• Rubén (6/5): La ubicación: su espada de Damocles - Personal amable y justo al lado de la playa. A unos 15 minutos andando de la Patong Walking Street. Las habitaciones están muy limpias y las camas son cómodas Se encuentra en una calle muy ruidosa y las habitaciones no aíslan bien el ruido del exterior. Recomendable el uso de tapones

• julius (1/5): Würden wir nicht nochmal buchen - War okay sauber, alles in laufweite zu erreichen Man konnte überhaupt nicht schlafen - da die Türen quasi nicht vorhanden waren und man alles von außerhalb gehört hat. Wie zum Beispiel Autos, Roller etc. Super laut in den Zimmern - Zimmer waren nicht richtig isoliert

• Marcel Wittenberg (10/5): Prima verblijf op loopafstand van het strand. - De ligging van het hotel en de kamers. We hadden het geluk dat we een kamer achterin het hotel hadden. Daar hadden we geen last van het drukke verkeer aan de voorkant. Alles was prima. Niets op te merken.
• Rudolf Johann (1/5): - Nichts Personal hat auf meine Beschwerde nichts unternommen. Zimmer im Khaleej Mass Hotel ist fürchterlich. Ist an der Straßenseite, man hört die ganze nacht den Auto und Moped Lärm. Nicht einmal mit ohrobacks kann man in Ruhe schlafen. Das Bettzeug ist wohl frisch bezogen, weist aber Spuren von Lippenstift, und andere Verschmutzungen auf. Loch im Leintuch. Badezimmer sieht wie aus den 70er Jahren aus. Wenn man duscht ist alles nass. Für mich ein horror Hotelzimmer.

• Akari (6/5): 清潔感やホテルにリゾート感を求めずコスパ良くパトンビーチ付近に泊まりたいならオススメ！ - パトンビーチへのアクセスが良かったです。 ドライヤーは備え付けでしたが、風は強かったです。 シャワーとトイレの境目がなく一室に共存している感じなので、気をつけていてもシャワーを浴びた後はトイレがびしょ濡れでした。 カードキーが1枚しかもらえないので、外出して帰ってくると冷房が切れていて灼熱でした。ただ、冷房の効きは良かったです（もはや付けっぱなしで過ごしていると寒くなってくるぐらい）。

• Barut (2/5): Würde keinem empfehlen. - Die Lage ist gut. Es gibt keine Dusche. Ich kann mir nicht erklären, wie man mit einem blossen Schlauch ohne jegliche Abtrennung duschen soll. Soll man dabei auf dem WC-Schüssel sitzen oder wie stellt man es sich vor? Der Ablauf befindet sich rechts bei der WC-Schüssel. Es muss dringend erwähnt werden, dass es keine Duschmöglichkeiten gibt. Wir haben für 6 Nächte gebucht und haben nach 1 Tag ausgecheckt. Das Hotel kam uns entgegen und hat 2 Tage zurückerstattet..
• Patrik (6/5): Overall, an okay hotel if you want to stay in Patong and don’t mind a lot of noise, but it’s very close to the beach. - Nice hotel, very clean, with fresh towels. It was also great that you can borrow a beach towel. The hotel is next to the main road, and since the road next to the beach is one-way, all traffic passes by the hotel. There was extremely loud noise at night, booming music from cars and lots of honking from cars and motorbikes. The balcony facing the street wasn’t very enjoyable.

There’s an elevator & the floors are clean 4. Room was spacious, well equipped ( safe, small fridge, hair dryer, good hot water, good wifi) 1. Only issue is our sea view room was extremely noisy at night because it’s on the main street. Other non sea view rooms will be quiet

• Szymon (8/5): Trochę przygód z pokojem - Lokalizacja zaraz obok plaży! Pokoje duże i czyste. Obsługa miła, chociaż czasem ciężko się było dogadać. Mieliśmy trochę przygód bo najpierw brakowało żarówek w lampkach, ale udało się je zdobyć. Potem zepsuło się światło w łazience, ale udało się je naprawić. Potem okazało się że w trakcie ulewy woda wlatuje do naszego pokoju, ale udało się wymienić pokój. Także nie wiem czy to nasze szczęście czy urok tego obiektu, ale ogólnie oceniam pobyt jako bardzo dobry.

The shower faces directly over the toilet and the whole bathroom gets drenched, i've never seen a shower in a more ridiculous position in my life. The view was of an abandoned alley and concrete wall a few feet away.

• Vineeth (8/5): Great value for money, very friendly staff, and prime location. - The location of the hotel is very convenient for everything, beach is very close, food joints, currency exchange centers, pharmacy, 7eleven all are just beside of the property. Staff are very polite and helping, house keeping staff is doing a wonderful job daily. Laundry service is very fast as well. A bit noisy in the evening due to the traffic, as the property is very close to the road ( it’s a convenient as well for getting a cab) One major drawback I saw is that the washroom/ toilets doesn’t have an exhaust, which I believe the operators of the property will look into.

The tour was a bit crowded and got a bit uncomfortable. It was a bit of organised chaos but seeing phi phi islands was amazing and the organisation of the tour was great.
• Seyed (1/5): did not use this hotel - only has good access to beach It was a very bad hotel. It was not acceptable as a hotel at all. In the photos, there was a room with a window facing the city and it was part of the facilities of the "city view" room. But after we entered the room, there was a wall in front of the window and there was no view. We protested and they said if don't want, go and cancel the hotel (but they want to get cancellation fee). The walls were discolored The cupboards were broken The staff said that we don't have everything we needed and asked.
