Guest Reviews
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice mid-range hotel similar to many in Paharganj. What’s sets it apart is the friendly and helpful staff.
- dubhead (8/5): lucky find - bed was the most impressive, very comfortable and slept well.
free bottle water daily...only if you ask for it.
breakfast is ok with good choice and room service but bland.
staff are helpful ,however ...be smart
- Verified traveler (8/5): Enjoyed it there - Restaurant balcony on the top was brilliant value and food, extremely useful to return from a day exploring to have that a few floors away
- Verified traveler (8/5): Very good service and nice room - Really good. Location is a little rural but good staff really helpful and nice
- brett (4/5): Just somewhere to sleep - A small hotel tucked in a small street - taxi had trouble finding it!
Air conditioning is centeral air con and you cannot adjust the temperature....ended up with a cold due to the air con.
Toilet paper very limited in the bathroom, you get about 30 small sheets on a roll......so if you get dehli belly watch out!
Breakfast very ho hum......cold toast, coffee served in a glass (burnt fingers!) and very unfriendly service staff.
Hot water for a shower only available for a very limited amount of time.
Pestered by staff with calls to my room asking if I wanted to order room service!
All in all this is a very average hotel with below average service by most staff, sure that you can get better for your money elsewhere......
- Mini (8/5): Resonably good hotel , close to metro rail service - Location and acess to the hotel is bad and not very visible from the road . But inside looks quite OK even though room and bathroom is small . Bed linen appears dirty and towels very rough on the skin . Very close to train station and market . Food is good, room service is excellent and reasonably priced . Staff helpful and courteous. Good for the price but can improve cleaniness and over all conditions.
- avista (4/5): Awful hotel - The worse hotel I have ever been. The reviews are all lies don't bother booking the hotel there are much better hotels around. We couldn't stay it was dirty and the staff and reception were not nice we just left and lost money for one night.
- Globetrotter (2/5): Total disappointment - After reading all the reviews of this hotel, I can honestly say I was amazed, no, shocked at the state of the place. Front of house staff barely greeted you, waiters just tried to con you out of your money and the bed sheets looked like they had been used by the previous guest.
The area is a mess, with piles of rubbish all around that are an accident waiting to happen, especially in the dark, over crowded allies... "This is India", no, it's not, "this is Old Delhi", yes
- Olivia (6/5): My Trip to India. - Before I left I called Expedia and someone spoke to the hotel and promised to pick me up for 800 rupees around trip, and I had to pay in their currency not dollars..When I got to the Airport I looked for someone to pick me up from the Hotel but no one was there, I called from a pay phone and someone told me flat know they will not come. I went on the street looking for a taxi and they wanted 1300 rupees, since I had an idea I concluded for 1000. Traffic was a night mare. I got to the Hotel in the dark. The next day I stepped out of the Hotel it was a nightmare the poverty was vivid, broken houses people were every where it looked like a scary ghetto but the people were harmless. The hotel is nice but the environment was very bad. But, that the way the whole India is very few areas are looking better then where the hotel is. The people are peaceful and friendly they do not raise their voices even in a traffic jam, the only noise was the car's horn.
- Alexander (10/5): Excellent budget option - We are very happy with the hotel location, condition, breakfast ,service and price.
- Kelly Family (6/5): Sai Miracle - Staff pleasant and helpful. Good location and competitively priced budget hotel. Located near to sites, metro and railway station.
- Andrew (2/5): - Awful hotel. Sheets were unclean. Shower did not work and in a very bad area. Very noisy. Checked out after 2 hours.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok hotel, not great. Middle of Parhaganj Market. - This hotel is right in the heart of the Parharganj Market, which is old, chaotic, loud, has crumbling buildings and rather dirty but AMAZING. The hotel was a bit tricky to find at first and our Rickshaw driver had to ask a few locals where Gali 11 was off Chuna Mandi to locate the hotel. The hotel itself had a nice entrance and lobby and check in was easy, however; we were put in a room that we did not pre-book and was the most smallest of rooms with no windows, very tight on space and one tiny bed. After discussing this with reception explaining that we paid for a deluxe room with two beds, a window, sitting area and more space we were allocated the room we paid for. (TIP: Make sure you take a copy of your room details and photo of your room with you just in case). The room cleanliness was....ok. The linen on the bed was a little creased (like someone had just slept in it) and a bit thin and was a little grey than white. Bed was very comfortable though and surprisingly, very quiet considering the chaos outside. The bathroom was average and looked as though it needed a good bleaching in the corners and edges as there was what looked like mildew in these areas. Staff were friendly and the security guard at the entrance was always welcoming.
- Helen (8/5): Cheap but not nasty - It's not the Sheridan but, for the price Sai Miracle is great value. You'll need to make your own bed but it's comfortable, the room is clean and not too bad to look at and there's hot water. If you need 5 star, Sai Miracle is not for you, but if you just want a good night's sleep and a good meal at the end of a day of visiting Delhi's sites, you can't go past this hotel.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Pleasant stay at Hotel Sai Miracle - The hotel was pretty clean and nice. Not in the best area but fine for walking around at most times. We walked to the Metro station and did some shopping nearby. Service in general was good although I had to ask for towels and toilet paper a couple of times, and you have to request service for the room if you want it. Water was chilly when taking a shower at night but was hot in the morning. Breakfast was included and was tasty but small portions. We got the Spanish omelet and it was half of an omelet with cilantro. We had 3 adults in our room and the room was definitely small for 3 people but I got the impression that the rooms are all small. Food prices were reasonable but alcohol is a bit pricey. Overall we had a pleasant stay and would use this hotel again.
- AKHILESH KUMAR (8/5): - Comfirtable
- Celine (10/5): Top hotel - Price and facilities makes this hotel a "Top Hotel" in Paharganj. We liked our stay. Location is central. New hotel with large room , surprisingly quiet with bathroom attached. Wifi, Hot shower, work desk, LED, strong ac unit and price reasonable makes "Top Hotel".
- Verified traveler (4/5): good hotel with bad staff - Hotel located in the centre of Delhi in rather poor and busy area, but we liked its location. Facilities were good, comfortable bed, shower, Air con. Reasonably clean. Good value for money. Staff on the other hand was arrogant. The food was terrible.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Stayed in better places in Pahar Gunj - This was a last minute booking, I arrived close to midnight, they put me in a room on the ground floor, which was tiny, also very noisy, but it was clean. The AC didn't work, didn't matter though. At 8am I went up to the restaurant for breakfast, no one there except two guys sleeping on the floor and looked totally exhausted, btw - a few plastic tables on a roof doesn't make a restaurant. So, they were nice, and bought it to the room, after I got over my guilt about waking them up. 8am isn't early! The food was very average. I booked this place because the reviews were good. But actually, there are much better places in the area. Its fine for one night, but I wouldn't stay longer.l
- Baseline (6/5): An okay hotel, but not much else - Had an average experience at this place. Arrived ahead of check-in to a rude hotel manager who's first interest seemed to be getting his money over greeting his guests. First impressions last and this was the worst I've had on any trip. The location itself was terrible, with the hotel placed among what can barely be described as backstreets, to the point were most of the auto-rickshaws had no idea on the address. Staff (other than the manager) were okay to deal with and there is a nice rooftop eating area with bar facilities
Room itself was average, with the bathroom and bed setup reflecting something more of a hostel rather than a motel/hotel quality. Didn't help that we asked for 2 individual beds and to, no surprise, received the one double/queen bed.
Needless to say, I cancelled my booking for the return trip to Delhi.
- Daniel (10/5): Certainly Best Hotel in Paharganj - Amazing experience. We are very satisfied with everything from doormen to reception guy, bell boy, cleanness, in room facilities, wifi, hot shower etc. hotel is located in narrow street which is positive as there are no sound pollution.Building is new and used expensive marble and latest fittings in bathroom. Amazing food at rooftop restaurant.very helping staff specially Keshav. Thoroughly recommended to all.
- Ashok Mehta (8/5): Good Bargain at reasonably price - I stayed in this Hotel during 5th October to 7th October 2015. The hotel is in central location and near by central market & railway station. The hotel is newly built and very clean. The staff is courteous and always willing to help. Hotel facilities are good.
I had to catch an early train at 6 am. I asked the reception to give me wake up call at 4:30. They forget to give me wake up call. If i had relied on them, I would have missed my train.
Secondly, complementary breakfast is limited.
I will still recommend this hotel to my friends despite of above two blemishes.
- Ramnarayan (10/5): Great hotel located in Paharganj - Great hotel located in Paharganj where we stayed only one night and satisfied with room, service, facilities, food everything. Staff is really very friendly and cooperative, well dressed, well mannered.
- emma (10/5): "Super value Hotel in Paharganj" - We booked this hotel as we had to catch Shatabdi Express from New Delhi Railway Station to Agra. We are happy with our choice, happy with the room, cleanness, sleep quality, bathroom, wifi, hot shower and very very happy with service and food.Certainly choose the same hotel next time and recommend it to others.
- James (6/5): Helpful Clerks - Clerks in the front desk are very helpful with the WiFi password. The room was okay but looked like just furnished. Air-conditioner is good as well as the fan. The bed is just too soft for me.
- very pleased (10/5): Nice hotel close to the metro
Deserve morethan 4 x - I was very happy in this hotel 5 minutes walking to get to the metro
The hotel deserve 4 stars

The breakfast very nice include American and spanich and franch and the one I like is India breakfast
If I come back I will choose and recommend this hotel for Avery one the value wat I paid is less than the value of the rest I have in this Hotel
- JAY (6/5): OK - OK
- John (10/5): Nice budget option - this is nice budget option in central Delhi. room is good size and well well furnished with work desk,LED with many foreign channels, wifi free and attached bathroom very clean with latest fittings.bed lined, towels were clean and bed very soft. no sound pollution as hotel is located in small street. open rooftop restaurant is very nice place spend few hours in the evening.food were fresh and tasty and reasonable price. Recommended to all.
- nickryan (6/5): Very hard to find - We booked this room for the day we landed and we knew when we booked it would be basic. The room and hotel wasn't too bad at all. Clean and tidy with friendly helpful staff.
Our cab driver had real trouble finding it and their number didn't work when we called. Eventually we found it half down a dark alley in a very rundown part of town.
Can't blame the hotel but location is pretty bad.
- Gonzalez (10/5): Best Budget Option - best budget hotel option where everything is upto the mark.
- Javier (10/5): Great Value - Hotel Sai Miracle is well located and well kept hotel and price is unbeatable according to service and facilities.
- Jayantilal (8/5): 4 - My stay at Sai Miracle was excellent, good comfortable rooms. Hotel location wasn't were good.
- Elijabete (10/5): Exceeded Our Expectation. - Sai Miracle exceeded our expectation. We found everything perfect from Guard, Reception, Room, Cleanness, Comfort, Bathroom, Facilities and Fabulous Food.
- Young (10/5): Super Value - Recently we came back from Delhi. We spend just one night in sai miracle and we are satisfied with our choice.we found super value.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Do not stay here. - The worst hotel I have stayed at in last 20 years and I have been to over 40 countries. The rooms were dirty, sheets stained, and bathroom had not been cleaned thoroughly. I ended up just having to leave and stay at another hotel.
- Noreen (10/5): Decent Hotel For The Price - This is decent hotel for the price. location is central, close to New Delhi railway Station and R.K.Ashram Sub way from where you can explore the city. Our room were very clean and nicely decorated. comfy bed, work desk, bathroom attached. Wifi were free and were available at constant very good speed.staff is also very friendly and helpful. provided map. Thoroughly recommended to all.
- Courtney (10/5): Perfect Place - Staying at the Sai Miracle made being in Delhi an absolute delight. smaller rooms and bathrooms but very clean and tidy, it is more than compensated for by the helpfulness of the staff, fantastic location and beautiful breakfast (both food and ambience...an experience in itself)
- Verified traveler (8/5): An average hotel - It was average feeling. Bell boys were lazy.front office guys were good.cleanliness was okay.ambience inside room excellent.will stay again?..... May not will try some other hotels also.food was costly ....
- wendy (8/5): Nice place - Stayed here 3 times during my 5 weeks in India.
Each time it was very pleasant.
Rooms are clean and comfortable.
The outside area does not look like much but I felt safe (single woman).
It is near a market street and it is also not far from a metro stop which is fantastic - the metro is very clean and cool, just try to avoid rush hours, but even then I did not have a problem, by waiting for the next train. Also not that far from train station - where there is an international tourist office despite what people will tell you when you try to approach the station - they are touts looking to direct you to their office - they are very aggressive and physically tried blocking my way.
But the hotel was great and they even kept some of my luggage for me while I traveled elsewhere.
Food is decent in rooftop restaurant.
- Juan Sebastian (10/5): Just Perfect Place - Just came back from Delhi and we can say that everything about the hotel was Just Perfect. On our arrival at the hotel we were shown a selection of rooms from which to choose (all superb and unique in their own way). The check-in process was seamless and the staff very friendly and helpful.Breakfast at the hotel was also superb. We dined in the hotel in evening - highly recommended, food and service of the highest standard.
- Jose (4/5): Not good at all - An overall horrible experience. The staff is terrible. Their English sucks. They look at you as a problem. They prefer avoiding you. First day we found a used underwear in our room. We told that at the reception but nobody seems to care and noone took it away during the three nights we stayed there. When we returned from our excursion on the second day we found out that the room was not cleaned. I told that at the reception and with their most unexpressive face they sent someone to make the room. Of course, nobody was willing to apologise. The breakfast was not enough. We arranged a pick up from the airport on the first day and nobody came to the airport. When we could finally talk with the hotel from the airport we only received the answer "Take a taxi". No apologies. The neighbourhood is horrible as well. Paharganj it's a slum area. This is a terrible area to stay unless you have no money and you like to walk around dirt. If you are taking a train, the station is not far away. I can easily promise I will never ever go back to Delhi and If I need to, I will most definitely not return to Sai Miracle Hotel.
- zozozoe (8/5): Nice hotel in Pahar Ganj - Fairly clean and updated hotel.
Comfortable room.
Reception desk was very helpful.
Restaurant on roof is pleasant.
Located on a quiet side street.
Convenient to railway station and metro.
(The metro is very clean and cool and you can avoid dealing with drivers who want to rip you off)
- Si, Review Guy (6/5): Unexpected surprises, a mixed bag - The location is very good as it is just off Main Bazaar Road. Initial frustration was with room service (just had a long train trip from the south). Called at 9 for the meal, three follow up calls and it finally arrived at 10:15. Following night, I had severe reaction to the meal and had the pleasure of inspecting my 'deconstructed' meal in the bottom of the toilet boil various times between midnight and 6am. Safer and faster to go out for a dinner.
Sheets were torn and worn, but to be expected at this price. Don't order a taxi to the airport from the desk as they took an excessive commission and also lied about it having aircon. just get a fuk to the nearby Delhi station. I was going to do this but still had bowel explosion issues.
- Nat (6/5): Okay hotel for returning visitors - I chose this hotel because of the ratings they were getting from other visitors, but being a first-time visitor, and coming in so late on my flight, the area instantly put me at a dis-ease and I wondered how it got such a high rating. For starters, the taxi driver asked at least 5 people how to get to it, and second, the neighborhood was not good. Had I been a lone traveler (woman), I would have immediately gone to another hotel because I did not feel safe.
Once in the room, I had to request a sheet and pillow cover change because they were dirty. I was told that they were "new"....not with dirt on them they're not. Otherwise, the room was in okay condition. Not exactly the cleanest, not the best, but for 2 nights, it would suffice.
On the flip side, the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. And the food? Yummy! They had an outdoor terrace, and while there really wasn't much of a view, it was nice to be able to eat a great meal al fresco. If there were a rating for their food, I would give a 5 star.
All in all, this hotel was okay. If you're a lone woman traveler and coming in late at night, beware that it is not the best area. Once it's daytime, it's not so bad.
- Leo (8/5): Good location but poor service - I arrived at Friday night and all was very good, including food and service. A very kind young man provide me all the information I needed. However, on Saturday everything changed. At midnight I asked for bottled water that arrived until the 3rd time. The first 2 times a guy got confused (or tried to cheat me) with already open bottles. Breakfast was not available before 7am, but finally, when it was, I received a suggestion of Indian breakfast consisting of Parantha with curd, but the curd arrived once I have finished, I also asked for fruit juice that never arrived. But the worst was at morning, with a rainy weather, I asked for options to visit the Red Fort and other near places, receiving only one option of paying a driver for 4 hours for 1,000 rupees. Very expensive but the person in the front desk confirmed that it was the unique option. When check out, I was told that it was not possible to pay with credit card, only cash because there was not signal. I did not receive any invoice. Total amount included 150 additional rupees of parking of the taxi that was waiting for me to take me to the airport!! It was posteriorly discounted at my request, but I considered the person there tried to abuse. I have to highlight that I was permitted to check out 1.5 hours later with no extra cost. Facilities are great and closed form Old Delhi, even so the surrounding area does not look great.
- Laurenza (10/5): A Little Gem - A great little hotel , basic but clean comfy bed and in a great spot. The staff are extremely helpful. Breakfast is a nice touch , ask for a kettle for the room but just super little place and a great location.
- Antoine (10/5): Very good Location,Good 3 Star Hotel - The hotel is 5 minutes walk from R.K.Ashram Subway so easy access from the airport. I cannot fault anything for 3 star hotel. Very clean and was quite comfy. Easy access to Main Bazar and Karolbagh so was good location to go for shopping!
- Ashish (8/5): Nice hotel as per rate - I recommend thia hotel ep plan only complimentary breakfast quantity not sufficient .but over all good and new property
- Anderson (10/5): Ideal Central Location - Lovely hotel. Stayed for one night. Room was lovely and clean, bed comfortable although bit noisy but didn't spoil our stay. Breakfast was really good, help yourself buffet, everything you could need for breakfast. Excellent location, for shopping, eating out.
- Abby (10/5): Fantastic Hospitality - The hotel surpassed all my expectations. The staff were warm and welcoming, nothing was to much trouble for them. The room was luxurious and had a marvelous cleanness. This hotel certainly deserves to be up there with the leading hotels of New Delhi.
