• Charles (6/5): - The crew that unlocked the door is helpul. The admin didn't have the key to unlock the door with dead battery automatic lock
• Ricardo (4/5): Not worthy to book again - Location Old stained towels, dirty and bad smell corridor probably due to dirty carpet, toilet bowl liner is broken and not the correct size for the bowl. Toilet door cannot be closed. Internet connection is not working.

• Rowenaed (4/5): Disappointing - Friendly staff. Poor wifi connection. Unable to enjoy our 2 night stay because tv not working as well. They are nice enough to transfer us to other room, where we can access wifi but still not the TV. No working power outlets so we cannot charge our phones either 😩
• Bryan (8/5): Very good - The location. It took longer for us to get a room compared to those who walked in. Was not able to use the shower since the knob was broken.
• Felicidad (6/5): - Just need a place to stay so we booked this place. The towels are old and dirty white color, like it was used to clean the floor and torn as well. I have to ask for another towels but still dirty white color and old look. They need new set of towels and linens for the property. We bought new towels as we can’t use the one they provided. Also the room has no window and felt like a prison. How do you get out in case of fire? The staff are courteous and helpful.

• Verified traveler (6/5): せっかく楽しみにしていたのに残念。 - 久しぶりに交際相手に会うため、また、次回会うまでにかなり期間が空きそうだったのでバスタブ付きの私にとってはちょっと高額のいい部屋を予約しました。交際相手の家にはバスタブがないので、ゆっくりバスタブにつかってもらおうと思ったのですが、栓が壊れていて湯が溜められませんでした。シャワーも壊れていて便器のほうに湯が飛ぶ、それも冷たいままでなかなか温かい湯にならない、と風呂に関してはダメでした。周辺は大きなモールなどあり、食事・買い物に困ることはありません。交際相手の家へはタクシーで１００ペソ程度、空港へは渋滞がなければ３０分程度のところなので、私にとっては立地もいいのですが、何しろ風呂が残念でした。wifiは無料ですが通信速度は遅かったです。オーナーは日本人なのでしょうか。安くて助かるのですが、ちゃんとしていてほしかった。

• Da'Fonz (6/5): Nice Hotel, Bad Service. - it took 30 minutes to wait for hotel staff to confirm my booking through expedia even though i paid at least a month before. had to wait in the lobby at 1am for 30 minutes plus just to get confirmation to get a room. nice hotel, bad service. August 2017

• Talsor (4/5): A Hotel Without Windows in All the Bedrooms. - The title says it all, very claustrophobic small rooms, even when you upgrade. A hotel with a flashing red light outside confirms that a 1 to 6 hour stay is what it is mostly used for. Told not to stray to far away from hotel alone as a westerner not safe, you need an escort at night. The major concern for me was the lack of Any windows in Any of the Hotel rooms. I would discourage anyone from staying there, even for 1 night. The staff where quite informative and pleasing. DLM

• michael (2/5): sogo-sogone - certainly the hotel website looked much better than the actual rooms. From only 1 electrical outlet in the apartment-where in modern times with tablet/phones needing charges and othe devices requiring and outlet it was bad. The toilet backed up forcing us to switch rooms and just in a bad area didnt feel safe to go out after dark On a good note the staff was friendly and helpful
