Ontbijt is in de kamer en kan je samenstellen, wel mis je dat je ergens lekker kan eten in een ruimte. De weg naar het strand is een zandpad waar op de hoek je aanstaren om naar beneden te gaan. Appartement is groot maar ontbreken wel spullen voor 4 personen. Te denken aan glazen, bekers etc. Luchtvochtigheid is hoog en airco heeft kuren. Plafondventilator zijn wel ideaal. Badkamer is netjes maar niet onderhouden waardoor er schimmel staat en deuren niet goed sluiten. Niet echt winkels in de buurt en vrij afgelegen Zwembad is heel klein

- Tapio (4/5): It was not like promised - We stayed at the accommodation for 4 weeks in January 2025. The staff is friendly and the delicious breakfasts and other services were impeccable. The courtyard area with the swimming pool is also clean and comfortable. The first disappointment was that the location of Orabella did not correspond to the 14-minute walk from the beach or the map view as stated on the Hotels.com website. In reality, it is located a few dozen meters from Calangute beach, which of course shortens the distance to swim, but exposes the beach to very loud noise from the beach shacks. At the turn of the year, there is a lot on the beach, e.g. wedding events that continue until the night and the noise is really disturbing for those who want peace. The room we were sold was a Panorama Villa with a partial sea view. In practice, the villa is a light-built board house, which has apparently suffered from moisture damage for years. Despite some repairs, rotten wood and mold were visible on the walls in many places. The day shone through the cracks in the planks and the window opened towards the sea with a view of the trashy neighbor's plot and the view can't really be called a partial sea view. All in all, did not give good value or the relative high price.

The huts are so spacious and the pool is a great luxury! So close to the beach as well. The huts are made of wood, which is lovely but in some areas the wood is a little worn. This makes it a little expensive for the physical quality/appearance of the huts, but the high cleaning standards and staff attention makes up for this

Breakfast items were tasty. On internet, the place looks like it has a lot of privacy. But that's not so in real. All rooms, chalets open in a common courtyard with pool in between.

If sensitive to those, there is an alternate road to the beach (and restaurant area). The suite was a bit dated, and overpriced

- Fazilps (7/5): Good - The suite I received was quite big and clean compared to the other 2 rooms that my friends received. Sea view is laughable, and wouldn't recommend this for a sea-view stay. The place was not maintained well enough. Things were starting to breakdown - Like the jacuzzi. I'm not sure anyone would want to step into it without booking an appointment with the doctor for some tetanus shot or other infection. Not entirely the hotel's fault, as the salty sea breeze can do that. But still the owners should be stepping up their maintenance of the property.

- Dale (3/5): Did not live up to expectations - Staff were friendly but not really forthcoming with information, you have to ask. Food that I ordered was ok, but no where to eat but in your room. The villas are old and run down. It was wet when I stayed and there was water running down the inside of the walls. Many of the walls were rotten and moldy. They has plastic tarps over the ocean side of the building and the roof to try and keep the water out. The description of this property gives the impression that it is a resort style property, which it is not. It is about 100m back from the beach. It is way over priced for what it is. Would not stay here again.

- Shalini (7/5): Overall it was a nice experience. - Loved the hospitality. The staff was very reachable and helpful for everything we requested. Facilities were not in line with our expectation. There was no play area or board games for kids even though I had requested it specially when I booked the stay. I had thought we would have an access to the gym but that was also not there.

We specifically booked this hotel for the jacuzzi but it wasn't as clean as we expected. There was a lot of rust and the one of the two bubbles wasn't working ! So wasn't happy about that. Also faced issues due to water leaking from the sink.

Good communication from the reception in every . need to mention about Srinivas chowhan the receptionist for taking a quick decision and helping out me during power failure situation. Thanks brother.. Ambience is good made of wood construction but in some areas observed water leakage. Locking system could be much better for main door making the guest feel more comfortable and safe. Need to improve incase of emergency situations. I had a power trip during my stay in midnight's luckily we had vacancy so shifted to H1. What if there is no vacant room.

- Venus (1/5): Bad - the host was very helpful in heling me, especially when I double booked and when I made errors with the booking. My husband has to print an urgent document and the front desk staff was helpful at printing out the 6 pages , had they charged for that we would have easily thrown a fit. but apart from that everything was downhill. I just glad it was just a 1 night stay ! the 2 AC were too small to cool the 88m2 space, but obviously that was insufficient, the weather was hot and humid hence turning the upstairs area into aa sauna. the ceiling fan was not working upon check-in.. the couch/sofa bed had a dent or was broken, hence you couldn't sit/sleep comfortably on it. the upstairs bathroom stinked and the toilet was stained, also the shower door could not close causing everything to get wet . there were cigarette burn marks on the sofa and the bed upstairs. the villa is located on a one way road, thus causing a hinderance (especially if u have a rental car) , the tipping point was , we had to check out early morning around 10 am to head to the airport, the previous night (when my husband went to pint documents) he informed the guy at the front desk that as they were checking out early, he wanted breakfast to be delivered to the room t 9 AM, the staff confirmed, the next day - at 9 AM my son called reception to follow up on breakfast and they said it was coming, 9:20 a second called was made to reception and the staff that answered the phone yelled something and then hung up. at which point we gave up as it was too late. we checked out - headed to the airport and had a hearty breakfast there. PS - we paid for breakfast ! wifi connection was ok - but you could only connect 2 devices at a time.

- Ashish (4/5): Bad experience not good for family - Good staff Staff is not trained like hotel Service are vre very slow Yet for cleaning has to wait till mid day Food quality is very bad Even they use low quality food We ordered butter milk which are very smiley and not able to drink In our package breakfast was include you will not believe we had done breakfast for single day Food quality is very bad Rate is too high nearby all area are not good for family Near by u will get @1000-1500 rs room so u can think which type of guest stay there We stay there dude to ad in booking .com But we have bad experience in term of AC , cleanness , food and bad area locality

- Alexandra (7/5): Nice staff - The staff was very nice, they tried helping us with everything that we needed. The pool area was cute, not very spacious, but relaxing. Our room was very big, and the AC did a very good job cooling it so we didn’t have any problems with the very high temperature from outside. The breakfast was tasty. The room that we stayed in was not very clean (but that seems to be a problem in all the hotels that we stayed in India). Also, there was mold on some of the walls. The biggest problem were the cockroaches, and I hope they will try to solve this, because the property is otherwise nice.

- Deepak (10/5): Awesome stay @ Orabella villas and suites - Awesome stay experience, Mr. Srinivas chavan hosted our stay at Orabella. Special thanks to him as he managed everything for us like taxi, bike for rent and other visits. Mr. Srinivas is a very polite, humble, genuine person, caring for all guests.Once we reached the hotel he welcomed us with a welcome drink with a cheerful smile. Also I would like to thank to Ms. Polyta fernandis and Srinivas who decorated our room on our marriage anniversary and surprised us by a beautiful gift in the evening during our dinner at orabella. Thank you so much , you guys made my day. Location wise this property is very close to the beach, market, car/bike rent facilities and all other water activities. The beach is accessible 24*7 from here no entry exit restriction to the beach. Rooms are awesome, neat and clean, 24*7 electricity, water, superb breakfast/ lunch/ dinner. Room service is on time or on a call as per our convenience. Very smooth checkin and checkout. Thanks to Mr. Srinivas, Ms. Polyta fernandis and all other staff members who made our stay awesome at Orabella.

- Sukhpreeti (10/5): Wonderful hotel with beautiful Pool - Very comfortable stay, it's just 2 minutes walking to beach. Staff is cooperative, food is delicious at reasonable prices. I recommend to all a must visit at this property.
