- Jenny (9/5): Diligent staff and spacious rooms - Delicious breakfast with a good range of local and western dishes. Nice fresh fruits. Exceptiomal house-made almond cookies. Very helpful staff. Good long bench top in the spacious room to hold miscelaneous items. In-room microwave for convenience. Washing machine and drier on every floor was handy. Hot and cold water dispensers on each floor. They have dropped the daily supply bags of snacks, juice and teabags for guest rooms since our last visit in late 2024 though free snacks, tea and coffee were now available on G/F any time. The reception area was understaffed that saw employees working very hard to multitask. It compromised the guests-staff interaction which is essential for a homely atmosphere.

- Xuejun (8/5): One night stay - The hotel and rooms are beautiful. They are clean and very spacious, not crowded and very quiet. I arrived after Midnight and the front desk was open and got me in the room in a couple of minutes. The location is not very close to the Taoyuan airport and is not closed to the airport train. It's hard to get to downtown or airport by public transportation. It cost about 570 NTD from the airport to the hotel by taxi. The buffet breakfast is very good for the US standard, but below average for asian hotels. Not as many Taiwanese food as I hoped for.

- James (10/5): Great hotel, Great value - Friendly staff, interesting decor and the 6 or 7 full body massage chairs which were both wonderful and free to use. It is also 5 minutes away from Taimall, one of Taiwan’s largest suburban malls.

- Christopher (10/5): - I used to work in the hotel industry and this place made me think that when I were in my 30s if I were to win US$1 billion lottery this is how I would build a hotel from the ground up. There is love and pride in every single place you look and don’t get me started on the breakfast buffet. It was honestly out of this world. A luxurious spread of the most delicious food and drinks and desserts and fruits. It is not to be missed and you’ll be surprised at how wonderful it is. My room was so well planned out and comfortable with so many little nice touches everywhere. Stay here. You won’t regret it.

- Joey (10/5): Amazing staff and facilities within a stone toss of TPE. - Everything about the property was exceptional with a 9/10 on location depending on your circumstances; I’ll explain below. Highlights included the amenities, breakfast, cleanliness and responsiveness of staff. This location is a 10 minute drive from TPE airport, but over an hour by transit/ 35 minutes to central Taipei. Depending on your needs this may be a good or bad thing.
- Ruei (10/5): - 因公出差，很高興可以住到離出差地點這麼近又品質這麼棒的飯店（早上悠哉走路前往XD） 櫃台人員很親切也很細心，還拯救了點外送沒有拿餐具的我QQ謝謝你們讓我不用徒手吃飯 因為是平日所以人不多，公用設施都不用排隊，不論是客房、公區、健身房還是餐廳、交誼聽、咖啡區等等都很乾淨整潔，住宿體驗真的很棒，也謝謝飯店有洗烘衣的服務，讓我隔天上班有乾淨的長袖衣服可以穿~ 浴室很大間，換洗的衣服不會和水蒸氣混在一起，但洗完澡後浴室地板的水好像有點難退掉XD 戶外區域有看到很多的狗狗，柴犬非常有活力，還沒有出門，從室內的玻璃門和柴犬對望他就開始叫了，可惜不能摸~~ 但是沒有看到貓咪，可能天氣冷都躲起來了，希望之後有機會再次光臨的時候可以看到:D

- chia yin (8/5): - 隔音什麼的都還不錯。房間有大冰箱(這個讚)和微波爐(雖然用不到)。免費洗衣機和烘衣機,有需要的話很方便。早餐豐盛。有腳踏車可借用,很好騎。旁邊有步道,方便散步運動。離好市多、台茂、南崁市區不遠,覓食購物都簡單。 不是缺點但要提醒,搭公車看站點,若行駛南崁路的公車下車後要走一段穿越工業區,帶很多行李的要注意。腳踏車燈不知道是沒充電還是有問題,亮幾秒就滅掉,晚上騎出去會擔心。

- Jane (1/5): Bad experience - When we check in at 6:00 pm, there was only one staff at the hotel. He had to take care of all of things, including front desk work, answering phones, and fulfilling the request from the guests at the hotel. There wasn’t any door man who can help us to bring the luggage to the room. We had to wait for a long time to check in because there was a big group of guests checking in front of us.

The property is older and in need of some rehabilitation. Unusual amount of mold and rust in and around the tub. The room smart tv was not connected to WiFi and was blocked. The breakfast was decent, however the coffee machine was not functional.

- Stefanie (10/5): Lovely,relaxing,nice,colourful,families - We were really positively surprised by our stay. The place is very large, colorful, and has a lively atmosphere. There were also some incredibly cute dogs around, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a huge variety of options. Everything was very easy and uncomplicated. We arrived late for check in, but that was absolutely no problem. There is a shopping mall just around the corner, which was very convenient. We slept very well, and the staff kindly stored our luggage for us after check out. Everyone was extremely helpful throughout our stay. Another nice touch was that coffee was available for free all the time, and there was a comfortable entertainment and common room where guests could relax. Overall, we can highly recommend this place. It is especially great for families, but also perfect for travelers who want a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. ⭐ Highly recommended.
