Hotel vaří výborné snídaně a nabízí bezplatnou samoobslužnou prádelnu. Lokalita hotelu je skvělá, blízko k Národnímu palácovému muzeu, procházkou na červenou linku metra, tři stanice busem na hnědou. - MOCHIDA (8/5): 満足 - 故宮博物院を見学するなら絶好のロケーション。朝食もおいしい。 フロントスタッフは、eSIM接続のため親身になってサポートしてくれた。 観光閑散期なのか、割引料金で宿泊できた。 台北中心街とホテル間の移動は、公共交通機関では鉄道とバスの乗り継ぎとなる。最初はバスの種類とバス停が多く戸惑った。バスのルートが把握できれば便利になる。

- yan (4/5): sehr enttäuscht! Very disappointed about the discribtion of the location! - Zimmergröße Zentralklimaanlage nicht regulierbar, das zimmer war sehr kalt. Man schaltet die Klimaanlage aus, und sie läuft weiter und hat lautes Geräusch! Man kann nicht mit der VISA Karte bezahlen. Das Hotel benötigt eine andere POS Terminal, immerhin sind sehr viele internationale Gäste da, die mit VISA Karte unterwegs sind. Und dann sagt das Personal: "das ist nicht unser Problem, sondern Ihre Karte ist defekt!" - AUSREDE!! Die Beschreibung der Lage vom Hotel stimmt nicht: sie schreiben, man braucht 10 minuten mit dem Auto zur Taipeh 101 - das ist eine große Verwirrung! oder ins Zentrum wie MRT braucht man 10 min - das stimmt auch nicht! Mittelweile haben sie diese Beschreibung gelöscht! Im Bad muss das Wasser ca 1-2 min laufen lassen, bis das Wasser vom Warm ins Kalt wechselt oder umgekehrt!

- Wang (8/5): Comfortable stay. - Admin staff members were very friendly and helpful, very patient for questions and requests. Kitchen staffs were ok, not always 100% patient. Hotel room was really clean and provided cleaning every day. The minibar was free and the tea was pretty good. The mattress was pretty firm, which we found comfortable. Location is the most convenient, if you want to visit Taipei city a lot, it’s not the most convenient location. But we visited Beitou and Yangming Mountain, in this case it was ok. It’s easy to get Uber from this location. The pillow was not supportive, left our necks hanging in the mid air.

- Xiaoxiao (1/5): 災厄でした！ - 部屋の冷房が故障しており、12月の寒い日にもかかわらず、室内温度が11度に設定されたまま調節できず、電源を切ることすらできませんでした。 遅い時間のチェックインだったため、入浴後は時間が経つにつれてどんどん体が冷えていきました。 フロントに電話をかけましたが、何度かけても応答がなく、すでに夜12時を回っていたため、「一晩我慢するしかないか」と思いました。 しかし、掛け布団の下にセーターを2枚着込み、ダウンジャケットまで着ても、寒さで歯がガチガチ震えるほどで、とても眠れる状態ではありませんでした。まるで冷凍庫に放り込まれたような感覚でした。 仕方なくフロントまで行きましたが、誰も常駐しておらず、呼び鈴もありません。 30分ほど待って、ようやくスタッフが現れ、部屋でエアコンの操作を試してくれましたが、やはり電源は切れませんでした。 その後、「電気ヒーターを用意します」と言われ、さらにお願いして追加の毛布も持ってきてもらいました。 11度設定のエアコンは一晩中冷風を出し続け、ベッドの横に置いた電気ヒーターで、ようやく眠れる温度になったのは深夜3時半頃でした。 しかも翌日は重要な仕事を控えており、本当に悪夢のような一夜でした。

The pick up / drop off service is cash only and a hit annoying having to withdraw money as the ATM dont seem to always take the card easily. Also the taxi driver asks for me to pay extra as they waited for a long time for me to get out of the airport. - SHU WEI (10/5): 床非常好睡，嬰兒床小孩也很愛，浴室非常乾淨還有洗腳凳/澡盆給小朋友使用，當天晚上外面在修路也完全沒有聽到施工的聲音隔音非常好 - 早餐好吃，套餐式。雖然送錯餐點，但依舊好吃。 有點可惜的是因為11/29前面在修路封路，車子開不進去商旅的停車場，只能停在附近停車格再走進去。如果商旅可以提前告知，那會更好一點。至少我們可以提前安排不用大包小包再加上小孩走進去商旅

- Hannah (8/5): A good value and could be better with a few improvements. - The location was easy to access with public transportation (5-10 bus from Shilin MRT), reception was exceptionally friendly and spoke great English, spotlessly clean room, and overall a pretty good value. I think some of the rooms have been recently renovated, and the updates are a mix of modern and traditional. The mattress is firm (by Western standards), the room temp was warm and would not cool down, the shower gel and shampoo provided in the bathroom were quite watery.

- Jana (10/5): - Hotel v dobré lokalitě, pár minut pěšky od Palácového muzeu, na hnědou i červenou linku metra několik stanic autobusem. Na červenou linku lze dojít cca za 30 minut parkem. Hned naproti hotelu se nachází dobře vybavený Family Market a vedle restaurace v západním stylu. Hotel je pohodlný, čistý, má samoobslužnou prádelnu i se sušičkou bez poplatku navíc. Snídaně vynikající, čerstvě připravené každé ráno podle menu, ze kterého si host vybere. V pokojích jsou velice pohodlné postele a nadýchané peřiny, k dispozici rychlovarná konvice s příslušenstvím na přípravu čaje a kávy a rovněž drobnosti ke svačině. Personál mluví anglicky a velice ochotně poradí s čímkoliv. Byla jsem zde již potřetí a těším se na příští pobyt. Je to jako vracet se domů. Děkuji moc za vše a zdravím! Možná bych uvítala víc poliček na uložení věcí, ale to jsem si uvědomila až teď při delším pobytu (24 nocí :))

- Nyoni (3/5): Bad experience. Overpriced. I wouldn't recommend - Very limited breakfast. NO Gluten Free options and staff dont understand what that is They charged me double on check in but the receptionist guy who said his name was Allan (they all strangely dont have name tags) refused to accept it even though he could see double transactions on my bank statement. He actually said I hadn't paid and refused to give me a receipt. The guy argued with me for over an hour and I pleaded with him i needed a rest after my 15 hour flight. He wouldn't have any of that and wanted me to pay for the 3rd time. Its the worst experience I have ever had at a hotel. They were also calling me for room cleaning when I was asleep yet they had said I can call when I needed room cleaned.
- Adelaide (10/5): Best place to stay in Taipei with a home energy - Great hotel with a sense of feeling home, beautiful feng shue energy. Very comfortable bed, room with view of the green and a bathtub. Service minded team. Breakfast is also high quality. Loved everything about this hotel! Will always stay there when coming to Taipei Nothing, all is great!
