• Alba (6/5): Sótano incómodo aunque bien ubicado… - Ubicación excelente. Limpio. Nuestra habitación estaba como en una especie de sótano sin ventanas. Lo que generaba que apareciesen insectos de la humedad en paredes y suelo a pesar de estar limpio el apartamento. Los colchones eran muy incómodos. Por tanto, la relación calidad-precio fue desmesurada para 600€ por 4 noches.
• Derek (8/5): - Very good location. Never met the staff in person (which always makes a huge difference) but otherwise digital communication was good. Bed was comfortable. Appreciated reading lamps above bed. Not a great venue for seniors or for those with any physical challenges. Extremely steep stairs going up to the kitchen/loft and again more than extreme steep stairs going down into the bedroom area from entry level. For seniors, a fall waiting to happen unless extreme care going up and down these 2 sets of stairs. Should leave a container of water in the kitchen/loft area in fridge or counter otherwise having to go up and down these stairs to the bathroom on main entry level to obtain water for coffee maker/ kettle. Fortunately, we were both reasonably able 76 and 74 year old guests.
• Hendrika (3/5): Niet weer naar dit verblijf - De douche was heerlijk en je zit midden in de stad Veel lawaai op straat tot diep in de nacht, bedden lagen niet lekker en de vloer was niet schoon. Het ventilatiesysteem deed het niet, er komt geen frisse lucht binnen, erg warm

• Roland (5/5): If these issues would be taken care of, I would highly recommend this place. - The location was excellent. The bedroom was large and the bed very comfortable. The kitchen light burned out and a repair person replaced it promptly. There was a putrid smell of sewerage emanating from the shower drain, we had to plug it with rags when not in use. There were ants in the kitchen . And the coffeemaker did not work properly.
• Ciaran (2/5): First time / Probably the last. - Staff were friendly. Rooms look very chic & cute, almost beautiful. Location is fantastic. Easy access to Haarlem central & connecting trains. Plenty of nightlife and resteraunts nearby. First room provided wasn't clean. Hair in the bed, bedsheets dirty, floor had alot of hairs, dust along walls etc. The room also had a roof-fan, which was extremely dangerous to use (the entire thing rotates and wobbles). The sink in the bathroom didnt work. Windows cannot be opened & insufficient ventilation. Beds are two single mattresses & bedsheets side by side, which sucks for couples. And the fire alarm had been entirely removed from the room, likely because the shower steam sets it off repeatedly due to insufficient ventilation. Second room given (after a complaint) also had hair in the bed, but we were too tired to complain again. Ventilation underground (where bedroom, shower & bathroom are) isnt sufficient. Ventilation in the shower doesn't work whatsoever Smells "musty" - old water & wood doesnt mix well. Windows unopenable. Beds again were two singles side-by-side.

• Robert Cristian (10/5): Un loft curato e silenzioso nel cuore di Haarlem, perfetto per esplorare Amsterdam e dintorni - Abbiamo soggiornato in due e siamo stati molto soddisfatti della scelta. La posizione è ottima per chi si sposta: la stazione dei treni e dei bus è raggiungibile a piedi in circa 15 minuti lungo un percorso sostanzialmente dritto, comodo anche con i bagagli. Amsterdam è facilmente accessibile via mezzi pubblici (circa 15min in treno), così come il centro della città di Haarlem, che è vicinissimo e raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi. Una delle sorprese più piacevoli è stata l'insonorizzazione: nonostante i locali fuori siano vivaci, all'interno non si sente praticamente nulla, il che ci ha permesso di dormire bene a qualsiasi ora. Per chi viaggia per rilassarsi davvero, non è un dettaglio da poco. Nelle immediate vicinanze c'è anche una pasticceria dove abbiamo fatto colazione più di una volta, ottima. Gli spazi interni sono distribuiti su tre livelli. Al piano terra si trova il bagno, completo di vasca con doccino, doccia separata, due lavandini, wc e asciugacapelli, con sapone e shampoo già forniti. Al primo piano c'è l'area living, con divano, tavolo da pranzo per due, mini frigo, macchinetta del caffè con capsule incluse, bollitore, tisane, bicchieri e tazze. La TV è una smart 4K con accesso a internet, noi ci abbiamo collegato Netflix senza problemi. Al piano inferiore si trova l'area notte, con asciugamani puliti e appendiabiti a disposizione. Il check-in e la gestione sono interamente digitali tramite il portale della catena, dove si trovano tutte le informazioni utili sul soggiorno, inclusa la password del Wi-Fi, da consultare prima di arrivare dato che il segnale nell'area notte è un po' debole. Per qualsiasi necessità è disponibile una chat con operatori umani, reattivi e disponibili. Consigliato. L'unica nota dolente riguarda il letto: ci aspettavamo un matrimoniale, ma abbiamo trovato due singoli accostati, il che porta inevitabilmente a sprofondare nel mezzo durante la notte. Detto questo, immaginiamo che la scala a chiocciola renda impossibile far salire un materasso matrimoniale, quindi probabilmente è un limite strutturale più che una scelta, e lo segnaliamo più come informazione per i futuri ospiti che come critica vera e propria.

• Claudia (7/5): - Die Lage war super, direkt im Zentrum, 10 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Top Lage. Das Zimmer war auf 3 Stockwerke verteilt was sehr hübsch war Die Einrichtung ist minimalistisch aner reicht völlig aus. Gastgeber war jederzeit per Whatsapp erreichbar und hat sofort geholfen. Die Sauberkeit lässt etwas zu wünschen übrig. Die Duschbrause ist verrostet, Staubwischen auf den Radiatoren und Deko wurde schon länger etwas vernachlässigt. Die Sauberkeit wirkt etwas schmuddelig.

Located near everything in central Haarlem. 2 single beds not a queen. Lina suck to sleep that way, when I could sleep. Feel catfished by the pictures as I was placed essentially in a 3 story mini loft and slept in the basement. Not at all a ‘boutique’ lift. Unable to sleep at all at night due to noise. Usually until 3:30-4am. The facility was clean. No issue there. I’d honestly like to get my money back, but I’m guessing that’s out of the question. I will never stay with this hotel and will widely not recommend.

Nieuwe afwaskwast is wenselijk en voldoende vaatdoeken. Badkamer met haren.en zeer vieze ramen en stank door eten koken elders en de badhanddoeken niet fris roken. Bedden niet comfortabel. De brandmelder niet intact.

• Martine (7/5): Leuk appartement als je de hele dag weg bent! - De locatie is super! Midden in het centrum van Haarlem, handig dat er een keukentje was. Het appartement zelf was ruim, we hadden 2 kamers die aan elkaar geschakeld waren. We waren met 6 personen. We moesten nog wel zelf 2 bedden uitklappen, en zelf opmaken. En de halve kamer verbouwen om plek te maken. Verder was de ingang in een soort fietsenstalling. S Nachts was er redelijk was geluidsoverlast. En de kamers konden niet gelucht worden. En er was alleen sjampoo geen doucheschuim, maar de Jumbo is op 2 minuten afstand dus dat was geen probleem. Het was het gewoon net niet, het zag er leuk en hip uit, maar bv een aantal lampjes deed het niet, de kachel lag in stukjes, die rare fietsenstalling met fietsen zonder zadel waar je binnen moest komen. Maar er was wel koffie! En de locatie was super! We hebben het wel erg naar ons zin gehad in Haarlem. Dat we zelf de kamer moesten verbouwen om 2 opklapbedden te kunnen plaatsen, dat je niet kon luchten, de rare ingang, de geluidsoverlast.

• Jacqui (5/5): Great location with good facilities but not really boutique!! - It was well kitted out with coffee machine, fridge and had a hairdryer. Newly refurbished with good shower. The bed was too soft and sloped into the middle. Very noisy as next to 2 pubs that didn’t close until early hours in the morning.

Zie foto’s voor de werkelijke situatie - De manier van communicatie betreffende het in en uit checken voorafgaande aan je bezoek ervaarden we als zeer prettig De locatie zelf . Punt 1 Allereerst zijn de foto’s van de accommodatie gedateerd en is de werkelijkheid vooral achterstallig . Punt 2 , het ruikt er erg muf en bovendien is de hygiëne ook ver te zoeken . Met name het servies en sanitair mogen zeker wel wat aandacht krijgen . Punt 3 op foto’s zijn er meerdere bedden , echter ben je met 3 personen slaapt de derde op een stretcher , niet echt prijs/kwaliteit waardig . Tevens lijkt het of de accommodatie uitzicht geeft op het spaarne( de mooie grachtenpandjes) echter deze licht niet eens in de buurt .

• Marysia (8/5): Comfortable stay in a lovely location in Haarlem’s city centre - Nice high ceilings, comfortable beds, lots of space. Great location, in the middle of the city centre but actually very quiet once inside the apartment. Complementary coffee and tea were nice to have in the morning. We had some issues with the key, but they were resolved quickly. The staff on the phone were great, and offered us compensation for the inconvenience caused, which we were happy to accept.

It's next to a late night club that stays open until 2am or 4am on some nights. Lots of music coming through the walls and people spilling outside in the evening, shouting. This kept us awake a bit, and woke us up a few times. Otherwise, it's a beautiful place to stay, just a shame about the club next door.

• Raquel (6/5): - I liked the location, because it's really near to the church and lots of restaurants and cafés, also the Kitchenette is a good addition to the place. Even though there is a restriction on smoking, we had a strong smoking smell coming from the entrance hallway (we made sure it was coming from there) during all nights of our stay, that only came down really early morning and came back again in the afternoon/evening. It was really uncomfortable because I don't smoke and I'm really sensitive to that smell so we basically had to run and leave the door open less than 5 seconds when we got back from outside, for that smell to not get into the room. Also, the sink in the shower room has a wood structure but the plumbing leaks, so it's damaging the structure and making a slightly moldy odor appear if you leave the door barely open.

• Ruurd (6/5): Schitterende locatie, maar met een slecht klimaat. - De loft ligt middenin de binnenstad van Haarlem en daarmee op loopafstand van de musea, de markt, de Bavo en allerlei winkels. Leuk en speels ingericht. Ook nadat de ventilatie op maximaal stond, bleef het muffig en bedompt in met name de slaapkamer (onderste van de 3 verdiepingen) Er kan helaas geen raam open voor wat frisse lucht, waardoor het bijvoorbeeld na het douchen de hele dag vochtig bleef. Verder moest je de kraan in het toilet bedienen met de afsluitkraan (de echte kraan lekte) en draaide de mengkraan can de douche door.
• Hugo (6/5): Bien pour le prix payé - Super bien placé Le lit double qui n’est pas vrmt double… Il y’a deux matelas collé avec deux couettes…
• Li Chieh (7/5): - Ik vind de locatie erg handig en de kamer met een bad erg fijn. We verbleven hier van vrijdag tot zondag. De kamer bevindt zich in de kelder en naast het bed is een deur. Waarschijnlijk vanwege de bar ernaast hing er ’s nachts een sterke rookgeur in de kamer. Omdat er geen ramen zijn en de ventilator niet werkt, werd de kamer daardoor behoorlijk benauwd. Voor mensen die hier gevoelig voor zijn, is het goed om hier rekening mee te houden.

• Rikesh (5/5): The place has potential to be better! - Has some character Strong smell of damp, especially downstairs. Also they sent us the wrong code for the lockbox. And no washing up sponge.. so not sure how clean the plates/cutlery really are. We did the best we could to leave them clean without one.
• Andrea (7/5): - Die Unterkunft ist angenehm groß für zwei Personen und hat im Prinzip alles, was man für einen Kurzurlaub braucht. Es gibt einen kleinen Kühlschrank, eine Nespressomaschine und einen Wasserkocher. Für uns war das ausreichend - gutes Frühstück und anderes gutes Essen gibt es quasi um die Ecke. Wirklich toll ist die Lage! Das Studio befindet sich mitten in Haarlem, nur wenige Schritte zum nächsten Supermarkt, netten Cafés und Restaurants. Zum Bahnhof keine 10 Minuten Fußweg. Der Check-In verlief reibungslos. Alle nötigen Infos, auch zum Check-Out, bekam wir zeitig. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Wir haben Aufhängmöglichkeiten für Kleidung vermisst. In der ,Kammer' gab es eine Kleiderstange mit ein paar Kleiderbügel, doch stand dort auch ein zusammengeklapptes Zustellbett darunter, sodass es zum Aufhängen der Kleidung unbrauchbar war. Auch hat es in diesem Raum unangenehm gerochen.

• David (4/5): Kein Hotel! Kein Luxus! Kein Service! Überteuert! - Die Lage Es gab kein Frühstück, 3 Kaffeekapseln gab es, Zucker stand beim Putzmittel und 3 Milch gab es für 5 Tage. Es wurden keine Mülleimer geleert, keine Handtücher gewechselt, kein Klopapier aufgefüllt ( mussten uns den letzten Tag selbst drum kümmern) Zigarettenstummel im Bad versteckt, schimmel in der Dusche, kein Licht am Spiegel, kaputte Steckdose, abgeschnittenen fussnagel im Bad. Hier wurde nicht geputzt. Keine Heizung oder Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator und sehr lauter Heizlüfter der den Raum nicht gut warm bekommen hat, durch die Lautstärke konnte man ihn nicht lange laufen lassen. Das Bett war nicht Queensize wie angegeben, 2 Einzelheiten zusammengeschoben. Einen Stadtblick/Aussicht haben wir bezahlt, waren ebenerdig mit Blick auf Gassenmauer und Nachbarfenster.

• Saskia (5/5): Preis Leistung nicht angemessen - Ausstattung wie auf den Bildern. Personal Antwortet schnell. Bad seeeehr groß. Lage Es war alles andre als sauber. Kaffeemaschine nicht ausgewaschen, dort plus im Wasserkocher noch Wasser von Gästen zuvor. Kühlschrank schimmlig (leicht). immer wieder Schwarze Hasre zu finden.Neben dem Bett noch Müll der anderen Gäste. Anfangs sehr unagenehmer Geruch im Bad. Ventilator an der Decke kaputt somit keine luft zirkulation. Urinfelcken im Bad usw

• Emily (8/5): - A centrally located studio with comfortable beds (including additional camp bed with a proper mattress instead of a sofa bed!), great shower and small kitchen. Simple but relaxing.
• Beatrice (8/5): Séjour un peu spécial dans un joli quartier du centre-ville - C’était un petit appartement en 3 étages avec une salle de bain énorme, le tout éclairé par une très grande fenêtre ( dans une maison traditionnelle du centre ville) un coin café/thé bien garni à l’étage et la chambre au sous-sol La chambre au sous-sol! Heureusement avec un vmc… mais il faisait beaucoup de bruit. Collé a la tête du lit il y a une porte.. (entrouverte) et la lumière était resté allumée sur la réserve d’entretien …. Un peu bizarre pour dormir tranquille

• Olaf (6/5): Keine Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen, dafür aber in zentraler Lage - Zentrale Lage, ausreichend Platz, Kapselkaffeemaschine mit Kapseln, Reibungsloser Zugang zum Apartment bei der Ankunft Vernachlässigte Wohneinheit, also einiges an Reparatur- und Sanierungsbedarf, außerdem etwas unsauber; insbesondere am Wochenende bis spät laute Umgebung (Kneipe unmittelbar hinter der Wand), die Appartements untereinander hellhörig; keine Fenster, die man öffnen kann, so dass man sich nach dem Duschen in der ganzen Wohnung wie in einem Dampfbad fühlt, und über die Klimaanlage wurde Zigarettengeruch ins Schlafzimmer geblasen; aus der rostigen Dusche kommen schwarze Stückchen mit dem Duschwasser, schwache Beleuchtung im Bad (die Spiegelbeleuchtung ist defekt) vom Rauchmelder existiert nur die Halterung, der Deckenventilator macht ein Geräusch, als würde er jeden Moment explodieren, und das Bett entspricht eher einer Hängematte mit der Option seitlich heraus zu fallen. In der Nähe gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeiten, das Apartment ist nur zu Fuß erreichbar.

Terrible responses from property - Location The pictures don’t show the bedroom, shower and toilet are in a basement floor with steep circular steps leading to it from the ground floor. In the basement floor there is a hazardous mold smell, and neither the property manager nor owner came to check that and prove us wrong. We had to check out after the first night, fearing for our health.

• Muriissu (6/5): Knus, wel te duur voor dat wat je uiteindelijk krijgt. - De kamer is heel uniek, 2 verdiepingen in 1 ruimte. De stijl zie je ook vrijwel nergens. Een aantal dingetjes waren gewoon wat vies of leken onverzorgd of stuk, waardoor ik bepaalde producten gewoon niet gebruikt heb. Personeel leek niet om te kijken, op 1 vrouwtje na- die erg beleefd glimlachte.

• Julia (1/5): Nie wieder!!! Bitte nicht buchen! - Nur die Lage war gut, die Unterkunft selbst sehr schlecht!. So etwas unsauberes habe ich noch nie erlebt! Es roch nach Schimmel und man konnte nicht lüften, da die Fenster fest verschlossen waren. Über Brandschutz möchte ich an dieser Stelle erst gar nicht reden! Eine Lüftungsanlage war zwar vorhanden, jedoch nicht funktionstüchtig. In der Dusche Schimmel und der Handtuch-Heizkörper völlig verrostet. Der Wasserhahn vom Waschbecken spritzte überall hin, da dort der Perlator fehlte. Den Stöpsel im Waschbecken musste man herausnehmen, damit das Wasser überhaupt abfließen konnte. Auf dem Bett überall schwarze lange Haare. Die Wände fleckig und Spinnweben unter der Decke. Unter dem Sofa eine alte Chipstüte. Die Küche verschmutzt, selbst nach einer eigenständigen Reinigung der Kaffeemaschine wollte man keinen Kaffee daraus trinken. Die Mikrowelle verschmutzt und rostig, sodass ich kein Mittagessen für mein Kind warm machen konnte. Leider könnte ich noch so weiter machen… Eine Beschwerde an die Unterkunft wurde übermittelt, leider zeigt sie sich wenig kooperativ und man bekommt das Geld nicht zurück!! Frechheit für so eine Unterkunft überhaupt zahlen zu müssen! Ich hoffe sie wird von booking gesperrt!

• augustinus (2/5): Waardeloos. - locatie O.a. de bedden., mijn bed was schuin, dat wil zeggen mijn matras was links lager dan rechts. Ik rolde er van af. Met 2 bankkussens onder mijn matras werd het redelijk. Het aller eerste waren de 2 halfronde trappen die je iedere keer op en af moest om b.v. naar de wc te kunnen gaan. Slaapkamer was in de kelder, badkamer en wc op de begaande vloer en de tv en koelkast op de 1ste verdieping. Als je in bed lag en je wilde tv kijken dan moest je 2 trappen op , 24 treden. Daar was geen lichtknop dus moest je naar beneden om het licht aan te doen. Enz. Het was heel gehorig, buiten geluiden en binnen van andere huurders en het stonk er naar eten. Deze B en B is zeker niet geschikt voor 65 plussers.

• Jochen (6/5): - Locatie is goed, in de stad. Ruimte is groot. Handig dat er 2 stoelen zijn met tv. En een keukentje. De kamer ruimte is niet geventileerd. Dat is echt onbegrijpelijk. Alle ramen zijn potdicht gekit. Er ging een muffe en warme geur. Ik vond het zeer onaangenaam. De badkamer en wc zijn wel geventileerd. Naast een lawaaierige kroeg. En in het gebouw waren ook luide Portugese bezoekers, mss studenten. Dit was echt een afknapper omdat ik door de geur en lawaai geen goede nachtrust had.

• Manon (6/5): - Locatie is super. Je wandelt direct het centrum in. Ook de communicatie verliep soepel. Het appartement bevat geen ramen. Hiervoor is er een ventilatiesysteem. Tegenover het appartement zit een café (waar we overigens geen last van hebben gehad) waardoor veel mensen buiten stonden te roken. Hierdoor leek het eerder alsof wij in een café sliepen ipv in een appartement. Helaas kon de ventilatie niet uitgezet worden. Wij hebben dit gemeld maar op een excuus na wordt er helaas richting ons toe niks mee gedaan.
