I loved the swimming pool and the included breakfast. It’s really quiet though just off the main road and only a 5 minute stroll to the beach. Lots of places to eat nearby, or shop, or get massage/manicure etc. I stayed in room 204 which had a balcony which was nice to sit in. The water pressure for the shower was a bit low, and it often took a long time for the hot water to come; but I was in no hurry!

• David (8/5): Good overall for location and price. - Central location, close to main shops and restaurants. 10 min walk to the beach. Hotel is being expanded but we were in the old part which is ok but dated. Two pools so not crowded. Very good breakfast with cooked food and fresh juices available if you ask! Main pool a bit cloudy and the pool bar has been abandoned and an eyesore now.
• Alison Jane (9/5): A great place for tranquility in the heart of Sanur's busyness - Taman Agung was a wonderful base to experience Sanur. It is set off the main road a little bit so you feel the peace and tranquility of surrounding gardens and pool. It is close to beach and shops, and just far enough away to escape the busyness. The buffet breakfast was wonderful and the staff very helpful and friendly.

• Menno (7/5): Prima voor enkele dagen - Ligging mooi, mooie onderhouden tuinen, fijne zwembaden De bungalow waarin wij zaten is vrij gedateerd, heeft de nodige vernieuwing nodig, douchen staand in een bad, voor iemand van 1,93 met een vaste douchekop op 1,40 is niet heul comfortabel, de smerige bank die in de kamer staat ruikt muf, daardoor ruikt de hele kamer muf, daar veranderd de airco niets aan, en de vele geurzakjes ook niet

• Bridney (8/5): Het was een fijne en rustige plek om te verblijven - De locatie beviel ons het meeste van de accomodatie, het ligt echt super centraal en je kan overal makkelijk naartoe lopen. Ook het ontbijt was lekker! De wifi op de kamer die wij hadden was slecht, dat was het enige wat ons niet beviel

• Petr (8/5): - Location is good, even though the whole street is getting new sidewalk, so it's bit crazy to get around, but their fault. Pool was nice and the breakfast was great, biggest selection during our trip in Bali. Place is older and especially the bathrooms aren't looking too good. We stayed at two rooms and both weren't the cleanest. Staff at reception didn't seem to know too much, even though they tried to help.

• Mehdi (1/5): Je ne recommande pas cette hôtel !! Vraiment ! - Seule point positif l’emplacement. La chambre aurait besoin d’un rafraîchissement : la peinture des murs s’écaille à cause de l’humidité,de plus une odeur d’humidité est présente, la pression et l’eau chaude de la salle de bain sont à revoir. La télévision ne propose que des chaînes locales, impossible d’accéder à Netflix, Amazon Prime, Disney+ etc. Mais le pire reste l’attitude du personnel : nonchalant, sans sourire, on a l’impression de les déranger en permanence ! Seule les hommes/femmes déménage étaient souriant.

• Sue (7/5): Good for the price - Taman Agung is situated in a great spot considered the middle of Sanur. Close to Karang and Batujimbar beaches. Staff were lovely and the breakfast was good. Not a huge selection but still good. Our room was clean and spacious. The main thing we didn’t like was there were no umbrellas at the pool for shade. There is a small area near the old pool bar that gives little shade but if you miss those there is no shade what so ever and you cook in the sun. That is probably the only negative we found.

• Miriam (7/5): Peaceful Bali stay with great value — big rooms, good pool, helpful staff, and a central Sanur location. - I first booked one night and ended up extending for another four. The upgraded room was spacious and very comfortable after a refresh from housekeeping. The pool area is lovely, with lush gardens and plenty of space to relax. I also enjoyed lunch at the little on-site restaurant — the homestyle nasi goreng was excellent. Housekeeping was a little inconsistent at first, but once I asked for the room to be cleaned again, everything was much better. Staff were responsive and kind.

• AKIKO (6/5): フロントはホテルの顔 - コロナの前はよく宿泊していたホテルです。その時はフロントのスタッフも落ち着いた対応をしていただきましたが、今回はフロントのスタッフが皆さん若くちょっと心もとない気がしました。外のランドリーに出していたものが、フロントに届いても誰も伝えてくれなく、私は2度ランドリーに足を運びました。もう少し細やかなサービスができたらいいのになと思いました

• Watkins (6/5): You get what you pay for. - Location, three pools were amazing. Grounds are quite nice. Grotty. Room had marks all over the walls. Door to kitchen area filthy. Poor communication by staff - breakfast options weren't told to any guests. This could be such a great place but there is not a lot of love given to the property.

• Lisa (8/5): Bien - J’ai apprécié la piscine, le calme malgré les travaux alentours. Vous avez le choix du petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet et vous pouvez également demander des œufs du bacon des jus en + du buffet (compris dans le petit-dej). Le service de chambre passait tous les jours. L’extérieur était bien entretenu. Literie très confortable pour ma part! Et chambre assez grande. Personnel très réactif en cas de soucis (coffre fort bloqué par exemple) Lors de mon arrivée une de nos chambres n’était pas très propre. Les chambres sont assez vétustes, pas en très bon état il y a du y avoir de l’humidité dans les murs et plafonds des chambres. J’avais presque peur que le plafond me tombe sur la tête 😅. Pas de verre de jus de bienvenue comme dans les autres hôtels. Voici les points à améliorer pour ma part. Pour une ou deux nuits c’est suffisant.

• Kathleen (6/5): It was cheap but not cheerful - It was cheap. My other booking got cancelled at the last minute so I booked this place. It was available straight away. It was cheap so I didn’t expect much. The grounds were nice. But the room wasn’t great. The bathroom was manky. The staff were quite rude when I arrived. My booking in a nicer hotel got cancelled so I had to drag my suitcase 10 minutes to this place. I was all sweaty & stressed when I booked in. The staff were kind of laughing at me. I asked about airport pick up the next day. They weren’t helpful, they looked at me like I was an alien. I booked it the airport pick up myself.

• Peter (9/5): All great but disrespectful patrons - Just about perfect. My 1 issue was with other hotel guests hogging (denying other guests) the pool sun beds at the rear pool everyday. In my 4 days at the hotel I had the same problem. There was an older couple (european) who everyday from about 10 or 11am would go to the pool, put their towel and sarong on the sunbeds and not remove them all day until about 4 or 5pm. They would go back to their room for 30-60 minutes, go for lunch etc and not allow other patrons to use the lounges. This is very disrespectful and rude. There should be a sign put up to state "If you are not using the sunbed, please remove your towel/belongings". There was a young French couple with 2 young daughters who did the same thing most afternoons. There are only 4 sunbeds at the rear pool. I saw many hotel guests walk away from the pool because the beds were constantly full. Please erect a visible sign. That would stop future problems. Thanks

Stanza al piano due (piano tre per loro?) con poca acqua e calda solo dopo diversi (tanti) minuti. In camera avevo una presa elettrica poco rassicurante con cavi mal giunti. Puzza di pattumiera bruciata, soprattutto al mattino, causa di fuochi alla pattumiera. Questi presumibilmente arrivavano non dalla struttura ma dalle ville adiacenti. Hanno voluto controllare la camera prima di darmi l'ok al check out.

Everyday is same repeated limited breakfast. Fell sick due to poor hygiene. Owners and staff don't care about their guests. Worst hotel ever stayed. Cleaners are lazy, rude and argue with guests for towels, black tea etc. Rooms are crawling with ants and mosquitoes. Drain gets blocked everyother day. No shower screen/curtain in villas.
