- Raymond (4/5): - The room is completely misrepresented. Very basic. No hot water for 2 days. When you get there by satnav the hotel doesn’t exist but we eventually found it a km away. Although I sadly booked 3 days I was given 1 bottle of water and told if I wanted more I wold have to pay for it. Plus no tea, coffee or milk. I would not recommend staying there.

- Pushpendra (4/5): - The hotel rooms were not clean as per expected standards. Bedsheets were also not very clean and didn’t feel good. Bathroom was very old. Overall hotel room was not as per the price charged. Its definitely not a 3 star.
- Sarveshwaran (2/5): - Had a very bad experience at the hotel. From checking in where the attender at the desk wasn’t wearing a mask to the room service, where we needed to call 5 minutes in advance to get hot water in the washroom. The room was very shabby, the place was not clean, black stains on the floors throughout. The bathroom was equipped with slimy buckets and mugs and also had the windows plastered with wood instead of windows. The sheets and towels were torn and had stains on them. The rug to the washroom was dripping wet and torn and hadn’t been changed. There was no room warmers and the AC and TV were not functional. I would not rate them this bad, had they put up the pictures to show the actual state of the room and place and mentioned in advance the issues with the items not working. But they saturated the pictures and edited them to make the place very clean and neat. Especially as a 3 star rated hotel and the price, I wouldn’t be impressed with what they offer.

- Deborah (4/5): - When we arrived they couldn't find out reservation. Kept saying hotels hadn't told them we had booked. Finally after numerous phone calls someone turned up and found us. The room looks nothing like the photos. Room dirty. Bedding had what I can describe as grease, as someone had been eating on the bed. The air con had a white noise which drove me to disappear. When we left we asked for a taxi, to which the response no, we don't phone, find one yourself. On a high note the Porter was lovely and showed us everything in our room and was more than willing to get us anything.

- Jas (6/5): Basic clean accommodation - Cheap hotel, so so location but in the middle of New Delhi. Area a little sketchy especially if your alone, and definitely not a place to be out much after 10 pm. Best thing about the hotel was the help, very nice and doing there best to make guests happy, with the amenities available. Room service available but very limited selections on ther listed menu. Realitvly clean, clean pillows, sheets and bathroom. Due to dishonest taxi drivers, we had them send a car for us at the airport and that made all very easy.

- Marjolein (4/5): Dubbel betaald - Ons verblijf bij Hotel Nirmal Mahal was op zich prima. Ze waren de handdoeken en het wc-papier vergeten in de kamer, dus daar hebben we om moeten vragen. Wat mij erg tegenviel is dat ons bij het uitchecken vertelt werd dat we de kamer nog moesten betalen. Dit had ik echter al van te voren gedaan via Expedia. Ik heb dit meermaals aangegeven maar er werd niet naar geluisterd, we mochten ook niet weg zonder te betalen. Dus uiteindelijk hebben we dubbel betaald. Tot op heden heb ik nog geen geld teruggezien van het Hotel.

- MohareDalamira (6/5): OK for the price - The room was very noisy, not only I could hear what was going on the floor, but everything from the top floor kitchen, neighbor room, toilets flushing and lobby. Staying here was depressing as the room was like staying in a cell. It was tiny and uncomfortable as the bed take most of the space, same for the bathroom, and the side rug had a very strong humid smell.

- Camilla (4/5): Helt okej men det finns bättre alternativ! - Vi bokade två dubbelrum och bad om att få dessa nära varandra. Det slutade med att vi hamnade på olika våningar. Rummen var väldigt små, men de var helt okej med tanke på priset. Det finns dock bättre hotell i samma område för samma pris (som är avsevärt finare!). Jag skulle inte boka det här hotellet igen.
- Prasanna (10/5): Nice Hotel Close to Metro - I was reluctant to book this hotel, I saw the review and given it a go, after staying at the hotel, the hotel is excellent and the staff are very friendly,and so well maintained. Hotel is so close to central railway station and Metro. price is very cheap compared to some other hotels. definitely will choose this hotel again. 5 star for the money i have paid.

The staff and Management provide top professional services. upon arrival we greeted with complimentary drinks. The manager Mr. Anand and saurabh made us feel at ease and at home. every member of staff is very polite and helpful. The rooms are extremely comfortable clean, and pristine. Wifi and Ac is work well breakfast was so good that we chose to order room service for our dinner.

- Verified traveler (10/5): very smart and calm hotel - we stay in one night and it was a pleasure to escape the bedlam of new delhi and get to our large room/bathroom modern and very clean. we had a room with a floor ceiling window /wall overlooking the mail road which was a great view abit noise but ok with earplugs friendly lobby staff. they had a travel desk which we booked our Taj Mahal driver/tour through.

- kitaro (4/5): おすすめしません - 1階にあるフロント横の部屋にされたために非常にうるさかったです。 価格的に安宿の中では高級？めかと思って予約しましたが、フリーWi-Fiは遅いために使えず、シャワールームは汚く、値段に見合うものは特になかったです。 一応お湯は出てシャワーの水圧もまあまあです。スタッフは普通。 コスパが悪いと思うのでまたメインバザールに泊まることになってもここには泊まりません。

Pour avoir une carte de New Delhi, nous avons du passer par le guide touristique de l'hôtel, sinon nous ne pouvions pas avoir de carte ! Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement dans tous les cas.

- Alan (4/5): Bazaar - Nirmal Hotel is in the main bazaar area pretty dirty and hectic but close to the railway station. My room had no natural light dodgy aircon and cracked toilet . But on the positive side staff were friendly shower worked as did TV.Very basic with no roof top facility as advertised. Much better option is the sister hotel the Shelton around the corner with nice rooms and rooftop restaurant

The restaurant had very good food, with huge servings, for very reasonable prices. The location is very good. It's a short ride or even walk to the New Delhi train station, the local metro station or the airport express metro station.
- Verified traveler (10/5): comfortable and attentive staff - The hotel Nirmal Mahal is a little inside from the Main bazaar street of Paharganj, but the setting is comfortable and ventilated unlike most suffocating Paharganj hotels. We stayed there for 1 night and the room provided was a three bedded, front line, on the 2nd floor. The room was very clean, including the bathroom. The reception and the staff is very responsive and service is very spontaneous.

Is well located in the heart of the city, the rooms are very nice and comfortable, the whole hotel is fabulous and there are great restaurants. The evening buffet is a gourmet experience. everything was great-service,comfort,food.hotel is lively elegant but at the same time not too formal.location is great close to metro and railway station or shopping place. overall everything is perfect we recommended to all travel in deli and thanks to EXPEDIA give a beautiful place to stay
- Verified traveler (10/5): BOOK IT NOW - This was one of the nicest, friendliest and cleanest hotels we stayed at during our 2 days delhi. The staff were super pleasant and helpful. We asked someone at the front desk for help getting our sim card sorted out and he took us to the vodafone office and a few days later when our phone wasn't working (but we had left for another city), we called back City Star and someone else helped us fix our phone. Really great service. Breakfast was good. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable and the shower had good water pressure and stayed hot, unlike a lot of other places we stayed in India. Just note that checkout is at the same time you check in (so if you check in early you will have to check out early the day you leave) but they have luggage storage so you could also leave your luggage and check in later!

- Verified traveler (10/5): you get exactly what you wish for - This hotel is nice perfect , clean, has very good service, right by the market, 5 min walk from the metro station and railway station one stop away from Connaught Place, it has AC and TV, nice bathroom, and has 2 great guys who will try their best to meet all your wishes. I was sick one day and one of the staff members went around the entire block to get me fruits and water, at this price range this is pretty much the best you can get. we will stay in that hotel again
