The cabin was frustrating in that there was nowhere to put any of the things that we had brought with us. Nowhere to put our bags, nothing to hang jackets on or used towels on to dry. Even the kitchen had no space to put our groceries as all the spaces were filled with kitchen stuff supplied by the facility. Which is great to be able to cook but very annoying to not be able to have anywhere to leave pantry staples. It also meant that our bags and clothes were haphazardly strewn about the place making it difficult to enjoy the space as we tried to find somewhere to leave our things.

Beverley (7/5): Great location to see what St Helens has to offer. - Location was a short walk into town Realising when checking in that I'd misunderstood the booking process. Instead of booking 2 cabins for 2 couples, I'd actually booked 1 cabin with 2 bedrooms. The second bedroom had 4 bunks, so the sleeping arrangements were not as expected. This also meant that the small cabin was even smaller with 4 adults in it.

Bathroom towels were filthy after sitting on floor suggesting that cleaning is done to a bare minimum. Ants in cabin. Looking a little tired inside Paid $250 ish for the cabin for one night. The very next weekend and every weekend there after one night was $140. Price gouging because I booked with one days notice isn't very nice.

They had a pancake breakfast whilst we stayed and the kids raved as the best thing the whole trip. Good base to explore Binalong Bay. Nothing

Room was very clean with everything you needed Had to use the laundry, unfortunately this was my only complaint. The washer and dryers only used one or two dollar coins. Because we arrived late, we were unable to go to the main office for change, had to drive into town. My opinion is that they need a change machine in the laundry so people can use their facilities after office hours.

Staff were lovely and helpful. The noise between the rooms is pretty loud, and when there is a young group of travellers sitting at the firepit until 12am drinking you hear every word . When one room closes their door it’s heard through the whole demountable.

The cabin was extremely cramped and lacked several small necessities. There were no screens on windows which meant we had large moths flying inside overnight. 2 of the 4 knives (cutlery) were broken (unusable) which made our bbq dinner difficult. No soap holder in the tiny shower which was annoying.

Sarah (9/5): Great family short vacation - The facilities were great and it was perfect for our family and children The only downer was when we got there to check in our cabin hadn’t been cleaned, we had driven 2 hours with 3 young children, been to the shops to get our supplies and were a little inconvenienced having to wait an additional half an hour to check in. But that was the only negative.

Rob (9/5): Great place to stay. - Staff were super friendly and helpful. Cabins were really clean and had everything we needed. We were lucky and had a nice view of the forest from our balcony. Couches were super comfy. Only a minor request to have a fan in the toilet.
Jane (7/5): great - hi, Staff were amazing! The bouncy thing was lots of fun for the kiddies! Thank you The bunk beds weren't that comfortable nor was the parents bed. all was good however the lights above the bed had a loose wire and when we turned them on there was a smokey smell.
Soustal (6/5): - Was able to book at short notice. Old cabin directly facing a fence. Toilet door did not close properly. Small cramped cabin. Most expensive accomodation per night but worst in terms of age and comfort. Would not stay again.

Laural (1/5): Out of 3 BIG4 parks we stayed in this was the most expensive and very poor quality - Not much Overpriced for poor quality
Richardson (8/5): - The park is close to the town centre without having to hear all the local traffic. I would have liked a small table and a couple of chairs that are under cover so that you have somewhere to sit outside.
