• Erica (8/5): Top Lage, schöne Zimmer, gutes Frühstück - Lage ist super, schnell bei der spanischen Treppe (10 Min) man kann zwischen 3 Frühstücke wählen (americano, europäisch, italiensich) Zimmer sowie Bad ist grosszügig. Alles war schön sauber und gepflegt. Leider roch es im grössere Zimmer immer nach Abfluss. Wir dachten anfänglich es könnte sich vielleicht um den Siphon des Bidets handeln (ev. kein Wasser drin) und liessen Wasser laufen. Brachte aber nichts. Es war immer nur im ersten Moment wenn man reinkam. Dann gewöhnte man sich an den Geruch und nahm es nicht mehr wahr. Die Duschbrause hielt nicht richtig im vorderen Zimmer. Sollte man dringend reparieren.
• Neda (6/5): Bildene er en amerikansk og italiensk frokost. - At det er sentralt Vi hadde 2 rom der en av rommene var ganske stort og fint. Man kunne godt høre naboen , det var ikke tett nok, dusjen i et av rommene var ødelagt. Vi hadde booket frokost og trodd at vi får buffe, men vi skulle spise i en restaurant og vi fikk velge enten amerikansk eller italiensk frokost og bare en gang, og porsjonen var ikke nok 😞

• Patty (9/5): Heerlijke plek om midden in de stad te verblijven. Voor ons een aanrader - De locatie is echt top. Heerlijk om midden in de stad te verblijven voor een paar dagen. Het ontbijt, wat ze in principe heel goed geregeld hebben. Je hebt je ontbijt inclusief bij een barretje om de hoek. Helaas is het personeel daar een beetje teleurstellend. Eten is wel prima.

• Colin (7/5): To be honest , had a fantastic time . No one expects the unexpected. But more could have been done to limit the Anxiety - The property is centrally situated. Which was fantastic to be able to meet up with friends and family whilst we stayed . Accessibility was easy, no keys , just coded doors for entry . It was spacious enough for 2 people . Good size bathroom and kitchen in this open planned apartment. Unfortunately, there was a rather large leak coming from the bathroom ceiling light fitting a couple of days into our stay . Unfortunately it put paid to our plans as we did not know if we were staying in the apartment or not . The shower cubicle is very small and awkward, the shower head would not stay up as the fitting was (maybe broken). About the leak , not the owners fault , but more should have been communicated instead of waiting in for the services to turn up hours later and again in the early morning . The leak impacted on our time over a 48hrs period .

• Sikholiwe (7/5): - The location was perfect, with the Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain a stones throw away. Everything we needed was within reach, we did not have to walk far to find restaurants, shops and tourist attractions. Barbara was very friendly and so was the cleaning staff. The room size was decent and the bed was very comfy. There was an awful smell in the toilet which appears to be caused by the drainage system. The towels were only changed when requested which isn't ideal. That being said as soon as we asked they were proactively changed. The safe was not working in one of the rooms which was disappointing too.

• Andra (7/5): Acceptabil pentru ca nu am petrecut foarte mult timp in camere, desi vremea nu a tinut cu noi - Locatia, micul dejun nu foarte bogat, dar bun Curatenia din baie si nu numai, obiectele sanitare uzate, pe alocuri ruginite, mobilierul destul de uzat, camerele pareau neintretinute, peretii murdari, cu mucegai, canapeaua intro stare deplorabila, paianjeni la toate colturile, zgomotul care se auzea noaptea de la aerele conditionate, indiferent de camera (nu recomand aceasta cazare pentru cei sensibili care aud orice zgomot noaptea si nu se pot odihni)

Na pokoji fen, parní žehlička, pantofle. Check in i check out naprosto v pořádku díky pin kódu. Skvělá snídaně jen 1 minutu chůze, na výběr buď slaná a nebo sladká varianta, výborná káva. Koupelna by potřebovala pořádně umýt - vodní kámen a plíseň.

It turned out that there was a machine outside the bedroom and balcony window, something like a pump, which made loud noises every five seconds throughout the night — it was impossible to sleep. We had to move to the other room and sleep on a sofa bed, but the mattress was so uneven that we ended up sleeping with our feet higher than our heads. The cleanliness was disappointing — there were hairs on the bed sheets, and the shower holder in the bathroom was broken. I will never come back to this place. Not recommended.
• Natasha (6/5): Good stay for location, not luxury - Great location Should be advertised as a bed and breakfast, not a hotel. Staying in a room of what seems to used to be an apartment with 3 rooms. Full room service was not given - towels were not changed and bed was not made nor trash taken out. Breakfast is at a neighbouring café. No full-time staff on site and should provide clear instructions on how to access property. For what was provided the price is high, really paying for location only.

Nachdem ich zweimal angerufen hatte ,öffnete sich die Türe. Für die nächste Türe hatten wir kein Code bekommen. Wieder musste ich anrufen. Wurde unfreundlich abgewürgt, es wurde mir ja alles per Whats app geschickt. Das stimmt nicht. Wir hatten nur den Code für die Zimmer Türe bekommen, nicht für die „Wohnungstüre“. Es war zu dem Teitpunkt elf Uhr Abends. Zum Glück kamen andere Gäste und öffneten uns die Türe. Zimmer war Ok und sauber.Leider kein Kühlschrank für den Preis. Sehr gut gelegen. Frühstück war gegenüber in einem Cafe. Hier war das Personal sehr inkompetent. Jeden Morgen wurde das Angebot geändert ( es wurde immer weniger), nachdem ich den Herrn darauf hingewiesen hatte, gab es aufeinmal wieder das gleiche

• Gioconda (7/5): Roma fantastica - Era nella posizione centrale di Roma La struttura per i costi che ha dovrebbe essere curata e rimodernata. “Suite” come nome mi sembra una parola grossa per la camera che avevamo!!! Il materasso del divano letto era sfondato, dalla doccia il getto dell’acqua era scarso, c’era un odore sgradevole nella stanza (soprattutto nel bagno). Personale gentile e disponibile, ma la struttura molto scadente tranne per la sua posizione. Le foto su Booking sono ingannevoli e rispecchiano poco la stanza in cui eravamo, la stanza di fronte alla nostra era quella rappresentata nelle foto. Non consigliabile!

• Andres (4/5): - We didn’t have internet during our entire stay. On top of that, we had to pay the city tax in cash because there was no internet to process card payments. I don’t understand how that ended up being my problem, but I had to spend extra just to withdraw money from the ATM. We also arrived very late and there was no way to get in—they didn’t inform us about anything. I had to call them for help.

• Graham (7/5): Good location, room nothing special - We liked the central location, walkable to most of the sites and fairly close to the metro. Fairly spacious, quiet room. Room facilities were more basic than expected from the price - no easy chairs, no tissues, no daily water, no milk with the tea tray. Breakfast at the pleasant nearby bar was two limited choices, which after 6 days certainly palled.

It was a safe area but a bit noisy for my taste if you want to sleep with the windows open. The host was on time and very helpful. The breakfast was good. The room was clean but at times there was a smell coming from the bathroom and you had to keep it's door closed. I was told that it is because of the old plumbing. Despite this I would recommend this place because of value for money.
