• Alice (10/5): - This is a small set of rooms grouped together in an apartment building. The check in by phone call was quite simple and the phone staff was very kind. The room was exactly what we needed: comfortable beds, very clean, and very close to the Tiburtina train station.

• Chiara (6/5): - Tutto sta nel capire cosa cerchi. Se ti serve (come me) un appoggio e prendi spesso treno o metro, anche la mattina presto o la sera tardi, allora questo B&b è perfetto. La stazione Tiburtina e la metro sono raggiungibili in 5 minuti a piedi, anche con le valige. Se invece sei un turista e cerchi la anche la comoditá e buoni servizi, allora non va bene. Il personale è gentile, ma non c'è una vera reception (come spesso succede), al tuo arrivo non sai a chi rivolgerti perchè non c'è un campanello con il nome e il B&b è ricavato in un appartamento al 5 e un appartamento al 6 piano di un condominio con molti altri appartamenti, senza ulteriori indicazioni. Per fortuna sono sempre disponibili al telefono, se ti trovi in difficoltá. L'ascensore è dell'anteguerra, ci sta una persona sola con valige o tre strette senza valige, ci sono ancora le porte manuali, per un tocco in più se ami il vintage. La pulizia lascia a desiderare, muri pieni di segni, pedate, buchi nell'intonaco. Non dico la polvere che ho trovato sotto il letto quando ho raccolto una cosa caduta. Bagno minuscolo senza finestra o ventola, infatti c'è un po' di muffa, soprattutto nella doccetta, ma nel complesso è funzionale. Bisognerebbe però fissare le perdite nella doccia e nel lavandino, che gocciolano. La stanza è un pò diversa da quella nelle foto e sicuramente il terrazzino piccolino non gode di una vista invidiabile, con i caseggiati dimessi. Il termosifone scalda poco e nel complesso la stanza è fredda.

• Emanuela (8/5): Si puo fare di piu. - L'arrivo e stato abbastanza faticoso in quanto non viene specificato che la b&b si trova al 6 p° del palazzo.tra valige e passeggino gemmellare abbiamo dovuto fare minimo 4 viaggi. Al check in ci attendevano una ragazza che a mio parere non era una receptionist.in quanto non era a conoscenza della prenotazione ma ben si nominava sempre la titolare a corrente di tutto. Detto ciò riguardo la camera non e consigliabile per una coppia con un bambino.

• Verified traveler (8/5): Una visita ai musei vaticani - Stanza confortevole e pulita, come pure il bagno. Posizione buona sia come arrivo degli autobus, che come vicinanza alla fermata della metro. L'unico neo è che la reception non è sempre aperta, per cui per i bagagli, in caso di necessità, il servizio deposito non è assicurato. Nel sito andrebbero apportate delle modifiche in modo che sia più evidente. Peccato poi che la colazione venga servita tardi, dopo le08,15.

Due soli appunti: le foto su expedia rappresentano una realtà diversa rispetto alla camera da me occupata e la colazione veramente essenziale rispetto ad altri B&B che ho avuto modo di frequentare.

Calorosa accoglienza. disponibilità a determinate richieste, posizione strategica vicinissimo alla stazione. Pulizia ottima, letti comodi, stanze fornite di aria condizionata e bagno spazioso e lindo! La colazione l'ho fatta al bar ed era buona, ma solitamente viene portata in camera. Ottima qualità/prezzo! Consigliato!!!
• Anibal (8/5): Propaganda enganosa - Primeiro vcs deveriam traduzir oq significa B.B. q é bed e breakfast para q a pessoa tenha ciência q esta ficando num prédio comum q só te oferece uma suíte pra estadia . Ou seja não se trata de um hotel , isso só descobri lá na hora em q eu cheguei e um bairro bem de periferia de Roma. Outra coisa cheguei cansado de viagem e não encontrei ninguém q me desse uma informação , só uma porta fechada na minha cara e nenhum italiano q falasse inglês . Tive q comprar um chip de tel de 20 euros pra ligar pra quem cuidava desses quartos pra poder vir e abrir a porta pra mim . Depois q conseguimos q alguém viesse já estávamos esperando há mais de 2h E meia. Acho uma sacanagem vcs colocarem uma hospedagem dessa num aplicativo q tem o nome de hotéis.com ( sendo q não é um hotel ) trato isso como propaganda enganosa, fiquei muito decepcionado com essa hospedagem

• fede (8/5): B&B grazioso - Inizialmente quando siamo arrivati per alloggiare nessuno rispondeva al telefono xò poi ci hanno ospitato prima dell'orario del check in . La camera era piccolina xò era Carnia il bagno lasciava un Po a desiderare di emanava un'odore sgradevole e avevamo problemi con l'acqua calda e con la pressione dell'acqua che usciva qusi con il conta gocce . Xo x il resto non era male . Il personale ottimo come pulizia e la mattina c'era una ricca colazione.. con un Po di di ritocchi per la camera secondo me arriverebbe il voto ottimo come qualità prezzo .

Edificación vieja, habitación modificada moderna. Para guardar equipaje solo hasta 8 pm y debe llamarse con anterioridad para que lo entreguen. Donatella es quien entrega y la amabilidad y disposición de ella es muy buena. Baños: limpios y con kit limpieza ( jabón, shampoo varias toallas)

• john (2/5): Een zeer slechte locatie. - We hadden een kamer aangewezen gekregen op de 6e etage van 2,5 bij 3 meter waarbij je elkaar niet kon passeren rondom het bed. Alles was smoezelig en oud. Voor het ontbijt moet je in een klein halletje zitten met 3 tafels en werd het verzoek van koffie bij je ontbijt op een schoolbordje in een kast genoteerd. De douche/ toiletruimte was minimaal. Parkeerruimte was nauwelijks beschikbaar in de omgeving en de parkeermeters waren defect. Wel een saldo afschrijven maar geen ticket en dus na een half uur een parkeerbon.

• kenneth (6/5): A good value in a non-tourist neighborhood - This was a good value in a non-tourist neighborhood. However, the B&B owner, and hotels.com, should have both emphasized that arrangements to receive the room key MUST be made in advance, or a cell-phone which works in Rome must be available to the guests. To our dismay, we spent approximately 1/2 hour in the street, outside the B&B, soliciting the help of passersby who had a working cell-phone. Our first attempt to obtain the key from the B&B owner, Michele, was made in this way, and Michele said simply that the B&B was fully booked, and then hung up. It was only after a second telephone contact was made, by a second passerby who was able to speak at length with Michele's assistant, that the key was finally brought to us.
• lorenzo (10/5): Semplicemente Perfetto - Un B&B di livello straordinario, gestito da persone estremamente gentili, cordiali e simpatiche. La posizione è fantastica, a pochi passi dalla stazione Tiburtina e dalla fermata metro. La stanza era accogliente, pulita, fresca e dotata di tutti i comfort, dall'aria condizionata, al wi-fi gratuito, a un piccolo frigo per le bevande. Ottima l'idea della colazione servita in camera all'orario preferito dal cliente. Lo consiglio assolutamente, anche per il prezzo (ho già effettuato una nuova prenotazione)

• FRANCISCA (8/5): Practico - Es un bed and breakfast, no un hotel como tal. Esta ubicado muy cerca de la estación Tiburtina, practico para viajar. No cuenta con recepción en el edificio, por lo que hay que avisar antes cuando vayas a llegar...eso es raro Pero la atención excelente, la pieza siempre estuvo limpia, el baño también. Y muy rico el desayuno!

Fresh towel everyday. She came on time when we told them that we're arriving @ 12nn in the hotel. Overall we're satisfied. Definitely will come back and stay in this hotel again

• Mario (10/5): Grazioso, pulito ed accogliente. - Per un concorso a Roma, io e mio figlio abbiamo trovato una ottima sistemazione in questo accogliente e pulito appartamento ricreato a bed and breakfast ad un minuto a piedi dalla stazione FS Roma Tiburtina e dalla stazione della Metro Tiburtina che da qui collega tutta Roma e da dove partono molteplici linee urbane degli autobus. L'albergo è senza receptions, ma il gestore è sempre presente, anche su chiamata al cellulare, sia per l'accoglienza che per qualsiasi altra esigenza. La camera è dotata di WI FI gratuito, TV ed aria condizionata, ed al pari di ogni hotel che si rispetti 3 stelle (ma posso dire con tranquillità che è anche superiore), i servizi igienici sono puliti e profumati, e non si sente cattivo odore.E' tutto nuovo ed i letti sono comodissimi. I proprietari sono gentilissimi, e la colazione viene servita anche in camera se lo si desidera. Sono veramente soddisfattissimo. Grazie ed alla prossima.
• Christophe (10/5): Excellent B&B for the experienced traveler - We had a great stay. This is more of a short-term sublet than a B&B because nobody seems to live there. You MUST call ahead of time to tell the manager when you arrive. His English is excellent so no communication problem. The area is quiet (despite the nearby highway and train station). Rooms are normal European size, very clean, with tiled floors, air conditioning and clean private bathroom. Our room had a balcony. The B&B is one block away from the transportation hub of Tiburtina, which gives you a subway station, about 20 bus lines, a long-distance bus station (similar to Greyhound), regional trains (such as direct trains to the airports or to Tivoli) and long-distance trains (such as direct trains to Florence or Naples). Breakfast is a normal Continental breakfast (coffee, croissant and biscotte with jams) which was good for us but may be small for some. For this price, the compromise is location. It is located in a low middle-class residential area that is a bit run-down but it is very safe. Most eateries are take-outs and many are closed on the week-ends but there is a small grocery store where you can buy cheap food (1 euro for a half-gallon bottle of water). This becomes very convenient since the room has a small fridge. The B&B is located on the outskirt of the old city; therefore it is far away from all touristic areas but nearby transportation greatly compensates for that. Learn about Roman public transportation on the Internet before you get there.
