The property is very clean and right at the beach. And the breakfast was great - if there is something missing Maria will do her best to provide it to you. - Harald (5/5): Not at all a 4 star, not very clean but good location and friendly staff. - Good location at the beach. Free sun beds. Close to everything in the little village. Helpful staff. Problem is: The place claim they are a 4 star. They are not, by a very long shot. It’s very basic and not very clean. The room was not clean. For instance there was a lot of dirt and some trash under the beds, the bed blanket was not clean and smelled used, there was dirt/dust in the closets and drawers. And the floor was dusty and full of sand. The walls are paper thin. Literally, they have just covered the door to the neighboring room with a thin wooden plate. Can hear everything. The breakfast was a bit sad. A little bread, sometimes some ham and cheese (but not always) and eggs hardboiled green. And there was no shower holder in the bathroom, so you need to do a handheld shower while the whole bathroom gets soaked due to it having no glass wall or shower curtains.

The accomodation was very comfortable, clean and right on the beach. The tavern attached to accommodation was ideal. The most perfect apart of our stay was the warm hospitality and generosity of the beautiful hosts. Maria in particular is a gem! Nothing was too much trouble and her kind and gentle manner was a wonderful addition to our stay. There’s nothing to dislike really we were made to feel at home and left very happy!

- Luis (9/5): Good and by the sea - The staff was extremely nice and even washed our clothes with no extra charge! Plus when at the restaurant you are just 4 steps away from the beach (literally). The sunbeds and beach towels were a pleasent surprise. The are where we got breakfast had a beautiful view. The shower was tiny, with a curtain that was always touching us when showering. The breakfast was good but could have more variety.

Property is in a great location where you can walk from your room and straight into the sea for a morning swim, before sitting and having their great breakfast.

We had the best breakfast every morning overlooking the sea - magical! There was nothing we didn’t like about the property, we loved our stay, we think it might have been good to also have use of an umbrella on the beach as you needed shade. Sun beds were great, just hard to find shade.
- Joel (10/5): Great - Great breakfast, great room, comfortable and very clean. The beach abutted the hotel, had water so clean and clear we had to go swimming each day. There is a restaurant attached that is very good. Maria, our host was amazing. She made sure that everything was running smoothly and we were enjoying ourselves. Indeed, when we wanted to take a tour of the island but no rental cars were available intown, she said take my car the keys are in it, free of charge. The island is safe. We will be coming back.

- Alessandro (10/5): Exceptional - The position is outstanding, just in front of the sea, as it is the breakfast room (we really enjoyed It!) and the restaurant. The menu offered is wide and typical, providing local products, and really tasty. The staff is kind and available for all needs. Mrs Maria really helped us in transport organization to the port of Kamares in the early morning, even tough the town (the bus stop is just in front of the hotel) is well connected with all Sifnos cities by bus. It takes just 20 minutes to get to Apollonia or Kastro. The room was nice and clean. We definitely recommend this structure for a Sifnos stay, and we hope to be back next year!

It's very well located, excellent value since it is really beachfront, you can walk 20 meters from your room and be in the sea. The beach is really beautiful, the breakfast was superb ( including even a Nespresso Coffee machine ) and you can enjoy the restaurant premises overlooking the beach. There is a parking place right opposite the Hotel and the room was clean and comfortable. Last but not least, Maria, the owner, is extremely nice and helpful, ensuring that my stay was as pleasurable as possible. Highly recommended!! I enjoyed every aspect!
