz'ora. Servita da supermercato, un'ottima Bakery, un rental di auto, motorini e quad e numerosi ristoranti. Inoltre la spiaggia (a poche decine di metri) è fra le più belle di Poros! È stato tutto fantastico! Complimenti a tutti voi e grazie per aver contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza ancora più piacevole! Chiara e Matteo Nulla! È stato tutto eccellente!

• Amelia (10/5): Lovely hotel, excellent value, would revisit - We absolutely loved our stay here. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, it is very clean, beds are comfortable, a lovely pool that is never overcrowded, close to the beach and restaurants. We liked having a small kitchen meaning we had a fridge for cold drinks and snacks. It’s really good value for money and we would love to visit again. Nearby is a quad bike rental that can be noisy. It is not the hotels fault and did not spoil our stay.

Το προσωπικό ήταν ευγενέστατο και η κυρία Ειρήνη που ήταν υπεύθυνη για την καθαριότητα του δωματίου μας ήταν πρόθυμη να μας εξυπηρετήσει και πολύ ευγενική και πρόσχαρη . Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός. Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ άνετο καθαρό και ακριβώς δίπλα στην πισίνα . Ήταν πλήρως εξοπλισμένο κάτι που μας έλυσε τα χέρια . Επίσης μας έκανε πολύ ευχάριστη εντύπωση πως οι κανόνες λειτουργίας της πισίνας αλλά και ο τρόπος λειτουργίας τηρούνταν τόσο σωστά ώστε και όλοι να εχουμε χρόνο να διασκεδάσουμε αλλά και να μην ενοχλούμε τους υπόλοιπους επισκέπτες. Η τοποθεσία ήταν φανταστική πολύ κοντά στο λιμάνι και παρόλο που δεν έχει ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ στο δρόμο απέξω ακριβώς πάρκαρες πολύ εύκολα . Το σίγουρο είναι πως θα το ξαναπροτιμήσουν με για τη διαμονή μας .

• Mizon (9/5): Really lovely stay in Poros! - The staff was very friendly, and their communication was very good, we connected not only via Booking.com but also by WhatsApp so I was able to let them know when our ferry was delayed so we would arrive late. The location is very convenient, right next to a supermarket, bike hire and a cafe, within walking distance of several restaurants and right next to the beach. The pool was clean with plenty of quiet periods and it was very quiet in the area at night. It would have been good to have some more basic cooking items provided (such as salt and oil) in the kitchen, so we could more easily use the self catering for our 4-day stay without having to buy items we couldn't take home.

La signora che quotidianamente puliva stanza con cura è molto gentile e accorta ai nostri bisogni. La stanza , sebbene fosse fronte piscina , era ben insonorizzata. Nulla. È stato un soggiorno perfetto.

• Ηλίας Χατζηγεωργίου (9/5): - Εξαιρετικό κρεβάτι. Η πισίνα ήταν κάτι παραπάνω από καθαρή . Ο κος Γιώργος ( ο ιδιοκτήτης) ευγενέστατος και πάντα πρόθυμος να εξυπηρετήσει. Η τοποθεσία πολύ καλή, αρκετά κοντά στην παραλία. Το δωμάτιο πολύ καθαρό. Γενικά μείναμε πολύ ικανοποιημένοι από το δωμάτιο. Συγχαρητήρια για την προσπάθεια!!! Δεν έχω να πω κάποιο αρνητικό στοιχείο για το δωμάτιο. Το πάρκινγκ είναι λίγο δύσκολο λόγω περιοχης , αλλά δεν ευθύνεται το ξενοδοχείο για αυτό.

Τέλεια τοποθεσία. Πανέμορφη θέα από τα δωμάτια. Μια πρόταση μόνο να μπει στη πισίνα ένα μικρό μπαρ για να μπορούμε να περνούμε το καφέ μας θα ήταν εκπληκτικό.

The location of the villas was really good, next to a bakery and a super market. Ideally recommended for couples and families who want a peaceful and relaxing place to stay. The pool was a big plus!
• Joan (8/5): Very relaxing place to stay. Excellent position. - Very clean and well equipped . Near the supermarket and several very nice restaurants and the beach. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Other guests were quiet. Lovely balconies with a view of the sea. Hadn’t realised that ‘split level’ meant two floors, with an open staircase. Needed care going up and down! Very close to the motorbike hire garage, so sometimes a bit of engine noise.

• Carly (9/5): Friendly, relaxed apartments in a great little spot - Our visit was great - we stayed in an impeccably clean and really comfortable two-floor apartment. We had two balconies, both with lovely views, and a super comfy bed. Kostis Villas is right next to a fab little supermarket and a delicious bakery, within a few minutes walk of the beach, and has a lovely pool area. You couldn't ask for more at this price point!

• Francesco (9/5): Fantastico soggiorno di relax - Praticamente tutto, pulizia, posizione, tranquillità, servizi nelle vicinanze (in ordine ci sono supermercato, bakery per la colazione, noleggio scooter/ATV). Appartamento piuttosto grande e funzionale, molto pulito, con spazio all aperto (piccola verandina vista mare). Piscina a disposizione degli ospiti. Tutto in un contesto silenzioso e pacifico. George è stato un host fantastico, sempre disponibile e attento a risolvere ogni problema (ha tenuto i bagagli all arrivo e al check out, fino alle 16 del pomeriggio). It was as clean as it possible, all the communication was correct and the staff was helpful, the bakery, restaurant and beach nearby are great. The room was also equipped with everything you may need, with two large comfortable balconies. It has a rather small shower but always clean and with warm water. Thanks a lot!
• Stephanie (8/5): We had a wonderful relaxing stay made extra special as the staff were so lovely. - The property is in an excellent location, close to the sea and lovely places to eat. The rooms were spotlessly clean and cleaned every single day. Beautiful. The room was a good size and cool with good air conditioning. The pool was great, plenty of sun beds and shade when required. The staff were so friendly and made our stay just great. the apartments are quiet and we got excellent sleep there! Also close to a fab bakery and supermarket. Absolutely nothing.
• Joanne (10/5): Fantastic - From the warm welcome to the spotlessly clean room, location right next to a supermarket, bakery and a short walk to restaurants and the beach - there was nothing to fault. The two friendly cleaners worked so hard everyday to make the place spotless. One small nice to have would have been the use of a courtesy room on day of departure.

• Janie (10/5): Kostis Villas, a piece of paradise - George was a fabulous host who met us and made sure we were comfortable and happy with our room. The room was spotless. The cleaners were very good and also helpful and kind, especially Irene. The pool was excellent and the sunbeds were comfortable and there was never a problem in getting one. Kostis Villas were exceptional. Also for ease we were next door to a supermarket and bakery. Kostis Villas was peaceful, Adult only and beautifully kept. We are definitely returning. There was nothing we didn't like!

• Ron (5/5): Nice but certainly not "luxury." - Great pool. Nice area. Unfortunately, there was no family suite so we had two seperate rooms. I think using the term "Villas" is a bit misleading. These are dated, effecincy apartments. We are probably not the target customers for this location. IfI were single and in my 20's, I would have loved it. I assume a younger crowd is their market due to the ever present rules posters and late '70 decore. The price is good. I think they could make some minor adjustment and u[grades and charge quite a bit more, but again, that is not thier market.

• Globetraveller123 (8/5): Great spot, well maintained and close to facilities - The pool area was fine - perhaps a little small in full season (we went very early in the year) and we could not fault the smart and clean property at all as well as its close proximity to a supermarket and a great bakery. The beach was a very short walk away and a 15minute walk into Poros town was no problem for evening meals. George (owner) was a really nice guy and Virginia who looked after our room and kept the pool area spick and span was a delight and had quite good english. To be really honest, the cooking facility was not very useful. Boiling an egg was about its limit and there was no microwave or other type of oven and no toaster. Thankfully there were facilities outside the complex that compensated and we did not go hungry !
